January 21, 2021 at 12:00 amOur son really enjoys the nursery and enjoys the daily activities. We really like the friendly and helpful staff. They have been very flexible in the current circumstances, also agreeing to provide additional care at very short notice.

January 21, 2021 at 12:00 amSo glad we chose this nursery for our son. Staff are lovely. Our son is always happy to go to the nursery and always happy when we pick him up. He loves to play outdoors – they go to the park or playground twice a day. I would recommend this nursery to every parent.

January 21, 2021 at 12:00 amI first heard about the opening of Galaxy Explorers in February/March 2020, when I was given a flyer in a café. Little did I know that their flyer would change my life and my overall opinion towards day nurseries. Never before have I met staff that are so caring, kind, energetic and joyful. Staff are also very accommodating with parents’ requests (prompt when responding to e-mails) and tailor what they offer based on each child’s needs. Some differences to other nurseries are: Galaxy Explorers discuss their policies with parents and are flexible, their meals are healthy; no sweets, whilst offering a variety of foods. Children are well looked after, very happy and always playing with a member of staff and other children, never left unattended. They also teach a foreign language and aim to develop activities further. Updates on their app come daily, including photos and comments on children’s progress/activities on the day. Some photos are printed out and given to parents. I highly recommend this nursery.

February 3, 2021 at 12:00 amStaff are super friendly and very professional. I rely on people working in the nursery as I would with my own family. Our boy has lots of fun in the nursery and you can tell because sometimes, he does not want to leave the nursery.

The teachers/carers/staff are all exceptional individuals who provide the utmost care in creating fun and stimulating activities for the children that are culturally diverse and represent all people. Great care snd thought has been given to creating a safe and healthy environment for the children that develops them on individual levels, while also enhancing their interpersonal skills through play and imagination. Our favorite activities are the special little events for the children that showcase different cultures through food/music/books/and play.

March 10, 2021 at 12:00 amOur son had the opportunity to join Galaxy Explorers Day Nursery Ltd in January 2021 and it’s been a fantastic experience from the start. We have been warmly welcomed and have received extensive information about the nursery, all staff have been very professional and friendly from the moment we stepped into the nursery. Our son has adjusted in no time and significantly built his confidence, his language and writing skills. His key worker was posting lots of pictures and detailed progress reports on the app and was always taking time to talk about his day when I was picking him up. The space is bright, spacious and has very good educational tools. The children go out everyday and even during lockdown, management tried to find every learning opportunity. For example, because the kids were curious about the building site across the street, they organised a visit. My son has absolutely loved it!

May 10, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son started at Galaxy Explorers a few months ago and it felt great to see how he was embraced by all the staff. Little name tags had been made for him, printed placemats with information about his diet and lots of other small touches that made us feel like this place is organised, has good policies in place and really cares about the individual children. Nothing has made me think otherwise in the months since. The nursery has been reliable during the pandemic which has been invaluable to us. Communication is great, the activities have a developmental angle as well as being fun and most importantly, my son is delighted to go in every day. We feel like we’re paying for quality.

May 10, 2021 at 12:00 amChoosing a safe nursery to send our child during a pandemic obviously brought a lot of worries and doubt but Galaxy Explorers have been brilliant in communication, safety, and care for the four months we have been sending our child. Opening in 2020 during the pandemic has clearly given them a much keener focus than other nurseries have locally, and we are grateful for that.
The manager and the team are always positive and happy to deal with our questions and specific dietary and medical needs and our child is clearly benefitting from being in a happy, fun and learning environment. We appreciate how attentive key-workers are and get the right amount of feedback about our child’s activities through an app. A huge thank you to the whole team at Galaxy Explorers for their work and look forward to being able to visit more often once Covid is “over”!

May 10, 2021 at 12:00 amWe were very happy to see Galaxy Explorers open in our neighborhood. It’s been a pleasure having our child enrolled. He has settled so quickly and is learning so much. We were particularly happy with Covid regulations and how staff look after the children. We quite enjoy having access to the app to see how his day has gone and what he has been getting up to. We’re very happy to have chosen Galaxy Explorers.

August 19, 2021 at 12:00 amAbsolutely wonderful nursery with an exceptionally supportive and friendly team. After the last year (and more) of lockdowns, we weren’t sure how well our son would adjust to his first experience of formal childcare and wanted to go gently. But he’s absolutely blossomed in their care, getting chattier and more confident by the day – he’s always full of stories when I pick him up, telling me about the walks he’s been on with his nursery friends, the games he’s played, the puppets he’s met. In fact, we increased his hours after he kept persistently asking for ‘more nursery’! He’s even introduced me to a couple of local parks I hadn’t discovered (as the nursery doesn’t have its own outside space, I wondered about whether this would be a problem – but they really make the very most of the nearby woodlands and parks). I would unhesitatingly recommend this nursery; we’ve been so impressed by the whole team’s enthusiasm, dedication, and affection for the little ones.

September 8, 2021 at 12:00 amWe felt very fortunate to have had Galaxy Explorers Day Nursery Ltd care for our son. He received the utmost care, excellent support and attention from every staff, carers and teachers. Galaxy also engaged external classes such as the Forest School, Sports Coach and Poppin’ Bunnies which created a safe, positive and stimulating environment for children. Our son really enjoyed these activities and has developed very well to a happy, confident toddler with notable communication. Both Nursery managers are very personable and helpful who always listen and accommodate parents’ needs. Everyone at Galaxy welcomed constructive feedback from parents positively and worked towards reaching the best resolution for everyone, especially during the pandemic. Galaxy is truly an excellent nursery and we highly recommend it to parents. We feel sad that it is time to say goodbye; we will definitely miss sending our son there and interacting with all of the dedicated staff. Suffice to say, our son misses his time at Galaxy too.

Communication has been clear and precise, the nursery itself clean and tidy, the staff friendly and show genuine care and most importantly, they have reassured us at every step of the way and made us feel comfortable with our son’s day-care.
We could not recommend Galaxy Explorers highly enough, a truly superb nursery and team.

He has developed so quickly during this time and we are so grateful to the whole team for all of their care and attention. We were extremely sad to leave as we’re relocating out of London. We would recommend Galaxy Explorers without hesitation to any new parents.

November 24, 2022 at 12:00 amWe could not be more grateful for the excellent care this nursery has always provided while ensuring our son’s development in a safe, fun and extremely friendly environment.
He was only a baby when he first visited Galaxy Explorers and he was only capable of crawling and through all his journey (intellectually, emotionally and physically) he has grown so much and gone through so many different stages thanks to the greatest support from Galaxy Explorers.
With this nursery, my son began to adjust to the world outside of his family while we felt supported as new parents in the middle of a global pandemic.
From the moment he joined Galaxy Explorers, I will never forget how easy the separation has been, as he was always so happy to be there.
Great daily updates about his development and meals, which made us feel included in his day-to-day routine.
Overall, I could not recommend a better nursery!

December 23, 2022 at 12:00 amWe were extremely lucky to have our daughter starting her nursery life at Galaxy Explorers Day Nursery. Both our daughter and us were welcomed by the lovely staff and felt so reassured from day one! The nursery is extremely well looked after, the rooms are amazing, and the food was freshly cooked every day. Hygiene and safety are also second to none. Our daughter absolutely loved the staff and her activities, the nursery pays a lot of attention to child development but also allow children to learn at own pace. I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough! Thank you for everything you’ve done and for making our daughter’s first learning experience so special!

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amGalaxy Explorers has been an excellent nursery for our daughter from seven months to two years.
The staff are caring and friendly and she has bonded with them well. We are sad to be leaving due to moving out of the area and we know she will be sad to leave.
They are very good at getting the children out and about on a daily basis and we have enjoyed the events where parents are invited in.
Thank you for making our first experience with a nursery so painless and we can only hope our new nursery will live up to the same standards.

They have been excellent over the last two years in terms of care for both of my children, easiness of communication, flexibility, etc. The premises is also new, bright and shiny.

July 18, 2023 at 12:00 amAn outstanding nursery. Our daughter has had a wonderful two years at Galaxy Explorers Day Nursery. The carers are passionate about teaching and genuinely care for the children. The children engage in a wide range of activities and the carers provide novel and exciting ways for them to engage in these activities.
The children are very safe and parents are informed of any incidents, even if very minor.
Daily reports of activities, what was eaten for breakfast and lunch, as well as pictures taken during the day keep parents informed of their child’s day. Open days provide detailed feedback on the child’s progress and the nursery is keen to allow the children to attain key stage goals. These are reported to parents.
Cultures are celebrated with special lunches, events and activities that contribute greatly to the childrens’ understanding of the diverse nature of London’s population.
The management is excellent and very hands on. They obviously are very experienced in running nurseries.

July 24, 2023 at 12:00 amOur little boy leaves Galaxy Explorers next month after two years. He has received excellent care throughout, the staff are very kind and caring. We have a good understanding of what he does each day, what he eats, toilet trips etc via the app, including lots of nice photos. He has had the same key worker for the majority of his time there. She has encouraged his development and monitored his progress. The room leader in pre-school has the most incredible imagination and she crafts some fantastic activities. They spend lots of time outdoors visiting the church garden, ecological park, the farm and local playgrounds. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
