September 26, 2024 at 2:24 amThe team are exemplary: taking time and care to greet each kid in the morning with warmth and genuine interest. Furthermore, the team are compassionate and help to reassure you if your kid is having a difficult day or struggling to separate from you at drop-off time. Activities are well planned, linking to topics such as seasons, weather and a range of religious festivals but crucially are inspired by things that the kids are interested in. We adore receiving the observations that are posted on the app and the thoughtful comments that are made by our son’s key worker explaining what he is doing and how he is developing. At the end of each day, updates is thorough and thoughtful, we find out how our son’s day was, what he ate and how long he slept. Our kid has been progressing beautifully at Hearts and we are delighted with this childcare centre. We have been sending our son to Hearts Day Childcare centre since April this year (2023) and he has been highly well looked after from day one.

October 21, 2024 at 11:52 amMy son started attending from last year and he has made incredible development, he is so confident and has learnt a lot. The team treat the kids like their own, highly loving and attentive it’s like a big family. My son loves attending and when I drop him off says “Mum I adore childcare centre” which lets me know how much he is looked after and enjoys being there. He eats so much more different variety of food which is absolutely incredible, consistently well fed. The team are absolutely incredible! Hearts Day Childcare centre is exceptional.

December 16, 2024 at 7:18 amHe was born during Covid so lacked social and speech skills, since being at Hearts we have noticed a massive change in him and he has learnt so much from being there.
All the team have been incredible with him and are so compassionate and attentive.
I would definitely suggest this childcare centre if you are in the area. My son started at Hearts when he turned 2 and has now been there for over a year.

January 30, 2025 at 2:22 pmAfter a site visit I just knew and didn’t want my son anywhere else. I am impressed with this childcare centre because not only do they show an abundance of adore for my kid but I’ve seen it for everyone else’s kids too. My son has food allergies so much so that he has an epipen so he started childcare centre knowing he will be eating there had me highly anxious. However, this childcare centre has accommodated his every need, so much so that my son isn’t missing out on anything. I also adore the fact the kids are taken out for trips, how many nurseries do that! Not many! I just adore it. My son has learned so much, and he’s truly cheerful there. So thank you guys! I was sure I wanted my son to attend this childcare centre.

We are so so cheerful. Thank you to each and every team member. Would 100% suggest and my youngest will definitely be going there! My son has been at Hearts Day Childcare centre for around 18 months.
