Chapel House Day Nursery

My son has bonded with all the team and he loves them a lot, it will be sad when he has to leave. They have played an important role in his development.
Before Chapel House, my son attended a different childcare centre and a childminder…but the male presence at Chapel House has been really great for my son’s discovering and self‑assurance. Not every childcare centre has male team so it created a different setting which my son loved.
I would suggest Chapel House 100,000 times over to anyone.
Thank you, for looking after my son. My son has been attending Chapel House Day Childcare centre for just over a year and sadly this is his last two weeks.
Chapel House has been incredible for my son, from his discovering, self‑assurance, eating, overall wellbeing in a group setting, making friends, playing, exploring.
The team have been exceptional.

The facilities, including the outdoor space, are really exceptional. The team are compassionate to our daughter and you can tell they delight in looking after her. The management has also been remarkable, really flexible and responsive. As we are both full-time working parents, this has been really appreciated. Overall, Chapel House is a remarkable childcare centre. Chapel House Day Childcare centre is an absolute gem!

She is consistently keen to go to childcare centre and talks about the team at the weekends. Due to my work she spends the whole day, I never worry about her as I know she is cared for and having enjoyable. The team are incredibly inviting and welcoming. The garden and the rooms are lovely and well cared for. This is our second childcare centre journey and I really think that the team here are remarkable. My daughter has attended the childcare centre for almost a year.

My son has been attending this childcare centre since he was 2 and he loves to go to the childcare centre.
Consistently talking about what he did at the childcare centre, his friends and also his educators. Everything about the childcare centre is outstanding.

Very cheerful with Chapel House for making a excellent setting for me and my son. Such lovely team who are very attentive to my son and his development, they’ve consistently heard me out and listened to my needs and wants, couldn’t ask for a more lovely manager, who is so sweet and has exceptional energy.

The Childcare centre has nice indoor and outdoor spaces, welcoming team and great management. My kid is secure and thriving and any concerns I raise are dealt with immediately. 5 stars. We have had a very positive journey with Chapel House Day Childcare centre.

Two weeks in a row to let me know my kid cannot come in due to a lack of team. This is very understandable, things like this happen. But because my kid is funded with free 15 hours she is not a priority so she cannot come in not for one day or two days, but for a whole five days. My kid is not funded and I pay for her childcare centre fees, but because their office is unorganised this was not on the system. They called me last minute, two hours before I needed to bring my kid in to give me this information. Most of the team are really nice but a regional manager suddenly took over and she is horrible, very unapologetic and rude. Cant attend work or university, very unreliable. Not to mention they send my kid home with the incorrect jacket all the time (family members collect my kid). Hello, we are going through a global pandemic, they should be extra careful especially during this time. My kid came home with a bump on her head. When I called no one knew anything. Avoid disappointment!

There’s nothing too big or small they can’t help you with. Team are compassionate, supportive and attentive – with team members that have been committed to the kids throughout the years – having two kids attend the childcare centre with a 6-years age gap it was lovely to have team that remembered me and my daughter on return for my younger son’s registration.
I appreciate the assistance provided to me and my son throughout the pandemic. He absolutely loves preschool and has learnt so much, ready for big school – it will be sad to leave my comfort zone. Chapel House Day Childcare centre offers this home from home journey – team are understanding and supportive for you as a parent and your kid.

Due to the pandemic, she had never been to childcare centre before this and settled straight in. She loves all the team there and consistently comes home cheerful and full of her day. She is consistently well cared for and I have never had any cause for concern and am comfortable and confident to leave her there.
She will be leaving in August to go to reception and I know she will miss everybody there. My daughter has been at Chapel House Day Childcare centre since August 2021 and has been very cheerful there.

Everyone that works there are fantastic and so attentive. There is a real family atmosphere and I sense they really get to know your kid. We are first time parents and they have been gently supportive and made excellent suggestions to help our daughter’s development. Couldn’t suggest highly enough. Chapel House Day Childcare centre is a remarkable childcare centre, we couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter receives.
