September 21, 2024 at 5:39 amWe as a family have consistently had a fantastic journey there. Despite the current challenges imposed with COVID affecting personal interactions, staffing levels, routine activities. The team at the childcare centre have taken it in their stride and managed them well. They have made the necessary changes that needed to be made, almost seamless. As a family, we sense confident that our kids’s needs are being taken care of. They are being looked after in a attentive and welcoming setting. The team from management, room team and kitchen team work highly hard. They are consistently compassionate, polite and accessible. I would suggest this childcare centre to friends and family. My sons have all attended Bright Horizons Carshalton, our eldest has left but two are still there.

On my baby’s first day she was upset and threw up but the level of affection and assistance provided to help her sense welcome was incredible. I have noticed some massive improvement with my baby’s response to updates and happily confident she will improve her speech thanks to the fantastic works of her keyworker. I would highly suggest the childcare centre to parents. I am so cheerful and impressed with the level of care my baby received.

The team provided us with a lot of assistance and feedback on our daughter settling at the childcare centre. The handling of the covid pandemic has been great, we are kept well informed about rules and measures that the childcare centre is taking on. Overall, I’m highly cheerful with the childcare centre and its team. We are highly pleased with the childcare centre.

November 3, 2024 at 3:06 pmWhen I showed her the documents she had verified and asked me for a password and then got to get my niece. When she came out with her my niece, my niece had lots of painting, craft activities and had so much to tell about her day. I was so pleased and want to thank the childcare centre team for making sure that kids are having some routine and stability in this difficult time. I wish all the success and congratulate each and every team member for this. I went to get my niece yesterday and was welcomed by a welcoming manager who wore full PPE, checked with me my name and asked for an ID before handing my niece to me.

The team know him truly well and set targets for him based on what he can already do, his interests and our parental aspirations. The team know him well and show that they truly care about him.
Every day we receive a report of his day detailing his nappies, sleep, food and activities done that day.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bright Horizons Carshalton. My son started in September 2020 at 12 months and the team have been excellent at supporting him to settle in after initial separation problems due to lockdown.

December 28, 2024 at 11:49 amAll team are incredibly welcoming and attentive. We have had excellent updates during the pandemic. They even managed a parents day last month – which was truly supportive now that we can’t go into the childcare centre.
The childcare centre has a lovely modern, spotless setting and a excellent on-site chef with a exceptional menu.
We are highly cheerful with this childcare centre. We have been exceptionally impressed by this childcare centre, our daughter is incredibly cheerful here and even after spending 3 months at home during lockdown she happily transitioned back to childcare centre life.
The childcare centre is highly well run and has had a exceptional new manager since the start of the year.

January 16, 2025 at 1:59 amAs a parent working full-time I spend just a fraction of the day with my kids and to have a childcare centre with outstanding team who go above and beyond in supporting my daughter with her speech delay is a blessing to me. All the team have been outstanding but I will like to show appreciation and respect to three members of the team, these individuals have been outstanding and no amount of words can describe the professionalism they display. The childcare centre has been outstanding in the assistance provided to my daughter who had speech delays and also poor playtime skills and development.

My daughter is highly cheerful and content at this childcare centre, which is a testament to the team and the level of care they offer. The team are expert and so inviting, welcoming and attentive and I know my daughter has so much enjoyable during her 4 full days there each week. Her updates skills have developed rapidly over the last few months and she talks with so much joy about the individual team, the other kids and her daily activities when at home with us. Overall I would highly suggest this childcare centre as a place where, in my opinion, your kid will sense cheerful and secure. My daughter has been at the Carshalton Bright Horizons for over one year now, having started at age 11 months old.

February 23, 2025 at 4:32 amI felt at ease leaving him and knew that he would be given the comfort he needed to help him. He settled well and now runs in and hugs the key worker in his room, we have seen an improvement in his speech and comes out cheerful every day. He had a period of being a little pushy with other kids but this was handled highly well and he soon stopped, the team would consistently inform me of any incidents that had occurred that day. The food there is outstanding with a wide variety being offered and my son finishes every meal he has. The team are welcoming, compassionate, informative and show warmth and kindness to the kids. We are so pleased we found this childcare centre and our son has been able to start his discovering journey with them. On our first walk round we loved the setting and the layout, our son then started doing one morning a week, he struggled at first to settle but his key workers were fabulous with him, offering comfort and assistance for him.

February 25, 2025 at 3:39 amThis was the first journey for such a young kid in childcare centre for me and the whole team were empathetic and supportive towards the anxieties I had.
My son happily goes into childcare centre two days a week and I sense comfortable leaving him. Team all come across as attentive, expert and motivated.
There is a childcare centre app that I find exceptionally useful when I’m at work to just have a check on what my son has been up to. It updates when/how much food they’ve had, nappy changes, sleep patterns etc. It also sends notifications when they upload pictures of my son which is lovely to see him enjoying his day.
Each week we receive info on what the discovering focus has been. I get to see tables that have enjoyable discovering-based activities out ready for my son to delight in!
Bright Horizons Carshalton is consistently a spotless setting and I consistently sense my son is getting the best care.
The food has a excellent variety and is cooked on site. Lots of snacks as well! My son joined in May 2021 he is one year old.

Once settled, they have done so many different activities with my kid, truly lovingly care and assistance them in their development. I would highly suggest Bright Horizons Carshalton. The meals at Carshalton are lovely and nutritious, also the team are incredible and welcoming. Thank you, Carshalton, for your care you provide for my daughter; she is consistently so cheerful to come to the childcare centre. My daughter attended Carshalton Day Childcare centre, and she enjoys her time here and enjoys all the enjoyable activities they provide.

The manager is absolutely incredible and has consistently been exceptionally approachable and available whenever I have needed assistance. Thank you everyone at Bright Horizons, I don’t think you get recognised for the true hard work you and the team put in everyday to ensure our kids have a lovely journey each and everyday in your care! My daughter has left for school now and I cannot thank the childcare centre enough for all their hard work with school readiness and supporting me through my own anxiety about my kid starting a new school!

The chef is incredible making food that my kids enjoyed at each meal! The room leaders and confident, welcoming and supportive to parents and kids. All the team are welcoming and attentive, consistently with a welcome smile. The management team are hardworking and made so much effort for graduation (even with Covid restrictions). We will miss the team at Carshalton and I’d like to thank every one of them for their adore and care in looking after my kids. The second of my two daughters has now left the childcare centre and we could not be happier with the Carshalton Branch.
