Busy Bees Teddington is a boutique nursery in a large, converted home located in a residential area of Teddington. We are a short 8-minute stroll from Teddington High Street. Many of our parents live in the immediate streets surrounding the nursery and walk to us but we are well located for those requiring public transport. Multiple bus routes serve Teddington High Street and Teddington Train Station is 7 minutes on foot for South Central services into London Waterloo.
From our nutritious meals with a 5* rating from the EHO, extracurricular activities, a qualified teacher on site and a recently refurbished garden housing a large outdoor space including a separate safe space for the babies, a beautiful cosy baby room with a sleep room attached and in total 4 childcare rooms across 2 floors Busy Bees provides top quality childcare.

September 4, 2024 at 8:33 amTeddington childcare centre have been so compassionate and understanding. Even though many government restrictions haven’t allowed for us as parents to enter the building, the team have been incredible at communicating both positive things and also encouraging things we can work on together both at home and in the childcare centre. The app is also an incredible tool and allows you to see the ‘wow’ moments your kid has had that day. I also have a stepdaughter who doesn’t attend the childcare centre, however, has had a recent diagnosis of autism and ADHD and they have given extra help, advice and assistance on what we can do to help the relationship between my son and his half-sister out of their own kindness and care for young kids. Overall a lovely childcare centre. I’ve consistently felt comfortable and secure sending my son here and would suggest it to anyone. As a first time mum going back to work seemed quite daunting especially during a pandemic.

They do a remarkable amount of different activities and he has learned so much from the childcare centre in his time there. They spend time every day outside in the garden which is so important. Every member of team I have met at Busy Bees is highly attentive and attentive, consistently cheerful and enthusiastic. Our son has thrived since attending Busy Bees and I would suggest it to anyone. Our two-year-old son attends Teddington Busy Bees and has done since aged ten months.

We are pleased to hear about the different activities and see pictures of her enjoying them. We continue to appreciate hearing about the new activities the childcare centre offer her and the feedback we get about her interests and development. The team are consistently excellent to deal with and our daughter loves being in their company. We are highly pleased with the team assistance and nurturing of our daughter at Busy Bees, Teddington.

I’ve recommended the childcare centre to all my friends. Our daughter has been with Busy Bees in Teddington for 8 months now and she absolutely loves her time there.

I adore that the team members from the other rooms also know my daughter and she has truly strong relationships with several of the team members. I’ve also consistently been highly impressed with the management team at the childcare centre. I suggest the childcare centre highly and I sense like they truly strive to develop my daughter and prepare her for school. My daughter has been at Busy Bees for almost 2 years and we couldn’t be happier with her care.

We sense that our daughter is much loved by the team and her peers and is consistently cheerful to go to childcare centre. Our son just joined too and he loved it since day one. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go for Busy Bees Teddington. Our daughter joined Busy Bees Teddington just after turning 2 years old.

It is clear my kid has lots of enjoyable when they are there. They consistently come back full of beans. My two year old has been at Busy Bees, Teddington for one year now and I have been truly impressed with the care and attention from the team.

January 29, 2025 at 1:56 pmMy wife and I are highly pleased with the development our son has made since he was 8 months old (now 3 and a half) moving through each room in the childcare centre and all the development milestones he has met during this time. The team have been incredible in their level of care and assistance in meeting his needs and offering advice when sort to help us manage what he has learnt in the childcare centre so that we are in sync at home. The childcare centre itself is highly spacious and bright from visits we have made in 2019 and now allowed back again in 2022 due to restrictions lifting, and is set in a lovely location. I am consistently pleasantly surprised when my son comes home to tell me his day and to see what new activities he has carried out and learned. I highly suggest this childcare centre, I have peace of mind knowing my son is secure and in trusted hands. A big thank you to all the team at the Busy Bees’ Teddington branch including management team/key workers/chef, the parent app service and the invoicing team.

I appreciate the kindness of the team, the professionalism in all correspondence, and the flexibility when it comes to adding extra days, altering days, etc. We highly much like that there are four different rooms, so he has consistently been grouped with his peers and never with kids much older or younger. We welcome the updates we receive throughout the day. But, more than anything else, we are thrilled that he enjoys spending time there. My son has been attending Busy Bees since he was fifteen months old – and is now almost three years old.

They provide plenty of enjoyable activities and ways of discovering and a excellent variety of food. March 19, 2025 at 1:16 amI had to leave the previous childcare centre near work as she didn’t like it and after 4 months was still not settling in and was crying every day. She totally settled down here after two weeks. There is something special about Busy Bees! The team are all highly inviting, welcoming, and welcoming. My daughter gets on with everyone and is consistently, CONSISTENTLY smiling every day I collect her! As a mother, it’s highly comforting to know she has been well looked after and basically having a blast every day! She was off almost two weeks during Xmas and couldn’t wait to return in the new year. She’s been going for two whole years now and absolutely loves it. I’m so glad she’s made many friends here and enjoys herself all the time. They don’t just playtime aimlessly but have a variety of discovering topics, welcome and include parents’ feedback, and are constantly trying to improve. Highly impressed and would definitely suggest. My daughter has been attending Busy Bees since she was 16 months old.

The childcare centre is managed highly well – any concerns or issues are addressed immediately, and they are highly willing to help. Any extra assistance needed is identified and offered, and he has truly thrived. He is excited to go and comes back tired but cheerful, having been kept busy with lots of enjoyable activities. I sense highly confident with the team at Busy Bees attentive for my son and would suggest it to anyone. Busy Bees has been excellent, and since my son started at one and now when he is in pre-school.

April 6, 2025 at 7:53 amThe team are highly welcoming and approachable and get to know the kids truly well. The kids take part in a wide variety of activities every day and our son particularly enjoyed the Head Start programme that was offered at a small additional cost. During Covid, drop off and pick up were sometimes a bit slow, but that has improved with many parents now able to return into the childcare centre for collection.
Our son has consistently felt secure and cheerful at Busy Bees and I am so grateful to the team for their continued hard work in taking excellent care of him. Our son has been at Busy Bees from 10 months and it has been like a second home for him.

The team are consistently responsive and consider suggestions for improvements. His siblings will be starting there later in the year.
