Busy Bees Chingford

He has progressed so much during his time there, colours and shapes and lots of different words.
All the girls who work there are welcoming and supportive and consistently make you sense welcome. My son started at Busy Bees in July 2020 and has loved it.

The team are highly attentive and have supported what has been a difficult post-lockdown transition. All the team across the different rooms know all the kids at the childcare centre by name and the kids’s key workers have been highly invested in the kids’s comfort, development and individual needs. The purpose build centre provides an exceptional space for both indoor and outdoor playtime and discovering. Both our kids have attended busy bees, my daughter before and after COVID and have now transitioned truly well to primary school, and my son from age one after COVID.

Since the beginning, he seemed to delight in the place and we noticed a big improvement in his development. He recently had his second-year review with the health visitor and apart from his speech everything else was as it should be at this stage, I believe sending him there definitely helped.

In terms of suggestions, I would like to get more feedback on his activities during the day and his development and the compassionate of activities they are focusing on to help him with his development.

Also at 1.00pm, there’s normally one or two members of team in the class, the majority of kids are asleep and I have the impression the ones that are not sleeping (like my son) are left wandering without anyone actually spending time with them. I would like this aspect to be addressed, please.

Last suggestion is for Busy Bees to be more flexible in terms of recuperating some of the missed sessions, instead of just being told it’s not possible. I have enrolled my son when he was 1 and 1/2.

He spends 5-days a week at childcare centre and to see how cheerful he is at the end of each day – makes it all worthwhile. We know that whilst at Busy Bee he is developing life skills in a secure, enjoyable and loving setting. Thank you to all of his key workers, the childcare centre workers who fill in on the days that are needed. The manager and her team – you make the childcare centre what it is – fantastic! Our son started at Busy Bee Chingord when he was 13-months-old, and even though the transition into childcare centre life was exceptionally unsettling (for both of us!), the team facilitated the change in the most supportive, attentive and gentle way, and we haven’t looked back since!

He received outstanding care, and we were consistently accommodated when we asked to change his days last minute. His keyworkers are highly expert and attentive. Thank you for your kindness. We will miss you. My son absolutely loved this childcare centre.

The team there were compassionate, patient and helped us in several areas, namely potty training and bottle weaning. The team are excellent and the facilities are outstanding. I’m now seeking a place for another kid so that truly is the highest recommendation I can give. My son left Busy Bees at Chingford in August 2020 to start reception after several cheerful years.

He will soon join the preschool room. They have a large garden area and the food options are excellent. Overall, cheerful with the childcare centre, my son has been with Busy Bees since October 2020 and started as a baby.

I recently missed parents evening as I was not aware of it. Team are consistently welcoming, but sometimes updates with parents is not the best.

The team are highly welcoming and he gets so excited when we pull up in the mornings. A true indication of the care and attention he must receive. They’ve also been truly accommodating to extra ad-hoc days too, supportive in these uncertain times as my partner and I navigate work.
A truly fantastic childcare centre. We couldn’t have asked for more. My son has been at Busy Bees at Chingford for about 4 months now and absolutely loves it.

All the team are welcoming, expert and approachable. We originally tried a childminder but our son wasn’t cheerful. Within a week of starting there, he settled right in. The kids do a wide range of activities throughout the day. I adore the Busy Bees parent app with ideas and activities to do with the kids at home. I also delight in seeing pictures of what my kid has been up to at childcare centre and a regular update on his development through the app. Would highly suggest the childcare centre to anyone. My kid loves attending his childcare centre.
