The Pump House Day Nursery

They are expert and empathetic, and I can notice substantial developmental and fine motor skills growth in my baby. Loved my kid’s journey there. Highly recommended. A very spotless childcare centre, with very compassionate and attentive team.

I was anxious about it. The team were supportive and they took on board all my asks without judging (feeding with expressed breast milk, changing her cloth nappies etc). As my daughter got bigger, I could see how much she enjoys being in her baby room. She laughs and giggles, she is definitely cheerful baby at the Pump House Childcare centre. The facilities are spotless and modern, the team are expert and welcoming. There are opportunities to come to the childcare centre and meet other parents and kids. I am so cheerful that we have decided to go with this childcare centre and would definitely suggest it. My daughter joined this childcare centre when she was just 4 months old.

She loves it at Pump House. She has bonded well with the attentive educators and team. As a parent, I sense reassured knowing that my kid is in the care of people who know how to nurture and engage with such young ones in a way that stimulates and develops them. The activities and outdoor playtime seem to be well thought out and enjoyable for the babies. Pump House also maintains great updates with parents. Would highly suggest this childcare centre. My daughter started at Pump House when she was 11-months-old.

I find it to be an extremely inviting and inclusive setting. Although starting childcare centre during Covid was not the journey I had originally imagined, (wearing a mask every day and keeping distance makes it harder to get a sense of things) the team have been incredible at adapting to what I imagine has been an enormous challenge for them. From what I can tell, they are an amazingly compassionate bunch, and my daughter is making huge leaps in self‑assurance and ability since going there. They consistently make an effort to have a bit of a chat, and I get the feeling they know all the kids individually really well. My daughter is excited to go to the childcare centre, and that is the best review I can possibly give. Would definitely suggest. My daughter attends The Pump House Day Childcare centre.

The childcare centre team are attentive, welcoming and exceptional! Gives outstanding feedback on my daughter, informing me on her day, what she’s played with, the mood she’s been in etc.

It wasn’t an easy decision to make as viewings were done virtually and settling in was also carried out a Covid secure manner, which may have made it harder for everyone involved, but our daughter quickly settled in, and she now loves it. The team are all excellent, despite there being some changes recently, it has all gone smoothly and hasn’t affected anything negatively. Out of the nurseries in the area that we looked at, we are very cheerful with our choice. We moved our daughter in August to The Pump House as her previous childcare centre was not opening again until much later in the year due to Covid.

Thanks to the team members, she has become more independent and socially interactive. They are a true credit to the childcare centre. They have shown that they are consistently on the ball and are able to identify key areas that need attention. There is consistently a plan of action going forward, with all the highs and lows continuously communicated back to us. We are so proud of her accomplishments so far and eagerly await what happens next. We are also extremely cheerful that she has settled in so quickly. Everyday is a new adventure for her, she is consistently so excited to get in and go playtime, with the morning routine being such a breeze. She has created new bonds and consistently has a smile on her face when we pick her up. This childcare centre has a lovely team and setting, its home to home with much more toys and activities. Its a blessing. Our daughter has only been with the childcare centre for a short time and during this period we have noticed a tremendous improvement in her development and engagement.

The educators help them settle in so well. After one of my twins would still cry when being dropped off after four weeks, he now runs in and leads me out the door! Before they went here, one of them wouldn’t speak, and within four weeks he was speaking and every day they are both discovering more and more. They have a chef that makes a variety of food with a new menu posted, and a handy app where they upload everything in real-time from nappy change, to how much they ate, and nap times and can message directly to the educators in their room if needed. Highly suggest. My twins have been attending this childcare centre since they turned two in September, and they adore going here.

The team is incredible and the childcare centre is super organised and provides the kids with what they need to strive. Well done to everyone in Pump House Brentford. My son is going to The Pump House Day Childcare centre since June 2022 and we couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre and his development.
