The manager was highly clear on their philosophy and the development of the kids. A lot of the way the childcare centre was set up made sense and all our questions and any concerns were answered. The rooms are well-equipped with a lot of variety of activities. The team and helpers truly do seem to care for the kids and our kids have taken too many of them. Food is also excellent from what I can tell. The best testament is that our kids are consistently highly cheerful to go to childcare centre and almost consistently come home with a big, tired smile. Truly impressed when we came for an open day with our eldest.

The outdoor playtime area is excellent – it makes drop-off and pick-ups truly enjoyable and is conducive to being able to chat with team, receive informal updates etc. (Some nurseries are a bit like a fortress outside and don’t sense as welcoming!)
The team are incredibly welcoming and welcome input from parents. There is a real effort to try and understand the kid’s individual interests to inform the activities they do at childcare centre, which is outstanding.
The childcare centre app is also truly great and we appreciate the detailed updates and photos of our son throughout the day! Remarkable childcare centre – our son (2.5 years old) is truly enjoying it here, after starting a month ago.

The team are incredibly attentive and supportive of both the kids and parents, you can tell they adore what they do and adore the kids. My daughter has been attending since she was a baby, the settling in was smooth and reassuring, and now she is an active toddler and is thriving! The team are consistently available for a chat (even on Zoom) and care about your kid’s development and development. There are outstanding resources and the team take time to pay attention to your kid’s likes and dislikes and get them involved in new activities. They keep the parents updated by an App which gives daily feedback and a monthly newsletter so you know what your kid is discovering. The food menu is also excellent and varied!

My daughter started at 6 months and the team were so welcoming and accommodating it reassured me she would be just fine there. All of the team seem to be exceptionally passionate about their work and have a great relationship with my daughter even if they do not work in her room. The management is excellent, any issues/ queries I have will be dealt with quickly and appropriately. The childcare centre are also taking the Covid restrictions highly seriously which is so important. My daughter does so many different activities which I can see throughout the day via the app. This childcare centre is excellent! I am highly cheerful with this childcare centre.

When we collect him, he is buzzing around the playground, having such enjoyable! We have to persuade him to come home for dinner sometimes. He has flourished during his time at Magic Roundabout Childcare centre. Team are welcoming, attentive and approachable. We adore the large outside area for kids to safely playtime in all year round. Our son is so cheerful at Magic Roundabout Childcare centre – a year in, and he’s still excited in the morning to go playtime and learn with his friends and carers, who get hugs on arrival.

Covid happened and I had to move my daughter’s childcare centre and this was my first choice! They were accommodating and supportive, so compassionate and answered every crazy question I may have had. The educators are exceptional, they know all of the kids and parents well and you can tell they all care about each and every kid from the heart. My daughter loves childcare centre so much she doesn’t want to leave! She has learnt so much since being here and having the app to also be able to see what she’s up to is incredible. Thank you to all the team at Magic Roundabout Childcare centre Kennington, you guys are all doing such an incredible job! This childcare centre is absolutely exceptional, it was my first choice when we moved into the area but there were no places at the time.

Excellent value for 5 days a week; especially considering the opening hours (7.30am-7pm) for 51 weeks a year!
Our son has developed and learnt a lot at Magic Roundabout Childcare centre. All the team are energetic and attentive; the whole childcare centre has a excellent community sense, even between the classes.
We get daily feedback (on app and in person on collection) on how our son has eaten, slept and played which is a excellent help in the earlier years. Food is healthy, diverse and plentiful.
We adore the internal outdoor playtime area that is secure and secure. The outside playtime area and building can appear a little tired in places, but it’s solid, spotless, inviting and well maintained – a reflection of its many years of reliable service. Large spacious classrooms with reasonable class sizes.
Nicely situated on a quiet residential road between Walworth and Kennington. Would highly suggest Magic Roundabout Childcare centre Kennington.

Our toddler now has great connections with the team in his room and is developing in self‑assurance. He’s consistently truly cheerful when we see him playing even at the end of a long day. There is a great variety of food offered throughout the day, cots for young ones to sleep in and a small outdoor playground on site. Our baby started at twelve months in the baby room – the team are highly experienced and he settled in well within six weeks.
