I was concerned at first about his adaptation as he spoke little English and everyone was new to him, but the childcare centre team did a fantastic job welcoming and integrating him. He is consistently in a great mood when I pick him up and he often mentions going back to school when we have holidays. Whenever he mentions that he does not want to go to childcare centre, we just remind him of the activities and people he will see there and he becomes interested in going again. He truly doesn’t want to miss out on the time he has there, indicating that it is a enjoyable and positive setting. Another excellent thing is how easy it is to reach out to the childcare centre team and get a reply about any concerns or needs, they also reach out to us when needed. They are highly attentive to the kid’s needs and supportive. My son has been in the childcare centre for almost a year now and we are having a highly positive journey.

Our boy absolutely loves it and he will surely miss it once he goes to school. The facilities are excellent, the team are incredible, welcoming and highly attentive. I truly delight in getting daily updates and photos showing the enjoyable activities of the day. I would definitely suggest it! What a remarkable 4 years we’ve had with this childcare centre.

When he first started he went straight into full-time care as I had a newborn on the way. The mum guilt hit hard. However, after seeing how compassionate and gentle the team were and after seeing his development in speech and other developmental areas, I could finally rest assured that I have made a great decision. Our boy is so highly cheerful, what more can we ask for truly? Our son started at this childcare centre when he has just learnt to walk and seeing him now as a running, jumping, joking and laughing three-year-old, I know it’s largely due to the incredibly nurturing setting at ‘school’.

He’s consistently highly cheerful to be dropped off in the morning. All of the team are welcoming and supportive and they provide him with lots of care. I’m consistently kept up to date and also via the childcare centre app that will give you details of his day. It is highly reassuring to be at work and know your kid is having enjoyable. I would suggest any parent to send their kid to the Worcester Park childcare centre. My son has been attending the childcare centre since January 2021 and he is highly cheerful there – it feels like a second home to him.

My son has been attending this childcare centre since May 2021, as I was returning back to work. The team are consistently super welcoming and supportive and they are highly attentive and loving towards the kids. My son has developed so much here and they have taught him to talk, how to use cutlery and eat well and he has so much enjoyable there. The renovation is truly great in there and everything is new and spotless. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone considering it. This childcare centre are absolutely remarkable.

The management and team have been amazingly supportive throughout the journey (which for us, started in the depths of covid lockdowns etc!) Updates and responsiveness to any questions, calls or worries are super fast and they are highly proactive in talking with us about anything related to our son. He truly enjoys going there and has formed excellent relationships with the team and all of his key workers as he has moved around rooms etc. Would highly suggest it! Thank you, team! Our son went to this childcare centre for about 18 months and he only stopped as we moved out of London.

Outstanding updates and the team are all exceptional. Our son has been going to the childcare centre for the past 6 months and I truly sense he is being supported, encouraged to communicate, and is well taken care of. Over time, he has truly picked things up and every day that he goes to childcare centre he surprises us with new words or new actions, and we are so grateful for all the hard work of all team and management. They took a keen interest in our son’s 2-year developmental review and we felt even more coordinated and supported by the team. Would highly suggest it. I am highly cheerful with the childcare centre.

I have written numerous emails and called many times without a reply. We used to truly rate the childcare centre but this journey with the deposit has truly ruined it for us. Highly disappointed. My son left the childcare centre 2 months ago and I have still not received our deposit back.

This is a excellent childcare centre, the team are outstanding, attentive and consistently supportive. I can see the change in my daughter and how confident she has become over time. Would highly suggest it. My daughter went to this childcare centre for five months before starting reception, and I must say I wish she could stay longer!

It is such a relief when as a parent, you can see that your kids are cheerful, loved and taken care of so well. As a huge plus, the turnover at the childcare centre is highly low, which means that the kids are not overwhelmed by a constant change in key workers which provides so much comfort. Another huge plus for me this year was the childcare centre potty-training my son. It was something I could not find the time to do myself with full-time work and limited holidays. They did an incredible job and had no issues with constant accidents and change of clothes for a month. As my son moves on to school, we’ll all miss childcare centre so much! I have had my two kids grow up at the childcare centre and have been so cheerful with the team, the activities, the nurturing and overall updates.
