The childcare centre is intimate, attentive, spotless, well managed and cheerful and willing to work with you in your kid’s best interest. Can highly suggest it to anyone. Ritherdon Road childcare centre has provided all the peace of mind I could ask for in entrusting my kid to other people.

February 27, 2025 at 7:54 pmOur son has been attending for over a year now and the team is absolutely exceptional. The manager runs the childcare centre with the care and kindness of a little family. The team are well-trained and clearly adore working with the kids. Our son couldn’t be happier. He eagerly anticipates enjoyable days like weekly mindfulness and sports classes. It’s incredible how creative the childcare centre is with activities. I don’t think they repeat many! Many families are highly local so you have the chance to meet new friends as well. We are so pleased with The Eveline Ritherdon Childcare centre.

March 8, 2025 at 6:29 amFollowing a 3-month journey at a large and rather impersonal childcare centre prior to getting a place in this childcare centre from the waiting list, I can honestly say that the two are incomparable. The manager has been here for almost 20 years and runs an exceptionally tight ship. Experienced and inviting, she greets you individually and gives each kid and parent her individual attention. Importantly she personally ensures that highly high standards are applied throughout and can be regularly seen going into the rooms and gently guiding her team in aspects of kid care, cleanliness and organisation. My daughter has been highly cheerful there from day one. Not once have I encountered any cause for concern. The experienced team have nurtured her as well as taken excellent care to encourage her development. I echo other parents’ views that this is a place I sense cheerful to leave my kid in. When heavily pregnant I visited a number of nurseries in the area and immediately liked this childcare centre.

April 4, 2025 at 11:41 pmWe are consistently 100% confident that our kids are being taken care of and are cheerful. They talk about the team all the time at home and often don’t want to go home.
The menu is varied and the activities are consistently much more exciting than what we do at home.
The childcare centre is truly an extension of our home and family. We adore the inviting, attentive and welcoming manager and all her team at the childcare centre.

Ever since she started we have been impressed with the care she has been given by all the team, their attitude towards safety, discovering and enjoyable. The manager, runs a tight ship and whilst being welcoming and attentive, is fair and expert, which is also reflected in her team, who are a fantastic group of individuals.
When we drop our daughter off in the morning, she runs in ready for hugs with the team and to see her little friends. At the end of the day we receive a daily report with everything with what she has done that day, the activities she has enjoyed the most, the interaction she has with her friends, the valuable little snip bits of the conversations and interactions she has with her friends, and the food she has eaten and how much and how much she has slept – important to us and truly reflects the attention the nurses give them.
A fantastic childcare centre. Our daughter has attended Eveline for approx.

May 16, 2025 at 3:59 amBoth have been exceptionally cheerful, running straight in when they arrive. Frequently forgetting to say goodbye to me!
They have been fed proper, home cooked meals. The team are all highly welcoming and compassionate and because the childcare centre is small, everyone knows everyone and the kids all seem highly settled. Both my kids have learnt huge amounts and been encouraged constantly. Any behavioural issues are resolved quickly. I have been cheerful to leave my kids here and regularly suggest the childcare centre. Both my kids (4 and 2) have attended the Ritherdon Road branch of Eveline Nurseries.

May 20, 2025 at 6:04 pmMy little boy took a while to settle, he still is in that phase truly but I have been consistently reassured by the team and the manager regularly of his development, and as the weeks pass, he gets better and better. I adore the homemade meals he can eat there and the enjoyable playtime sessions they have. The childcare centre itself is highly homely and highly spotless and tidy with some lovely ladies who truly adore your kid and care for them. I knew it was the right place for my son on the first meeting, they asked about him as a kid, his personality and character and they listened to everything when I explained his little quirks and how to settle him and they followed it to the letter. I would highly suggest Eveline Day and Childcare centre School as a childcare centre. My son has recently joined Eveline Day and Childcare centre School, Ritherdon Road and I am overwhelmed and so cheerful at how accommodating and compassionate the team are.

July 8, 2025 at 10:23 pmWe had to wait a month or so before we did finally gain a place for our daughter at this childcare centre and the loving care, encouragement and early education she has received from the stellar team has been quite exceptional.
Previously she had been at a childcare centre from a large chain where care was barely adequate. What a contrast.
I have no hesitation in recommending this remarkable childcare centre. The manager is not only experienced but also highly attentive indeed and together with her energetic and creative deputy makes for a winning team. Her leadership is what truly sets this institution apart from others. The team are highly committed and go to remarkable lengths to care for their charges.
Other nurseries may have more space but in the matter of what truly counts this childcare centre comes out as a shining beacon of excellence. Our daughter has flourished there. On first visiting the childcare centre, our impression was of a well-run childcare centre led by a highly experienced manager.
