Aspire Day Nursery

Our baby has been going to Aspire since she turned one. She had real separation issues when she started and struggled at first but everyone has been fantastic with her and given her lots of cuddles and affection. Now she claps her hands at the nursery gates and tries to take her bag and go to nursery at weekends! It’s lovely seeing the bond she has with the people there and how excited they are by her achievements. We love it and we’re so happy that she is happy.

Fantastic nursery! My eldest went for a short time and we moved away but on return, we were determined to get our youngest in. We’ve seen both our boys in different nurseries and Aspire has been the best one for both of them you far!

My 15 month old has been going to Aspire for 4 months now and is loving it. She is always super happy, they report back everyday face-to-face but also through Tapestry app which is lovely to read and send home lots of cute stuff they’ve made. The staff are super, super lovely and I am very happy to send her there so far. Highly recommended.

The teachers have been great at settling our daughter and she really seems to be enjoying all the activities. When I go to pick her up she is very content and great to see how comfortable she is there so quickly.

I would recommend Aspire Nursery in Surbiton to anyone. My child has been very happy there over the last four years. All the staff are incredibly friendly and caring professionals who clearly enjoy working there. My child has been happy in every room he has moved into and much of this is down to the care and kindness that he has received. The meals are outstanding and varied as are the activities they offer. They have dealt with the ‘Coronavirus pandemic’ very well and the nursery re-opening was reassuringly well organised, as always the children’s safety and happiness were at the forefront of their decision making.
On the whole, I give them 10 out of 10.

My son started at Aspire in Jan 2020 and I have been consistently hugely impressed with their professionalism and standard of care. He had never been in a nursery setting before, but from the first day has come home bubbling with enthusiasm and tales of all the exciting things he has done. He is a particular fan of the extra activities such as dance and loves the food and garden facilities especially. Every member of staff at the nursery whom I have encountered has been warm, courteous and engaging, and the regular updates and photos via the online learning journal are hugely appreciated. The new facilities and rooms are beautiful and the standard of cleanliness is excellent. I have been particularly impressed with the level of communication and sensitivity with which Aspire have handled their pandemic response; we have felt incredibly supported and well informed throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aspire to anyone; indeed, I regularly have to friends and family!

The whole nursery from the manager to the team are approachable and go above and beyond. A really special place to have available to send your child to.

We moved to Aspire Day Nursery after being dissatisfied with our previous nursery. Aspire provides an excellent all-round nursery experience for the parent and the child. Particular highlights are how consistent the staff are in their roles, the obvious attention they pay to the child’s development (along with recording this for you) and the upkeep and presentation of the premises.

We have been part of the Aspire community for the last 5 years with both my sons starting at 12months and my youngest heading off to school this September. Over this period we have been blown away by the professionalism, kindness and energy of all the Aspire staff. The teachers form very close connections with the children and make them feel very special and important. Forest school and Teddy tennis is a particular favorite activity of the children and they always come home with lots to tell us about. The preschool class prepares them very well for starting school with the basics of reading and math in a fun environment. I highly recommend Aspire to any parent looking for a caring, fun, innovative nursery for their child.

We have now had three years of experience with Aspire Day Nursery, having both a son (now at school) and daughter attend, and have been delighted. Aspire is a well-run, well-staffed, nurturing and fun environment for children. The activities they provide are engaging and educational, my daughter, in particular, loves messy play, baking and painting! Food is excellent, facilities and toys are good and communication with parents is frequent and clear. I would highly recommend it.
