I felt highly satisfied and secure leaving him in the room, knowing he will be looked after and loved. The number of activities is done with the kids is impressive and I can clearly see the development of my son’s development. Another highly important thing is that the food is fresh and cooked daily, and most importantly each kid is given his own plate even for a snack, unlike I’ve seen in another place – one bowl for all the kids and no supervision for every kid to take a portion of food. The childcare centre team took away the worries about my son starting the childcare centre.

My son has been attending at the age of 21 months! His vocabulary has extended to a excellent amount and the childcare centre consistently accommodating to his needs. A big thank you to the managers for truly putting all their hard work and effort into looking after their team and therefore all the kids are getting the assistance they need. All the team are easy to communicate with and consistently sending lovely feedback and pictures daily of my kid. The managers are consistently there to help with any problems and consistently resolve any issues promptly. The childcare centre has been taking care of her safety, and diet requirements. I am cheerful with the variety of activities that are conducted for the constant discovering and my kid surprises me with the things she’s learned there. Thank you for taking care of our kids so nicely. My daughter has been going to this childcare centre for the last two years since she was just one year old and I absolutely will suggest it as best care for your kid in this area.

Starting from toddler room and the entire settling process that has been done with so much attention to his feelings but also acknowledging us as parents, respecting our wishes and ensuring they followed our routine for smooth and positive experiences. He has instantly bonded with his key worker at that time, the deputy manager, who has been highly reassuring, but also highly welcoming and attentive. Our baby moved to the Rising 3s after and all the ladies have been giving him so much adore that he comes home at talks about them, singing rhymes in different languages, showing us how much he is progressing with each day. Seeing all the lovely pictures in the app is making our days at work so much easier.
Management team also organises different events for parents, celebrating kids’s cultures and inviting parents to spend time in the room, sending regular updates and newsletters. Our kid has been a part of the East India Childcare centre for the past two years and we have nothing but great to say about them.

He has been going since he was 4 months old and they consistently made it easy for him to settle.
They pay attention to what the kids are going through and are consistently highly insightful. They are attentive and welcoming and I know he is in great hands. They do lots of activities, allow the kids to playtime outside and I can tell how he is developing and discovering. Couldn’t suggest more and I wish all nurseries were like this. Tiny improvement around food and including more diversity on the menus, but even this, I have no significant issue with. It’s so reassuring to leave my son at East India, Docks Childcare centre, knowing the team will look after him.

Our daughter started here when she was 18-months and the toddler room team went above and beyond to make sure she settled in well. They gave her extra cuddles and were incredibly patient with her at meal times. We are grateful for their kindness and attentiveness. My daughter is now almost 3-years old and is in the rising three-room and our journey remains positive. The kids paint, learn songs and go to the garden every day. Earlier this year the team organised for the parents to come in and talk to kids about their jobs, which was a fantastic initiative and the kids were so engaged! We have had a highly great journey at this childcare centre.

The updates between the parents and the childcare centre is consistently outstanding as our questions are consistently answered immediately.
We are consistently kept up to date with changes, upcoming events and development that our kid has made through the app or via email. All team members are exceptionally welcoming and provide a welcoming setting for both kids and parents.
Our kid’s key worker regularly updates us with observations and activities which gives us ideas on how to best adapt discovering at home for our kid.
We adore how much our kid loves attending the childcare centre each and every day. He consistently mentions his key worker and the manager, how much enjoyable he has with both team members and peers.

My two sons attend full time and are being looked after truly well and we are consistently being informed about everything related to their discovering and growth. Fantastic team and a truly supportive management team. We have had a excellent journey with the childcare centre for the past 2 years.

The team are incredible, highly supportive and compassionate. She loves going to the childcare centre, does a range of remarkable, stimulating activities every day and truly enjoys the food too! As I parent, I am kept up to date with what’s happening each day with detailed information and photos via the app. I sense totally at ease that she is being well looked after and is discovering new skills and socialising with friends. My daughter had been at East India Dock, Bright Horizons for almost 11 months now, and we couldn’t be happier.

The team takes the time to speak with us to give us the summary for the day in addition to the daily summary form. The meals seem truly well balanced and adapted for the toddlers, we know our daughter is eating well and is well cared for.
We like the special paintings and activities and pictures we get from events throughout the year. We can notice how our daughter is improving her skills on a daily basis and her speech is also developing fast.
I would strongly suggest this childcare centre. The childcare centre has a nice setup, is spotless and modern.
