She loves her carers. They provide time-to-time updates, which is nice. The childcare centre has many different areas for babies to explore and playtime. My 10 months old settled in highly quickly and it was a relief to see her cheerful and smiling.

Overall I am highly cheerful with the childcare centre and hope my daughter continues to thrive there. My daughter has settled truly well at Monkey Puzzle and the team in the baby room are remarkable, I have yet to meet the new manager and sense the updates with regards to team turnover could have been better.

Nice place but needs many improvements as well.
My kid is highly cheerful there, but I wished that more services and attention were available as well.
My kid and I have a nice journey with Monkey Puzzle, but not perfect.

The team are remarkable and exceptional with her. I have since increased her days as she enjoys it so much. They are so supportive with keeping me informed about her day, consistently willing to offer advice and tips and exceptionally expert in the services that they offer. I am for my daughter to stay at Monkey Puzzle until she goes to school! My daughter started here when she was four months old and absolutely loves it.

Our son started childcare centre this week and has settled in truly quickly. My son has truly enjoyed getting to know the team and other kids and has been truly cheerful there. The team and management have all been fantastic and so welcoming, highly easy to talk to and have remarkable updates. I would highly suggest this childcare centre; they truly have been remarkable and provide regular updates, which are lovely. I have full self‑assurance in leaving him there, knowing he is having a lovely time. Incredible childcare centre!

She has settled in well and over the past few months we have seen a positive change in her behaviour, attitude and interactions with others, this is all from the learnings at Monkey Puzzle. The team are excellent with her. With the new management team in place, I can only see this childcare centre excelling. My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle since April.

She is a shy and anxious kid and everyone at the childcare centre took the time to settle her in slowly, with lots of assistance and encouragement. My niece joined the childcare centre at the beginning of June and immediately the team made her sense comfortable and welcome.
