September 4, 2024 at 8:22 amShe is so cheerful to see different kids and playtime buddies in the childcare centre. She is a more confident kid now and excited too. She is also discovering how to count and alphabets, months, songs, etc. This is helping her a lot before she will start school this year. We are so cheerful to send our daughter to the same childcare centre as her elder sister went to.

They have nurtured his adore of discovering and are constantly coming up with new ways to engage with and challenge my son academically. We will be so sad to leave the childcare centre when my son starts school. I would highly suggest Bright Horizons Mount Carmel Day Childcare centre and Preschool to any parent. My son has been attending Bright Horizons Mount Carmel Day Childcare centre and Preschool for 18 months and I could not be happier with the childcare centre.

It is such a welcoming and attentive atmosphere and the management team is so invested in both the kids and the team. We will miss childcare centre once school starts! My son has been at Mount Carmel for three years and has been looked after brilliantly during that time.

Lovely team, great setting with outdoor space, sense like they really care and involve the parents. We moved to this childcare centre recently after our previous one moved.

December 18, 2024 at 10:07 amThey are consistently accommodating and take on board any questions and concerns we’ve had. The team in the baby room are welcoming and compassionate. They consistently undertake a variety of activities and share them with regular updates on the app. The manager is well organized and quick to respond to queries. They have a varied and nutritious menu, meaning our little one has tried a lot more things than at home. Overall we’re very satisfied with our journey in the baby room. The childcare centre have been remarkable, especially in helping our daughter settle in.

Our son gets to try a variety of food that we wouldn’t think of offering him at home. I wouldn’t change him anywhere else and I would suggest it to my friends. We are really cheerful with the childcare centre.

She really enjoys her time there as she is exposed to different activities on a daily basis. They have promoted her speech and understanding. She comes home cheerful and speaks about her activities at the childcare centre with a lot of enthusiasm. The team/educators/manager have listened and responded to us and they are consistently cheerful and bright – you can tell that there is a excellent working setting in her room. She also enjoys the food there. I consider this childcare centre a attentive setting where my daughter is flourishing. I have already registered my youngest daughter too. I could not suggest it more. My daughter settled in very well and almost immediately.

March 26, 2025 at 2:05 amHe has been there for 1.5 years and the facilities are excellent, but what makes the difference is the team. They are compassionate, consistently giving updates and details about the kid. I sense my kid is extremely well looked after and he is striving to succeed in this setting. Since the manager took the lead, I have also noticed much better and frequent updates, which is highly appreciated. I sense like my kid is in the perfect place for him to grow and learn. The new portal is also very nice! The fee is high and it is a huge part of our income, but somehow it feels well invested. Thank you to the manager and team to enable my kid to be cheerful! Bright Horizons Mount Carmel Day Childcare centre and Preschool is the dream childcare centre for my kid.

He is consistently cheerful to go to the childcare centre and often shows us his nice work – in the form of drawings or childcare centre rhymes. The opening hours and dates are far better than other nurseries. We have a great relationship with the management and team and can comfortably suggest this childcare centre to our friends. My son has been attending Mount Carmel since the age of 1.
