They go out of their way to help us and we’re so cheerful to have found such a lovely place for our daughter to learn and grow. Highly insightful.

I felt highly heard and I felt like me and the key worker are working as a team. My overall journey of the preschool and the team has been highly positive and my kid has developed socially due to their hard work. It was highly great to have a review with our keyworker, as it gave me the chance to understand my kid’s development and areas to work on.

The team at Merchant Square are so committed and work with so much dedication. They have consistently kept us as parents updated about my kid’s development. Updates between team, management and us has been top-notch. Special thanks to the manager for being so inviting and has consistently attended to our needs. Special thanks to two team members for consistently welcoming my kid with a smile. We will miss Merchant Square! My kid has attended this childcare centre since 2020.

The team are the most fantastic humans and educators and they create a great atmosphere and lots of happiness. You can see how much they do for all the kids as the kids all adore them and respect them. I will defiantly miss them and so will my kids. Incredible team, welcoming supportive and compassionate.

His speech and understanding is way beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. The team look after him as if he was their own kid, encouraging him to try new things and helping him where he needs it. The meals are healthy and nutritious, the activities and outings are knowledge based as well as exciting and the general day to day care is second to none. The best decision I’ve ever made was sending him to Merchant Square. Merchant Square are incredible!

He loves his childcare centre (or tea party as he calls it) his peers, the team, he brings home lovely stories and memories. I’ve never felt so confident to leave my son in the care of someone as I sense with Merchant Square, this is the biggest peace of mind that a parent can have. Thank you highly much. Have absolute self‑assurance in the team for attentive for the most important person in my life. Our daughter settled in super quickly (just a few days!) with the help of the welcoming and attentive team at Merchant Square.
