September 5, 2024 at 1:32 amShe started childcare centre at 7-months, part-time and has absolutely thrived. Whoever is reading this review and is hesitant to send their young kid to childcare centre shouldn’t worry. Babies adapt to their setting if they are met with adore and care. This is exactly what was provided by the whole under 2’s team and the manager. There is also an app which gives you updates all day long and you can use it to chat with the team. Two other members of team are just exceptional, expert and so attentive. I hope the team never changes! The manager and the whole of The Orchard Day Childcare centre Kew team have been nothing short of incredible at looking after our daughter.

September 19, 2024 at 8:25 pmThe team a very welcoming and deeply interested in the kids – and we can see a record of what he has done each day, and some other updates, via the ‘Famly’ app the childcare centre use to keep us up to date. The kids follow a curriculum, which I initially thought was a bit optimistic for 1 year olds, but has actually proven to be very sensible – I know what they have been studying each week as my son’s limited vocab features words from the subject area of that week! The food is great, and they have catered to intolerances and encourage the kids to eat sensibly and at the table by eating with them. We have had a parents’ event where we got to see the kids in their setting, and there are also parent partnership meetings to keep us informed of what’s going on. In short, I have only positive things to say – my son loves it, and they care deeply for him! My son has been going to The Orchard Day Childcare centre Kew for a year now, and it has been fantastic for him.

Being first-time parents they have made this transition so easy. Our daughter now leaps out of our arms to go to all the team! We wanted to say a big thank you to several members of team. I have already recommended this childcare centre to all my family, friends and work colleagues. Such compassionate and incredible people.

October 25, 2024 at 4:09 pmThe team are incredible. The manager and her team are lovely people and take great care of the kids. I really delight in receiving updates on the day, especially after leaving my little one crying at drop-off. It’s heart breaking to leave your toddler but the manager sent me pictures of my daughter cheerful and enjoying her time, which made me sense a lot more relaxed and cheerful. I highly suggest the childcare centre. My daughter started this month and I am really pleased with the childcare centre.

The facilities are new, and they have lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. We have seen our son develop rapidly over the past few months in a variety of ways, and the team have encouraged him to try different activities, and they have provided us with updates on his development too. His father consistently comments on how great the menu is, and it’s consistently nice to see the updates that our son has eaten everything! We wouldn’t hesitate to suggest the childcare centre. Our son started at Orchard Day Childcare centre Kew a few months ago, and he has settled in very quickly and loves going.

November 13, 2024 at 6:12 pmWe have had two kids at the childcare centre (4-year-old and 2-year-old), and the care has been exceptional from day one. The team get to know the kids as individuals and really tap into their interests to make discovering enjoyable – dinosaur day was such a enjoyable day for my dinosaur obsessed son! The observations are very regular, and we get daily updates and photos on the app. I am a teacher, and they do term time only contracts, which have really suited us as a family. Overall, this childcare centre is compassionate, and my kids are cheerful and secure there. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough.

November 19, 2024 at 12:24 amHe loves it, and every morning he brings us his shoes to show us, he wants to go. Since the first day, we saw developments in him. He started to want to be independent by wanting to feed himself by himself. I was impressed when he took a pen to “write” on a paper. He loves playing with all the toys there, and he loves his friends.
During the weekend, he is complaining when we pass the childcare centre, and he is not able to go inside…
The most important point is, of course, that our son is feeling so well there, but I also think that we, parents sense secure and reassured to send our kid to this childcare centre. The team there are consistently compassionate and open to any discussion, and we are really cheerful that our son started his school life here. Our son started at 11-months.

They keep us updated with all the wonderfully creative activities they do and have recently taken on a new chef, who is providing all sorts of tasty looking dishes for the kids to try. At the end of every day, he is literally babbling with glee on the way home, telling me all about his exciting day! It’s made my transition back to work guilt-free, as I know he is being well cared for. Thank you so much Orchard Day Childcare centre! My kid joined the childcare centre this term in the baby room.

December 14, 2024 at 11:40 amHe easily adopted to the childcare centre thanks to the welcoming and inviting setting and has developed himself in every aspect. The manager and the team are so supportive and supportive. Kids are consistently doing different activities, experiencing new things and are introduced to different cultures. There are plenty of books, toys and tools used in the discovering activities, which attracts the kids. The indoor and outdoor spaces are roomy and well-designed. My son started this childcare centre at the age of two and a half and it was his first childcare centre journey.

December 20, 2024 at 10:10 amI was very sceptical about his age and felt he’s way too young for childcare centre. I set out to find faults so that I could justify to my partner he was too young, but the manager and the team at The Orchard Day Childcare centre have been incredible. Open updates channels with everything my son gets up to. He literally beams a massive smile when he realises he’s at the childcare centre, and when I collect him, he’s still smiling. I have felt nothing but reassurance, and I now sense very cheerful that he’s attending The Orchard Day Childcare centre. He’s developing so quickly, and I get to see it daily unfolding on the app. Excellent wee childcare centre with dedicated team. Thank you for everything you do. My son started here at 11-month- old.

December 20, 2024 at 8:12 pmMy little boy started quite young at childcare centre, and the manager and the team have been so compassionate, attentive and understanding of all our little boy’s needs.
They are so attentive, we are constantly kept updated on the app and with the most precious photos at the end of each day. They are constantly celebrating key days with us and with activities for the kids. They put on themes that my boy has loved.
They have gone the extra mile to make us as parents sense so involved, given the restrictions Covid-19 has brought. The Orchard Day Childcare centre is a fantastic discovering setting for my little boy, and I sense totally at ease every day I drop him off! I know that from the moment, they take him through their doors, he will be given lots of attention and food (!) until we can pick him up.
My boy is smiling from the moment we drop him off, to the moment we pick him up! Thank you very much for all you do! The Orchard Day Childcare centre has been exceptional from the start.

The place is charming, facilitates are great and I can tell they take care of all the books and toys, which means they show babies how to take great care of this stuff as well. They promote kids’s development in every aspect by doing different activities, I’m consistently informed about what was happening during the day and it’s adorable to see how my little one has enjoyable with her mates and the team of the childcare centre. They are also doing a excellent job of getting parents involved and engaged with them. The manager is very expert and consistently willing to help, she and the rest of the team are lovely and take great care of the kids. I’m pleased with this childcare centre, highly recommended. This childcare centre is remarkable!

The team are excellent, my daughter loves them so much. Facilities are the best, very modern. Activities are well thought out and are centred on kid development and their social skills as well. Highly recommended. I am very impressed with The Orchard Day Childcare centre Kew.

April 15, 2025 at 4:51 amJust before he turned three years, we decided that we must change the childcare centre, as he wasn’t progressing at all, he was unhappy and crying every morning going to the childcare centre, and we were struggling with his potty training.
We chose The Orchard Day Childcare centre mainly for its location and opening hours – 7:00 to 19:00 (very important for working parents!).
But in the very first month, we realised that this is a excellent choice we’ve made – our son is singing and speaking intensely now, he is cheerful to go to the childcare centre and cries rarely, he started his potty training (finally!) and he is on his way to drop the nappy. We are so cheerful and calm to leave him there during the working week!
The manager is very welcoming and expert, as well as all the carers there.
We strongly suggest the childcare centre! We had to send our son to a childcare centre when he was only 18-months-old.

Also, I would suggest it to everyone that have long working hours.
Overall, I am very cheerful with the childcare centre because my kid asks me to go see her teacher and friends even on the weekend. I would like to thank you very much for all the attention and care you are giving to my kid.

May 2, 2025 at 1:49 amAs English is not my daughter’s first language, there was a concern about how she would adapt to this new setting, but given all the care and attention, we were able to see her development and how cheerful she feels there!
I am glad to see she is developing and discovering new things with the various recreational activities.
The team is really compassionate and careful. We receive great feedback every day about everything that happened at the childcare centre, and we also can follow most of the activities through an app.
The childcare centre is lovely and welcoming. I strongly suggest it! My daughter is having an incredible journey at The Orchard Day Childcare centre Kew!

The manager and her team are completely focused on the kids and their happiness and well-being. I’m so cheerful we chose this childcare centre for our seven-month-old son.

May 26, 2025 at 10:53 amYou know it when you see smiles on your little one’s face. My son is having so much enjoyable every day and has made many friends. He can almost name every single one of them. You can tell from your kid whether a childcare centre is great or not. Mine was cheerful every day and cheerful when he goes to the childcare centre. The manager was simply exceptional. She is very expert and I can tell every kid loves her.
Would definitely suggest. The Orchard Day Childcare centre Kew is simply incredible.

June 12, 2025 at 6:36 pmI can see that he has enjoyable throughout the day and interaction with smaller kids, which also helped him develop a great relationship with younger kids outside the childcare centre. I suggest this childcare centre. My kid is cheerful in this childcare centre.
