Galaxy Explorers Day Nursery Ltd

Both our daughter and us were welcomed by the lovely team and felt so reassured from day one! The childcare centre is exceptionally well looked after, the rooms are incredible, and the food was freshly cooked every day. Hygiene and safety are also second to none. Our daughter absolutely loved the team and her activities, the childcare centre pays a lot of attention to kid development but also allow kids to learn at own pace. I cannot suggest the childcare centre highly enough! Thank you for everything you’ve done and for making our daughter’s first discovering journey so special! We were exceptionally lucky to have our daughter starting her childcare centre life at Galaxy Explorers Day Childcare centre.

It’s been a pleasure having our kid enrolled. He has settled so quickly and is discovering so much. We were particularly cheerful with Covid regulations and how team look after the kids. We quite delight in having access to the app to see how his day has gone and what he has been getting up to. We’re highly cheerful to have chosen Galaxy Explorers. We were highly cheerful to see Galaxy Explorers open in our neighborhood.

Team are lovely. Our son is consistently cheerful to go to the childcare centre and consistently cheerful when we pick him up. He loves to playtime outdoors – they go to the park or playground twice a day. I would suggest this childcare centre to every parent. So glad we chose this childcare centre for our son.

We truly like the welcoming and supportive team. They have been highly flexible in the current circumstances, also agreeing to provide additional care at highly short notice. Our son truly enjoys the childcare centre and enjoys the daily activities.

After the last year (and more) of lockdowns, we weren’t sure how well our son would adjust to his first journey of formal childcare and wanted to go gently. But he’s absolutely blossomed in their care, getting chattier and more confident by the day – he’s consistently full of stories when I pick him up, telling me about the walks he’s been on with his childcare centre friends, the games he’s played, the puppets he’s met. In fact, we increased his hours after he kept persistently asking for ‘more childcare centre’! He’s even introduced me to a couple of local parks I hadn’t discovered (as the childcare centre doesn’t have its own outside space, I wondered about whether this would be a problem – but they truly make the highly most of the nearby woodlands and parks). I would unhesitatingly suggest this childcare centre; we’ve been so impressed by the whole team’s enthusiasm, dedication, and affection for the little ones. Absolutely fantastic childcare centre with an exceptionally supportive and welcoming team.

Opening in 2020 during the pandemic has clearly given them a much keener focus than other nurseries have locally, and we are grateful for that.
The manager and the team are consistently positive and cheerful to deal with our questions and specific dietary and medical needs and our kid is clearly benefitting from being in a cheerful, enjoyable and discovering setting. We appreciate how attentive key-workers are and get the right amount of feedback about our kid’s activities through an app. A huge thank you to the whole team at Galaxy Explorers for their work and look forward to being able to visit more often once Covid is “over”! Choosing a secure childcare centre to send our kid during a pandemic obviously brought a lot of worries and doubt but Galaxy Explorers have been exceptional in updates, safety, and care for the four months we have been sending our kid.

Our daughter has had a fantastic two years at Galaxy Explorers Day Childcare centre. The carers are passionate about teaching and genuinely care for the kids. The kids engage in a wide range of activities and the carers provide novel and exciting ways for them to engage in these activities.
The kids are highly secure and parents are informed of any incidents, even if highly minor.
Daily reports of activities, what was eaten for breakfast and lunch, as well as pictures taken during the day keep parents informed of their kid’s day. Open days provide detailed feedback on the kid’s development and the childcare centre is keen to allow the kids to attain key stage goals. These are reported to parents.
Cultures are celebrated with special lunches, events and activities that contribute greatly to the childrens’ understanding of the diverse nature of London’s population.
The management is outstanding and highly hands on. They obviously are highly experienced in running nurseries. An outstanding childcare centre.

We have been warmly welcomed and have received extensive information about the childcare centre, all team have been highly expert and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the childcare centre. Our son has adjusted in no time and significantly built his self‑assurance, his language and writing skills. His key worker was posting lots of pictures and detailed development reports on the app and was consistently taking time to talk about his day when I was picking him up. The space is bright, spacious and has highly great educational tools. The kids go out everyday and even during lockdown, management tried to find every discovering opportunity. For example, because the kids were curious about the building site across the street, they organised a visit. My son has absolutely loved it!
Food is excellent, great effort for vegetarian menu which is unheard of. I can’t thank Galaxy’s team and Umara enou Our son had the opportunity to join Galaxy Explorers Day Childcare centre Ltd in January 2021 and it’s been a remarkable journey from the start.

He has developed so quickly during this time and we are so grateful to the whole team for all of their care and attention. We were exceptionally sad to leave as we’re relocating out of London. We would suggest Galaxy Explorers without hesitation to any new parents. Our son has had the most fantastic journey at Galaxy Explorers Day Childcare centre from the age of 6 months to nearly 2 years.

Little name tags had been made for him, printed placemats with information about his diet and lots of other small touches that made us sense like this place is organised, has great policies in place and truly cares about the individual kids. Nothing has made me think otherwise in the months since. The childcare centre has been reliable during the pandemic which has been invaluable to us. Updates is excellent, the activities have a developmental angle as well as being enjoyable and most importantly, my son is delighted to go in every day. We sense like we’re paying for quality. My son started at Galaxy Explorers a few months ago and it felt excellent to see how he was embraced by all the team.
