Little Bear's Nursery In Wanstead Village

My daughter has been attending since she was one and a half years old and she has developed highly well. Daily updates are provided on her day. I would definitely suggest this setting to other parents Lovely childcare centre, attentive team, and lots of stimulation for kids.

The Christmas Concert was so lovely, especially after the pandemic, the team are considerate of my access needs by giving me prints out of the speech and songs/lyrics and providing many activities and a lovely outdoor garden space. They do lots of arts activities and my three year old daughter has become truly independent in going to the toilets, understanding hygiene and oral health, putting stuff away etc. The team made an effort to learn sign language as well as both my husband and I are deaf too. Lovely and welcoming childcare centre, highly spotless, my daughter consistently leaves the preschool cheerful and the kids are all cheerful too – rarely do I see a kid cry – compared to the other childcare centre where my other daughter went which was the opposite which makes a nice change.

Since my son started the childcare centre they have been truly attentive to my son’s development needs that I have raised concerns about, they do everything in their power to help me and my son. My son also has allergies and consistently have an alternative for him. They are genuine people and have the kindest of hearts and truly do take great care of my son which makes me truly cheerful. I don’t have a bad word to say about this childcare centre. I highly suggest it. This childcare centre is incredible, the team and management are just so lovely compassionate and attentive.

The team are all so lovely and take care of her so well. She is well fed and is discovering so much there.
The room is lovely and has lots of toys and is kept spotless.
The Manager and Deputy Manager in the office are highly welcoming and consistently take the time to say hello and interact with the kiddies.
I’d highly suggest this childcare centre. My daughter started a month ago and she loves it there, she settled so well and just loves the 1 – 2 Room Leader and Practitioner.

They eat better than I do and Little Bears has now taken care of 4 of my wider families kids with another one signed up for 2023. Have 2 kids in Little Bears and they adore it, have never been upset about going to childcare centre and adore all their educators and friends!

My son has attended since he was 10 months old going through the various different rooms. He has been effectively trained in various aspects and we’re highly impressed with his development. He is a cheerful kid and loves attending this childcare centre. We’ve never had any issues with this childcare centre and would highly suggest it. This is a top-notch private childcare centre.

He’s only been going for a few months and has already made excellent leaps in his development, and become much more confident around other kids (and adults). We adore it here, all the team are absolutely fantastic and I felt like they got to know our son so quickly and everyone truly cares for every single little person in there.

He is discovering so quickly from other babies and from his room leaders, an everyone truly cares about all the kids. They all know his name (even leaders from other rooms) and take the time to say hello and wave. There are lots of different activities during the week and the food is varied and different. It is highly reassuring that he is so cheerful and settled here. My son is so cheerful here.

There is a clear curriculum and the team implement this through the activities they do with the kids. They use a variety of toys to stimulate different skills and senses. Our son has learnt a lot already and thoroughly enjoys his time at childcare centre.

Being a medic, I was highly impressed with the childcare centre’s covid procedures during the pandemic. They stood out from other local nurseries. Not only did they have strict policies in place but they made sure they were implemented. Information was sent throughout and guidelines set out clearly for the parents to follow. They are highly cautious with illness in general and do their best to keep all the kids secure!

Right from the beginning (the tour of the childcare centre) the team and manager were welcoming, informative and supportive.

She absolutely loves going to childcare centre and consistently comes home stimulated and joyful, full of laughter. The team are consistently so compassionate, loving and attentive. The food is exceptional. Our daughter comes home saying a new word or knowing the actions to a new childcare centre rhyme, almost every day. The activities are highly varied and they often playtime in the garden. The managers are consistently on hand to answer any queries and clearly have fantastic relationships with the kids. We couldn’t be happier with the care, assistance and education Little Bears has provided our family. We can’t suggest the team there higher. My eighteen-month-old daughter has been attending Little Bears since she was eight months old so has experienced both the baby room and one and a half years’ room.
