Bright Horizons Peckham Rye Day Nursery and Preschool

The team are compassionate, attentive and inviting and both of my kids are cheerful and settled and have lots of enjoyable. The facilities are excellent with a large garden giving the kids plenty of opportunity to be outside. The team truly go above and beyond organising many different activities. Also the effort to engage with parents and organise events such as the graduation party, as well as Christmas concert and various other events is truly special and adds to the community sense of this childcare centre. I would definitely suggest to others. My son and daughter both attend this childcare centre – my son for almost 4 years and my daughter for almost 1.

The kids are highly well looked after and they have a day filled with enjoyable and educational activities.
The food is cooked on the spot and is nutritional and delicious. I am overall highly pleased we chose this childcare centre for our baby daughter. The childcare centre has incredible facilities, lovely toys and a lovely garden.

Consistently cheerful to go there every morning. My daughter loves to go there and in the morning push’s me away so I can go to work and she can playtime with her friends.

The team are welcoming and communicative and the space is remarkable, especially the outdoor playtime areas that are used whenever it’s not raining! A fantastic, welcoming childcare centre that both our kids adore.

There are no words that can express the care, adore and effort shown by the team at this childcare centre. A excellent choice for little ones. We attended our son’s graduation today.

Pleasant, refreshing, energetic and nostalgic.

He loves the team, the kids and the whole setting there with the balance of playtime and discovering and activities.
He learns so much there – comes home suddenly able to count to 30, able to sing songs, full of questions and knowledge about dinosaurs, gardening, shops, farms.
He enjoys food at childcare centre like he doesn’t at home. It may be the company at meal times and eating with peers or maybe it’s Chef’s outstanding cooking. Whatever it is I’m grateful that for 3 days a week he eats well and happily.
The childcare centre managed to remain open for much of last year which has been a lifesaver for working parents. The team have remained consistent throughout which has made it far easier to ‘drop at the door’, now you never actually see inside. Team are consistently so welcoming to the kids and regardless of the room your kid is in, everyone knows them by name and vice versa. My son is at Bright Horizons Peckham Rye Day Childcare centre in Pre-school and absolutely loves it.

The activities, garden and space are remarkable and the team are the best. So attentive and make it a truly special place which is why our son loves running through the front doors in the morning! Would suggest to friends, family and anyone else who asks. Given the extreme circumstances of 2020 as well as being our son’s first year at Bright Horizons, I cannot suggest or begin to say how impressed and cheerful I am that we picked this childcare centre.

Her key worker is incredible, and our daughter runs in the door, all smiles, on childcare centre days. One thing that was mentioned on our tour when first visiting the childcare centre was how the follow the lead of each kid, so although there is a routine to the day, they don’t insist on set nap times etc. In general, I sense this extends to all aspects of care which feels individualised and led by the kids. For these reasons, I’d definitely suggest this branch of Bright Horizons. Our daughter started at Bright Horizons Peckham Rye when she was 10.5-months-old, and over the past year, she’s truly become part of the family there.

After 3 years at home, with me, I thought it would be difficult for her to get used to a new reality. After a few days I can already see the differences. She no longer cries when I take her and loves to playtime with her friends. The team in that room is phenomenal, her Room Leader is consistently so supportive with her feedback, and the manager and deputy manager have a highly effective and positive management, consistently welcoming and highly supportive. I wouldn’t put my daughter in any other childcare centre (and I have one childcare centre just under my apartment!). My daughter started here in December 2020, in Preschool Room.
