September 9, 2024 at 6:55 amMy kid has found a highly great place where he can learn a lot of things and can understand how to interact with other kids.
People are highly compassionate and flexible and help if needed.
I only think the price to pay is a bit higher than it should honestly be and higher than other nurseries in the area. Great team and experienced teacher.

There also seems to be a great mix of physical/outdoor playtime, creative playtime and developmental activities. The team at Bright Horizons Lewisham have been incredibly compassionate, attentive and supportive towards my daughter, who has attended for almost 2 years now.

Also from a management perspective, thanks to the manager, remarkable in updates and assistance especially through this highly difficult pandemic time. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough they have everything your kid needs to succeed and it feels like one big family. Since my son has started talking he doesnt stop saying all the team’s names he knows and loves! That says it all, a highly cheerful little boy! (And parents!) Wow, incredible childcare centre, team and management!

November 26, 2024 at 2:31 pmThe manager deals professionally and is understanding with any queries or concerns you have as baby toddler settles in.
The only improvement I would suggest is some other nurseries have a website or app to exchange updates or pictures of how the kid is doing, where at Bright Horizons they are still paper-based and hand over at the end of the day. Still works well. Overall a truly excellent childcare centre, inviting interactions with the kid, discovering new words every day.

December 6, 2024 at 3:43 amOur whole journey was highly positive. As parents we were consistently confident that our son was taken highly great care of. The transition from baby to toddler to ready for school was highly smooth. The team were exceptionally welcoming, polite and patient in dealing with the kids as well as us parents. They were highly forthcoming with all information related to our kid. The most important thing about the childcare centre – is that the kid should be healthy, have great food and in nurtured in a cheerful, enjoyable-loving, discovering setting. In our opinion, the childcare centre exceeded our expectations and we as parents were never worried. I highly suggest this childcare centre to all parents. My son started going to the childcare centre since he was 7 months old and stayed there till he turned 4 and started school.

December 23, 2024 at 2:57 amHis settling period was about a week as he was and still is so cheerful to go back and playtime with the kids and his key person. He is eating and sleeping well which is a sign to me that he is cheerful there. Definitely would suggest this childcare centre and absolutely cheerful that we’ve chosen it. My little one started to visit the childcare centre two weeks ago.

I cannot wait to see how well he develops for the remainder of his time at the childcare centre. My son has only moved to this childcare centre for 8 months and I have seen a lot of improvements.

My 4-year-old daughter has been going to there for almost two years now and we are absolutely cheerful with the quality of care she receives. It’s fantastic seeing our daughter get excited about going to daycare and we can see the growth and discovering every day. I would like to say thank you to all the team for being so excellent.

February 11, 2025 at 9:18 amHe was so well looked after and everyone in the childcare centre made a huge effort to help him settle in despite the tough times with covid. He was challenged with lots of different activities, supported with his discovering and we noticed a real change in him after a short spell at childcare centre – from eating to sleeping! I would truly suggest and we only left because we moved out of the area. The management team are outstanding and consistently there to assistance. Thank you! Our son started here shortly after his first birthday and he loved it.

Meals are varied and nutritious and we sense highly re-assured by the management of the childcare centre. The team are highly welcoming and the childcare centre is well organised and consistently spotless.

March 31, 2025 at 7:09 amOn the contrary, he would consistently run up the road each morning to get to the childcare centre as fast as possible, and upon collection would often complain that he wanted to stay longer. The team are welcoming, competent, and fully aware of their responsibilities. My son’s education, emotional as much as intellectual, progressed rapidly under their care. The Bright Horizons Family App enabled me to monitor how each day was structured and how my son was doing, something I found both enjoyable and reassuring. I am cheerful to suggest Bright Horizons Lewisham to other parents without hesitation. My son attended Bright Horizons Lewisham for two years, and during that time never (as far as I am aware) had a bad journey of any compassionate.

This was all because of the incredible team at Brighthorizon’s Lewisham, their assistance and encouragement and the cheerful setting which the childcare centre provides for the little toddlers to bloom! Our kid attended this fantastic childcare centre for two years graduating in September 2020.

I have full self‑assurance that he is kept busy and stimulated throughout the day with plenty of outdoor playtime. Most importantly he charges in happily each morning and is full of smiles at pick-up too! My two year old son has settled truly well at Bright Horizons Lewisham Day Childcare centre and Preschool.

April 10, 2025 at 3:58 amI could not suggest it highly enough. My daughter is so cheerful going there every morning and when I collect her in the evening she is smiling, content and excited. Her development has come on leaps and bounds from drawing, talking, to understanding and her physicality. I honestly don’t know what we would do without the fantastic team. We have a truly cheerful daughter and a lot of that is down to the childcare centre. Our daughter is nineteen months and has been attending Bright Horizons Lewisham Day Childcare centre and Preschool for seven months.

From the management team to the childcare centre team, our lovely key worker, and even the excellent enjoyable chef who is as great as anyone at helping my son sense welcome and cheerful from the moment he arrives, the whole team are outstanding! Plus having direct access to the garden is also excellent. We are truly cheerful we chose this childcare centre. Thanks to the manager and team! We adore the team at Bright Horizons, Belmont Hill.

He has been truly excited about all the new things that he is discovering every day and looks forward to spend time there. I couldn’t suggest it more to other parents. It’s been an incredible journey and they made it easy for us to get through the first couple of weeks .
