The team are exceptional and we sense highly confident leaving him there.
Our son looks forward to going to childcare centre every day and consistently has a cheerful smile when we pick him up.

November 11, 2024 at 8:37 amWhen visiting Kindred, we felt the warmth of the team, which was crucial for us. After a settling-in period of a month or so, our daughter now walks into childcare centre with a giant smile and loves her time there. She barely notices me by the door when I drop her off. The team there are attentive and introduced our little one to many activities which we delight in doing at home now. As new parents, we were apprehensive about sending our daughter to childcare centre, but work commitments meant we had to find a suitable place.

November 16, 2024 at 12:07 amThe childcare centre manager provided us with a excellent tour on the day we visited, answered and keeps answering our questions, and helped us see that this is a excellent space for our kids.
The excellent news was that we saw that in practice and we keep seeing it. Our son has settled nicely, he actually loves going to school to meet his friends and playtime! Our daughter is also settling in and seems cheerful and content when we pick her up! Our kids are well cared for by people that care for and delight in what they do! The team are giving us a great handover, too. Most information is also provided by the app, which is highly handy! I would happily suggest this childcare centre and if we were to choose again, we would choose the same! Our 2-year son and our 7-month-old daughter joined recently the childcare centre, as I had to return to work.
As a parent from a different country, I had no journey with how nurseries operate in the UK and was highly anxious about their settlement, socialising, diet and feeling cheerful at school!

December 13, 2024 at 2:44 pmHer key workers are fantastic at keeping us updated and she clearly knows, and is known by, the rest of the childcare centre team – it makes us sense highly comfortable that she’s part of such a welcoming family. Our daughter waves us goodbye from the childcare centre door each morning before happily walking in – we couldn’t ask for more.

December 26, 2024 at 7:12 pmHowever, after a inviting welcome combined with regular updates and photos over the first few days, I was quickly reassured. It’s been a fab first journey and our 13 month old has a ball! Excellent variety of meals and activities too. I’d definitely suggest to anyone in the area. I was so nervous ahead of my son starting childcare centre and I truly didn’t know what to expect.

We get regular updates on his day so know how he is, and the activities that he has been doing. We’re highly cheerful with our choice of Kindred Teddington. My son joined the baby room a few months ago and seems to be truly enjoying it.

January 10, 2025 at 12:15 pmWe had to move him from another childcare centre as we were moving house and we were quite nervous but he has been so much happier here. His key workers have consistently been excellent and he has made strong relationships with both the team and kids. They consistently mix it up with activities and sensory playtime to keep him entertained and we have seen such a huge difference in his speech and development since he started. We adore that its quite a small childcare centre, as he now knows everyone and it has a close-knit family sense. We would definitely suggest. Our son loves it at Kindred.

March 10, 2025 at 4:44 amI went to see Kindred and was so delighted with the tour we had! The team seemed to truly know their stuff and they seemed to have a excellent ethos! I immediately felt at home and truly saw the care of team towards the kids. This truly made me sense at ease, and I’m so cheerful we got a placement for the girls! I think the girls will truly thrive there and be secure! They were also highly strong on safeguarding, which I truly appreciated. Seems like a excellent place and we’re highly excited to now be part of the Kindred family. I found myself in a difficult situation needing an urgent placement.

Can’t rate Kindred high enough to anyone who will listen. I couldn’t ask for more loving and dedicated team to care for my son than the team at Kindred.

April 8, 2025 at 2:30 amTeam are so welcoming and welcoming and they made the transition to childcare centre so lovely for my daughter. She loves going to childcare centre, and they have themed days throughout the month which are enjoyable and break up the day-to-day.
The food they provide is excellent too and I consistently sense like my daughter has eaten well.
Would definitely suggest Kindred Teddington. Exceptional childcare centre!

The boys want to go in every day and when we pick them up tell us all the enjoyable things they’ve done. We also receive photos occasionally about what they’ve been up to, which we adore to see. The boys have come a long way in their development since joining – so thank you! Our twin boys absolutely adore attending this childcare centre.

May 26, 2025 at 2:29 pmMy son is quite shy, sensitive and struggles with leaving me, but the team are incredible and exceptionally supportive in making sure he is ok and for me, as his mum, I can relax knowing my boy is cheerful and thriving there !! My son’s behaviour has transformed now he attends Kindred, I highly much suggest this daycare for your kid. My son loves it here, after having to move nurseries due to him being unhappy in his previous one, it is incredible to see him walk in cheerful and return home all excited and keen to tell me about his day!

June 29, 2025 at 5:25 amAfter being at her previous childcare centre for a few years I was a little worried about how she might find Kindred with so many changes in her setting, friends and carers. I am super pleased with Kindred. My daughter absolutely loves it here! She tells me she truly likes it, I asked if she misses her old childcare centre she said no and told me the names of the new friends she made. The parent app is incredible too, I get to read reviews on how she’s been doing, exactly what she has eaten and see photos of her development too. Updates with childcare centre via this app is highly convenient. So far so highly great. My soon to be 4 year old has just started at Kindred.

July 4, 2025 at 6:36 pmMy son is having a excellent time there, the childminders are highly attentive and consistently arrange for him to sleep on his individual schedule (he is not yet ready for one nap as older kids in his group). It is also exceptionally supportive and reassuring that there is an app where a parent can see real-time updates on the day (naps, meals, nappy changes, photos, etc.). My son consistently eats well there (which is so hard to achieve at home!). Excellent journey so far and would highly suggest baby group for the kids transitioning from staying at home to the childcare centre. My son is 14 months old and we have started at the childcare centre a few weeks ago.
