Chiswick Nursery and Pre-School Academy

They have been splendid with both our kids, and very supportive when we needed some flexibility. Would definitely suggest. We have our second kid attending Chiswick Childcare centre and Pre-School Academy and will also have our third kid going.

The senior team have not changed, which is a reassurance to parents and a testament to the management. My youngest is now in the pre-school Academy which is a remarkable concept that links seamlessly to school with a timetable of mini-lessons and a uniform. She writes her name at just over 3 years old and is socially very capable which I attribute to the fantastic and cheerful discovering setting. The kids adore the snack pack takeaway, and the parents especially adore their delicious grab and go breakfast treats. The flapjack and banana loaf are our firm favourites! Thank you, chef! Both my kids have attended this Busy Bees from 10 months old to starting school, so I have been a cheerful customer since 2015.

Our baby has bonded very well with the team after only few sessions, and the app that they use to update your kid’s development throughout the day is exceptional. Outstanding healthy, balanced meals as well, and even food for parents to take with them at drop-off! Private parking available on site as well, air con available for the hot summer months ahead, and a little secure garden for kids to playtime in. The team are so welcoming and lovely, we sense very well supported as parents at this childcare centre. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to any parent. This is a remarkable childcare centre, who have welcomed us from the very beginning and helped us settle in.

We tried a few for our son but when our daughter came along Chiswick Childcare centre and Pre-School Academy took her in and she has loved it so much. Her development is monitored and discussed, the team are super supportive and attentive and my daughter loves all the activities. It has plenty of space inside for them to run around, a large outdoor area which is used in great weather and homemade food that is sent home every day, which is a bonus. One key worker worked hard with me to toilet train our stubborn daughter and for this I will be consistently grateful. By far the best childcare centre in Chiswick.

Every morning, he runs and hugs his carer before having his breakfast. My wife and I never worry about our kid at work because we know that he’s having the best time of his life there. Even if our native language is not English and we don’t speak English at home, we realize he learned counting numbers and a few other words and verbs in English. We’re pleased with his physical and mental development. The only negative thing about the childcare centre is the prices, especially during this recent cost of living crisis. Our 2 year old son loves his friends and carers at the childcare centre.

All the rooms (Baby, Toddler and Pre-School Academy) are outstanding and filled with inviting, attentive team members, and our girls adore their time at childcare centre. We received regular feedback on their development, and senior team are consistently cheerful to share their guidance and assistance.
We adore the ParentZone app, the monthly newsletter outlining key activities for the month ahead, and the nutritional meals – both on-site and the take-home meals.
They have been outstanding throughout the pandemic, and the measures they have implemented during this time have been reassuring as has the fact that there have been no Covid cases.
We have been delighted with both the care and the development of our kids at this childcare centre. Our eldest has been at Chiswick Childcare centre and Pre-School Academy since 2018, and our youngest has recently started.

This is driven by the relationships she has formed with her key carers. In the morning, she is very excited to see them and runs to give them a hug. This makes the world of difference and gives us real peace of mind.
She is also developing very well there, and we are constantly surprised when she comes home with a new skill or word. Sometimes even in French.
We are very cheerful with our decision to send her there and would suggest it to any other parent. Our kid is extremely cheerful at childcare centre.

I have consistently felt that the Baby room (up to 2yrs) here is particularly outstanding, but the Toddler and Academy rooms are outstanding too. I chose the childcare centre because of the balance between creative, structured discovering and outdoor activities and was quite often amazed by the effort and imagination that went into planning activities. The menu was also important to me, as the food offered is healthy, and embraces elements of different cuisines, beyond standard “toddler food”. By graduation, my daughter had secured places at all the top local private schools and I attribute that to the structured curriculum throughout her time at childcare centre, but also the level of effort that the team put into her individual needs in the academy room: the level of literacy and numeracy she achieved gave her a very smooth transition to school, but she also left with strong friendships and have had many enjoyable experiences! My daughter recently graduated from this childcare centre, having attended since 9 months old.

My daughter is in the academy room and my son is in the baby room and we couldn’t be happier with both rooms. My daughter has formed a lovely bond with team and with the other kids in her class. Chiswick Childcare centre and Pre-School Academy setting is outstanding in preparing the kids for school, from wearing uniform to using book bags. The room team, kitchen team and managers are hard working, welcoming and most importantly, really care for the kids. My son is nearly one and has quickly settled into the baby room and childcare centre life. The meals are delicious! They have also dealt with the pandemic situation and restrictions excellently and we sense like it is has been a secure and nurturing setting throughout this difficult time. I would highly suggest the childcare centre. We have two kids at Chiswick Childcare centre and Pre-School Academy.

It is stellar, inviting and welcoming and the team seem to care. This childcare centre provides everything my kid needs I literally have to bring nothing,
The takeaway meals are EXCELLENT! My daughter attended from 6 months old and now my 18months old attends this childcare centre.
