N Family Club - Stratford

I have sent both my kids there and have been so pleased with their care of kids across a range of ages. They design thoughtful, engaging activities for the kids and encourage lots of outdoor playtime and forest school adventures. The extra activities – “N Extras” – are a fantastic bonus, but honestly the biggest draw is the caregivers, who are obviously dedicated to the kids and foster a inviting, loving discovering setting. The space is fantastic – rooms filled with natural light, lovely wooden toys, and a big garden with water playtime, slides, a track, and lots of opportunities for exploring. The food provided to the kids is high quality and your kid’s activities and schedule are updated regularly throughout the day using an app. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone (and have to many of my friends!). N Family Club Stratford is a fantastic childcare centre with attentive team.

Their philosophy and curriculum for playtime and discovering is modern and approaches highly topical world problems. The childcare centre building and garden is designed to be a childcare centre, the design, materials and colours are lovely. The menu is extraordinary, our son absolutely loves it. The flexibility and Famly app that they use is outstanding and incredibly easy to use. It is more expensive than other local nurseries but they do accept the 30 free government hours and spread them over the 51 weeks of the year that they are open! N Family Club is a remarkable childcare centre.

I was highly apprehensive during the settling in process but it went highly smoothly, team supported us highly well and our kid has settled in highly quickly with not much crying. The team are highly welcoming, attentive and they listen when you have concerns. They take the time to get to know your kid, their individual habits and our kid has bonded with her key workers well. The facilities are outstanding compared to what you would see in other nurseries, it is exceptionally well thought out and designed, spotless and tidy with lots of different areas and toys to explore, including the large garden. There are numerous enjoyable activities all day including painting and baking. The updates via the app is exceptional, with photos and messages all day, you can see every nappy change and meal information. You also get a daily de-brief at pick up. They also do a base line assessment and identify areas to help develop your kid. We adore it here. N Family Club – Stratford is everything you could look for in a childcare centre and more.

We have received genuine connection, reassurance, and consistent professionalism from day one. Leaving your baby for the first time in kid care is scary enough but the transition was made a lot easier through compassion and exceptionally excellent updates. The food, development, setting, and team are unrivalled. A highly personal approach that truly makes this place special. Highly recommended. N Family Club Stratford has a truly high level of care for both parents and kids.

My only concern before she joined was how she would settle and how she would sleep. We fell into attachment parenting, so she is consistently inviting, we bed share and breastfeed, so I was highly anxious that she would not be able to nap. She is so relaxed at childcare centre, she’s reinvented herself and self settles for her naps. I sense that her key worker and all of the team genuinely adore her, and do such lovely and considered development activities – from celebrating Pride month to exploring emotions. I adore receiving photo updates as well as a full record in real-time of what she has been doing (eating, napping, nappy changes etc. The childcare centre says “There is no bad weather, just inappropriate clothing” and we adore that she spends so much time outdoors. Simply put, N childcare centre is a dream. After viewing numerous nurseries, N was the only childcare centre that my husband and I not only felt comfortable leaving our daughter at but actually felt excited for how she would be spending her days.
