She is now in preschool and is preparing for school. The team are very attentive to her needs and she always comes home with a big smile on her face.

March 25, 2019 at 12:00 amI love Asquith! We have our second child here now and many years on from when the first one was here, a number of the staff, the values and the feel have not changed. This is a credit to the local management, who despite the corporate changes and a new building have kept the atmosphere of a nurturing local nursery.

They have a very attentive and caring staff and we felt so welcomed when we first started nursery.
My daughter absolutely loves going to the nursery every day and she learns a new thing every time she goes. We highly recommend and we are pleased with our choice.

June 4, 2019 at 12:00 amIt has only been one month and three weeks since my son joined nursery and he finds it quite comfortable playing with teachers. I am happy to see him playing in the classroom not crying. The only difficulty is that he continuously has a cold ever since he attended the class.

February 19, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has been at the nursery for a year now. I found the settling really hard but the staff gave me so much reinsurance and support which made it easier. I’m so grateful for everything his teachers do. The passion and care provided is amazing and I’m just happy to see my son so happy when I collect him every day. He always likes to share stories about what he’s done during the day and always comes home with something he’s baked, drawn or made.

Its warmth, familiarity, sense of personal commitment to each child, creative activities enjoyed and sense of care are really valued. Openness about a variety of topics and approachability, in general, is great too. Plus the extended childcare hours available (07:00 am – 18:30 pm) are very appreciated and were – and remain – a key contributor in choosing a nursery.

March 28, 2022 at 12:00 amIt is a lovely nursery, where the individual needs of children are catered to. Kids get attention and plenty of activities via a thoughtfully designed programme. The nursery team seem to love their jobs and I feel comfortable leaving my child there.

Staff are excellent and communication are always clear. My child is always happy after spending a day at the nursery.

April 20, 2022 at 12:00 amWe have very good experience with our Bright Horizons branch in Kingston upon Thames on Richmond Road. From the rough beginning as it happens to be during the Covid pandemic until now. I feel like my daughter is in very good help. She loves all staff members and she’s talking about them outside the nursery. She keeps asking over the weekend if she can go to the nursery.

My daughter has been extremely happy there and I have been delighted with her development, with the help from the great staff. The staff are fantastic and I feel they have the best interests of the children at heart. We were sad for my daughter to leave, but she leaves confident and ready to start school. December 9, 2022 at 12:00 amWe could not be happier with how well our son has settled into life at nursery. The care he receives from his keyworker and support staff is obviously outstanding. This is clear from how happy he is to be dropped off and the thoughtful and detailed feedback we receive from his keyworker when we collect him. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty and this is very reassuring in what can be an anxious process.

February 15, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter joined the nursery in November 2022 and has settled in very well. This is partly because the nursery has been amazing at arranging settling-in sessions to ease her in prior to her joining formally and, also to her key carer for creating a welcoming, warm and inclusive environment and developing a strong bond with her. My daughter is always very happy and smiley from the moment we drop her off and pick her up from nursery. Her key carer and support staff have been outstanding in supporting and encouraging her to develop fine and gross motor skills. We get detailed updates on her progress at the end of each day and also on the Bright Horizons app. All in all, a very positive and happy start to life in nursery. Thank you to all the team!

August 16, 2023 at 12:00 amI have been extremely happy and impressed with the nursery. My son settled quickly and formed a brilliant bond with his key worker. Communication is excellent with clear updates on activities they do during the week as well as detailed updates on the day-to-day on the app. I have been impressed with the trips out and the excellent sense of community the nursery has.
The food menu seems varied and substantial and most importantly the staff are all friendly, caring and professional creating a lovely environment to send a little one to.
