The team helped with everything we needed to make sure she settles easily. They are very responsive and attentive to anything we have raised or asked as first-time parents. The whole team is very compassionate and well‑informed and they made us sense really welcomed and comforted that our baby is in great hands. They have lots of resources and do incredible activities during the day, which we see from their online updates. We were really surprised by how big and incredible their garden is! They have extra classes as well, even for the baby room which we loved as it seems to be quite rare. I would highly suggest the childcare centre to anyone as they really try everything to cater for all the needs and requests. Our baby started not long ago and we are very pleased with the setting.

He’s made friendships with some of the kids and formed a excellent relationship with his key person as well as other team members. We are so cheerful he feels secure and is thriving in the setting. The team is consistently positive and enthusiastic, showing they’re cheerful to be there. Our son has been going to Cybertots at GWQ since August 2020 and is just transitioning from baby room to toddler room, it has been a breeze which is a relief. In these uncertain times, we trust our son is in a secure place where his needs and safety to him and others are at the forefront. We have managed to go through this pandemic with little upheaval of routine and that’s thanks to all the team. They have managed this whole pandemic situation seamlessly. We are and will consistently be eternally grateful. Our son really enjoys the garden and the playtime area facilities along with seeing his friends and team. Lots of activities and enjoyable for him. Thank you so much all, we suggest you all the time. Our son is excited to go to Cybertots at GWQ every morning.

The team including management are super compassionate, accommodating and take the time and effort to help with the settling and day-to-day assistance. Even if I have a concern, they take the time to listen and act upon it.
Adore the amount of activities/events provided including arts and crafts, Spanish, dancing, reading and more. My kid has excelled in his speech, reading and overall growth! In this day and age, it’s great to know the setting your kid is in, is inviting and secure and that my kid is in a cheerful place.
Couldn’t be happier with GWQ, definitely suggest it to any parents. Our son has been going to Cybertots at GWQ since he turned 2 and after moving cities, we were worried about his transition but Cybertots have been absolutely exceptional in getting us settled and all that comes with it.

He settled in quickly and has bonded really well with his remarkable key worker (so have we!). He’s consistently cheerful to be dropped off in the mornings and we get lots of daily feedback from his key worker as regular online updates on the app, including photos and a weekly summary of activities. They’ve very capably supported him/us through potty training and it’s been excellent to watch him develop new skills and friendships even in this short time. Team are consistently welcoming and quick to respond to queries etc, and administration is efficiently dealt with. Would definitely suggest! Our two-year old son has been at Cybertots at GWQ now for 6 months and is loving it!

Even on the weekend she asks to go to childcare centre. The team members are welcoming and accommodating for my kid’s specific needs. She enjoys the food and discovering new things. It’s remarkable to get instant notifications of my kid’s day, as well as detailed feedback when I collect her. Her key person goes above and beyond to reassure me and assistance me with my kid’s needs. I would highly suggest Cybertots. My daughter loves going to childcare centre every day.

The team are very attentive, loving, patient and supportive. Management is incredible, consistently available in case you need something.
They provide lots of enjoyable activities throughout the day like sensory playtime, art activities or cooking. At the end of the day, team takes the time to provide a very detailed feedback of how my son was during the day and what he did. My wife and I highly suggest it! My son has been attending childcare centre since September.

The team have been incredible, and when I collect him from the childcare centre they give me lots of feedback. She has had consistently outstanding key workers and educators, who have enabled her to thrive from baby room, toddler room, preschool and to school readiness. We have been absolutely astonished by our daughter’s development. She has been counting to one hundred, counting in two’s, fives and tens and is able to read small books on her own. I attribute her success to the discovering that is nurtured by the team at Cybertots at GWQ, admittedly we haven’t done much at home! The team really know the kids that they teach. Her key worker has been able to identify our daughter’s particular quirks and really seemed to understand the areas that she needs to develop and give supportive guidance about this. Additionally he really seems to delight in his work and his enthusiasm for teaching reflects very positively in our kid. We have been extremely cheerful with the care and education that our daughter has received at Cybertots at GWQ.

The team are simply incredible, they are so inviting, welcoming and expert. They keep the kids very busy with lots of enjoyable activities and we get excellent feedback every day. My son settled very quickly and immediately bonded with his key worker. We are most grateful to Cybertots as they have been remarkable in helping with my son’s development, going above and beyond for his special educational needs. The management team are exceptional, very responsive and approachable. I would fully suggest Cybertots, it is a fantastic childcare centre that treats the kids like family, my son consistently comes home with a big smile on his face! My son was there for 3 years and now my 2 year old is also attending. The team are so attentive and welcoming and both my kids bonded with their key workers so well. I chose the childcare centre as I had an active 2 years and was so impressed by the size of the childcare centre and playtime area which is unusual in this part of London! The food is also excellent and my normally fussy kids eat better at childcare centre than at home. I suggest it highly. I will be sad when my daughter leaves for school as it feels like an extension of our family! I have had such a excellent journey with Cybertots at GWQ.
