Kindred Hainault Nursery & Pre-school

She was finding it difficult to settle in as she’s an independent kid at home. I changed my daughter to Kindred Hainault after reading about the fantastic things they offer as a childcare centre.
My daughter has been going to Kindred Hainault since June 2021, and she has flourished so much and is so excited to go to childcare centre every day and excited to show off everyone and everything in her nusery to me. The team are so attentive, passionate educators and professionals. Team nurture every kid and build each kid to be independent. The attention to detail and parent and team relationship is the best. The team are so supportive with everything you ask, and they keep you updated with everything your kid’s doing on the app from what they eat to any news and updates, and you can message the team on the app. The childcare centre provides a high safety standard and a spotless setting. Coming from a previous childcare centre, my daughter was not getting the expert, trained team to learn and respond to her needs.

I get updates from them from time to time on how my kid is doing and what new things they are discovering there which is excellent.
Overall, as parents, we are quite cheerful with the childcare centre, the educators, the chef and the entire team. My kid loves going to childcare centre every morning and I think this the best review for the childcare centre, as this means that they are doing a excellent job of entertaining and teaching the kids.

She simply runs off in the morning forgetting all about me, lol. She’s highly cheerful here, all the team are highly attentive and have the kids’s best needs in mind consistently. There is a range of various activities for kids to do daily and my little one consistently enjoys her day. My daughter has learned so much while being at Kindred and that’s all down to the hard work of the team. I’m particularly proud of the management during these testing Covid times, keep up the hard work Kindred, you’re just fabulous. I am so pleased with this childcare centre, my daughter has settled in highly well, she absolutely loves attending childcare centre.

He had a remarkable time here and left when he was three. I had another kid in 2021 and after viewing some nurseries in my local area and not being totally impressed I decided to bring him back to Kindred Hainault. Secure to say I still am as impressed as what I was all those years ago when my first kid went here. It is consistently such a inviting welcoming setting all the time. My youngest son is consistently so cheerful to go to childcare centre and when he is there he consistently has the best time and is completely worn out by the time he comes home.
They have a garden area in each of the childcare centre rooms which is a lovely little addition as well as having a cook on site so the kids get freshly cooked meals everyday. The team and management are consistently incredibly welcoming and supportive and consistently keep you thoroughly up to date with what my kid has got up to that day.
Can’t thank you all enough for the absolute consistency throughout. I started using this childcare centre when my first kid was nine months old.

The only negative is that since changing from Dizzy Ducks to Kindred it has become more money orientated. For my family we needed to drop my daughter off 20 minutes early yet the childcare centre want to charge me a full hour, I did suggest that I’d pick her up 20 minutes early so it’s not any extra time but management said that’s not possible. My daughter loves coming to childcare centre she consistently comes out cheerful and sometimes never wants to leave, we get regular daily updates of what she’s been doing in the day.

When picking up my kid she was consistently cheerful and spotless.
She has now moved into the tot’s room, has settled in truly well and is gaining a lot of self‑assurance. She has learnt so much being at the childcare centre such as how to feed herself, socialising with other kids and singing lots of songs which we sing together.
I’m informed and updated with her day and all other childcare centre information via an app. The app truly helps to stay connected to your kid.
In the morning when I drop my daughter off the team are consistently welcoming and polite.
I’m truly just enjoying seeing my little girl grow at Kindred Hainault have played a big part in that. My daughter attends this childcare centre who is two years old.
She started in the baby room where the team were highly keen to know how best to settle her and introduce her to the routine.

She looks forward to coming into childcare centre and has built excellent relationships with the team members and kids in the room and we know that she is being well looked after. She is discovering new stuff everyday and are highly cheerful with her development. Thank you to all the team members at Kindred Hainault. My daughter has been attending baby room for over a year and absolutely loves it.

My son was in preschool and now my daughter attends too. She loves to be in the childcare centre. Welcoming team, great care for the kids, outstanding preparation for the next stage – reception! I highly suggest!

The team are highly welcoming and supportive. They are willing to share what my son has done throughout the day and answer any questions we have.
My son loves attending and he can’t wait to jump out of the car every morning to see his friends. My son has been attending Kindred Hainault for 18 months and he is thriving in all areas.

Firstly the team are exceptionally welcoming, attentive and knowledgable. I have found them to be honest and reassuring when discussing issues of concern. They have created an outstanding discovering setting through playtime and my small has quickly and happily adapted to the daily routine the childcare centre has in place. Small is even discovering some Makaton/British Sign Lanauage there.
The food is prepped on-site and is home-cooked and nutritious. They have outstanding procedures in place for those with allergies and intolerances which are reviewed on a regular basis.
The safeguarding procedures and set-up are second to none. They are quick to inform parents of any incidences and their record-taking is meticulous.
This was one of the few nurseries that has a separate outside space for each of the rooms. The kids have unrestricted access to this space rain or shine! My small has been at this childcare centre for nearly a year now and I am thrilled with the care, attention and discovering opportunities that are available.
