September 15, 2020 at 12:00 amA lovely small nursery, we have been very happy sending our daughter here. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and take a keen interest in her development. The nursery, being small, makes us feel like everything is very personal and all the staff know our daughter well.
Communication between staff and parents is excellent with lots of updates on the nursery app throughout the week. Throughout COVID we have also been very reassured with the safety protocols that have been put in place.
The outdoor space at the nursery is rather small but we feel they have made the best use of it and put on a varied range of activities for children throughout the week.

September 18, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son attended from October 2018 to September 2020. He settled in very quickly and built positive relationships with the staff and other children. He enthusiastically went along early in the morning and developed a good routine. He ate well and staff always gave me good detailed feedback at the end of the day. He was always engaged in activities and it was great to be able to get news during the day via the famly app. The nursery are very accommodating, helpful and flexible and really has a great personal touch. My son had a very positive experience at the nursery and I fully recommend it to others.

September 22, 2020 at 12:00 amGreat nursery all round. My little boy started when he was 2 years, he absolutely loves it and enjoy all the different activities. The staff is friendly and nothing is ever too much. Staff always welcome parents and their children with a lovely smile.

October 26, 2020 at 12:00 amI am a mum of three and all of my children have been attending Tenderlinks Nursery for just a little over two years. We had our down days with missing clothing or paint all over their clothing (nothing a spear outfit in their bag wouldn’t resolve) but all of the ups superseded that. The staff are amazing, so diligent and caring. I felt like they all had an individual relationship with each of my children. They would do the smallest of things that would make a great impact. Bending down when greeting or address the children, using their best skills the cater to each specific child’s need. I really felt comfortable dropping them off at Tenderlinks, they felt like family. Every time I collected the children, on our ride home the children always had lovely things to say about their day. One of them would cry quite frequently when he realised I was there to collect him because he just didn’t want nursery to end.

February 17, 2022 at 12:00 amOnly been a few months in but we had no problems at all. The staff are always nice and approachable. Always keeping us posted on our little one’s progress, uploading pictures regularly. Uploading their observations and next steps. Always feel safe and happy dropping off our little one to the nursery.

February 22, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has started the nursery since January 2022! He has never been to nursery so this was quite a big, new chapter in his life! So I was quite particular about the nursery I wanted for my son to start. The staff have been very kind and caring. Even the day we came to look at nursery, one of the staff offered my son a cracker. They have been very welcoming. It did take my son some time to settle because nursery has been a completely new experience for him. But Tenderlinks nursery has helped him to adapt to the new change. It’s such a big bonus to see pictures of the activities my son has done while at nursery during the day and for different celebrations on the nursery app! It’s great that we can talk about what he has enjoyed at nursery and seeing pictures.

April 24, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son joined in January 2023 and just like any new parent sending their child to nursery, we have all the doubts in the world but I was put at ease by all the staff. During the induction, they were super, very attentive and caring in this new transition. We are in April now and my boy is loving it, we get all the feedback by the staff for the activities he’s doing, how he’s developing and we have 100% trust in all the staff taking care of him. Highly highly recommend!

Good communication is sent to the parents by email and the app and the frequency of them is good too.
The staff are just amazing and the genuine care shown to the children is beautiful to see and immensely reassuring. The fun and variety the children have are fabulous.

April 24, 2023 at 12:00 amI have two children at Tenderlinks Day Nursery, they walk in each day without looking back. The staff are passionate about their jobs and my children talk about them with affection. The dialogue between the management and parents is good, we get updates on the famly app so we know how long nap time was and what they are eating, as well as seeing some of the activities. The only real downside is the outdoor space is very small, but they do make the best of the space they have. They go on trips in the locality, to the library, playground, the common and local shops.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amOur little boy started at Tenderlinks Day Nursery when he was 8 months. Leaving him to go back to work was a big thing for us and I was really anxious but the team have made it a great experience for him and he is visibly happy to go. He has become less shy and can really see how he is developing socially as a result. The team are so flexible and accommodating of our requests and have really helped to make it a very smooth transition for us all. I feel happy leaving him there during the day and know he’ll be well cared for.

The staff are very loving and take good care of my baby, respecting our needs and routine. Everyone is always available to answer my questions and overall, I’m very happy with everything.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amLovely nursery with staff that are caring and kind. They do lots of activities and there’s a great selection of toys and books. Very accommodating to children with allergies and the app they use to update parents is great. The baby room is really big with a soft carpeted area for playing and a shiny floor area for having lunch etc, but it’s nice and bright and is the same size as the toddler room (unlike a lot of other nurseries in the area). The only small downside is that the outside space is small, however, they go to the park a lot so it’s not such an issue.
My son has a lovely time every time he goes. Highly recommend.
