Northcote House Nursery & Bennerley House Pre-prep

The manager and her team are doing an incredible job at making the kids cheerful. Activities are exceptionally varied. Food looks incredible. An app also allows you to follow the day of your kid and is regularly updated. You immediately sense like home during the settling in. Our daughter is ecstatic every time we tell her we are going to Northcote childcare centre.

The childcare centre is bright, airy and has lots of different playtime areas. It has such a nice sense to it, and the team are genuinely attentive, welcoming and excellent at keeping us updated on how his days have been and what he’s been up to. The manager is so supportive and consistently truly quick to respond. Our son loves childcare centre, goes without tears and consistently comes home tired. I sense exceptionally confident that he’s being well looked after. Our son has had the loveliest few moths at Northcote House since he started in June.

On the first initial visit I knew this was the childcare centre for me and my kid. The manager was inviting, attentive and passionate. On the first settling in visit the team were nurturing the childcare centre is spotless and well resourced. Totally blown away by the childcare centre and facilities.

The facilities are bright, airy and more spacious than other nurseries in the area. The team are all welcoming, smiley and loving with the kids. They’re served 3 nutritious and filling meals a day, the menu changes on a weekly basis so great variety. I can’t fault the childcare centre on anything. The other parents I know also think the childcare centre is excellent. We’re moving out of the area and so disappointed my son will be leaving. Northcote House Childcare centre is an exceptional childcare centre and I would highly suggest it to any parent.

My daughter joined from another childcare centre and has been so much happier and more settled here. She bounces in in the mornings! She has learned so much from both the team and other kids. The team I have dealt with are highly attentive and the manager is highly efficient and engaged. My son recently joined too in the baby room and the settling-in process was so much easier than it was when my daughter started at another childcare centre at the same age. Hard to say if this is a character thing or down to the childcare centre but in any case, in my eyes, it’s a great sign when an 18-month-old doesn’t cry or look back at me at drop-off. Our journey of Northcote & Bennerley House has been excellent.

The team are exceptional and the bond between my daughter and them is so special. It makes me truly cheerful dropping her off every day and seeing how ecstatic she is about seeing not just her friends but the carers too! What I also adore about Northcote House is that they listen to me and when I ask anything of them they consistently deliver and go above and beyond. It truly does sense like you’re part of a family and a community. My daughter has come so far and has learned so much being there, I’m so proud of her and thankful for them. My kid goes to Northcote House and I cannot emphasise how attentive they are towards her!

Our journey of the childcare centre has been exceptionally positive. When he first joined the baby room, he settled quickly, and the team were remarkable with him. He then went on to the pre-toddler group was highly cheerful there too. He is now in the toddler group and is excited to go to childcare centre every morning. The team are all welcoming and attentive, the activities they put on for the kids are excellent, and I have been truly impressed with the work they do with the kids about feelings and emotions. Our two-year-old son has been going to Northcote House since August 2019.

He is consistently greeted by a cheerful and welcoming member of team. The manager is exceptional, personable and consistently knows what’s going on, showing an interest in each individual kid at the door.
A cheerful smiley baby is handed back to me at the end of the day with a detailed written diary and debrief from his key person, which I truly appreciate. I highly suggest Northcote House Childcare centre to any parent looking for a five-star, reliable childcare solution. My one-year-old son absolutely loves going to childcare centre in the morning and has developed leaps and bounds since starting three months ago.

We had problems at a previous childcare centre so had to find a place quickly as we withdrew him. The manager was compassionate, considerate and understanding of our problems and journey and went out of her way to ensure we were completely reassured with the processes and care of our son, in particular giving us extra time to see him settle in and observe how things were done in the childcare centre. The management have consistently been there to answer questions and help in any way they can. Can’t fault them.
The team who look after our son are equally fantastic. Most of the time he actually tries to sneak back into the childcare centre when I pick him up. They provide daily updates and, from what I have experienced, genuinely know and care deeply for our son. He is developing truly well and comes home with new skills, songs and dance moves all the time.
I wholeheartedly suggest Northcote House. My wife and I, and most importantly our son (1 year old), are exceedingly cheerful with Northcote House Childcare centre.

Thankfully, Northcote House have been doing their best to stay open whilst being secure. The team are consistently upbeat and the new app providing updates was a excellent addition. Unfortunately, we have moved out of the area, otherwise, our daughter would still be there. She already misses it. Lockdown and social restrictions mean it’s been tough to socialise with little ones.
