I have seen my son grow in self-self‑assurance and able to communicate with me. The team are very nice and they take all feedback from the parents seriously. The childcare centre manager is very approachable and understanding. I have seen his behaviour change at home which is great sign. This childcare centre is incredible.

But I must say that she is already doing so well and all the credit goes to the welcoming, attentive and expert team at the childcare centre. They have taken such great care of my daughter and me as well, understanding that this is a big change for both, the kid and parents. I’m so relieved I chose this childcare centre for my daughter. There cannot be a better childcare centre than this! So far so great! They have gone above and beyond my expectations and I’m sure they will continue with their best and outstanding services. Thank you for everything! Today was my daughter’s third settling in session and as a mother, I know the anxiety and stress we go through whether our kid will settle down in a new setting or not.

She has been going here for a year now. She loves to go to her childcare centre. A fantastic team of team. A huge thank you to all of them for making her time at childcare centre so cheerful and enjoyable. I chose this childcare centre after visiting many others for my son in 2018 as I could see plenty of sunshine (daylight) and fresh air in big rooms for kids. Both of my kids really enjoyed their time here and developed a great relationship with team. Above all the manager and team are consistently keen to offer any assistance when required. I just have a suggestion – if there can be a different pattern of session timings that would be excellent. I highly suggest Co-op Childcare Hounslow to anyone who is looking for a perfect place for their kids to grow. Co-op Childcare Hounslow is like a second home to my daughter.

Since day one she has enjoyed going into childcare centre and we see how much she is thriving. The childcare centre has played a significant role in her growth and development. They provide regular updates and feedback, which is supportive as a parent to take back. We like that she is provided with a variety of fresh meals that supports healthy and great eating.
The team are compassionate and attentive and the childcare centre is a secure and nurturing setting, which gives you the reassurance and trust, as a parent, that your kid is in secure hands.
My daughter has only positive things to say about her childcare centre and she has made some excellent friendships. We could not be thankful enough and would suggest this childcare centre. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre since she was 1 year old and she is now in preschool.

My son had been going there for almost two years now and we stopped to start reception in September.
The childcare centre provides outstanding service, be it food, care or management. The management and carers are all ears when we want to discuss anything and they are so empathetic in their responses.
My baby loves going to the childcare centre so much that he didn’t want to miss a single day. There was a clear positive change in my baby’s speaking and behaviour after attending childcare centre. My boy, being a little hype, the understanding carers got around him so well and accommodated him very lovingly.
The childcare centre customises the educational plan according to the kid’s personality rather than trying to fit everyone into the same box.
I highly appreciate the valuable but affordable and flexible childcare service they provide and would adore to suggest it to anyone who’s looking for a lovely childcare centre.

The twins have now left and settled into reception school and the little one is currently in preschool at the childcare centre. I have nothing but praise for the team and how well they interact with kids and their family members.
Working in the NHS is hard enough through this pandemic but knowing that your kid is in a secure setting and the parents expectation are met, is hard to come by. Since the kids have started, we have been proud to suggest this childcare centre and have had most of our friends and family’s kids attend. I have had all of my three kids go to this childcare centre.

They are updating all the information during the day with the app. My daughter is very cheerful to be there too, the team are very welcoming and supportive. My daughter has attended Co-op Childcare Hounslow for more than 3 years now and so far I am cheerful and sense secure to keep my daughter there.

He has been in two of the three rooms so far and has made outstanding connections with the team. He is consistently very cheerful and spotless when we collect him. His development has been positively supported and boosted by attending here. Compared to his peers who do not go to childcare centre, the difference is stark. I am cheerful with the wide variety of healthy meals and snacks served and the push for the kids to develop their independence during meal times and throughout the day. I definitely suggest this childcare centre and give a big shout out to my son’s key worker and her team for their continued efforts with supporting his development. My son has been attending this childcare centre since he was one year old.

We as a family have been attending Co-op since 2017 and my last kid will leave in July 2024. Management is so supportive. The induction and settling periods are free which is excellent as some nurseries in the area charge for this. I receive updates regularly via the app which is so easy to use and navigate. The team in the rooms are incredible and they never fail me with their endless enthusiasm with regards to activities. Parents are invited in regularly for sports days, Father’s days and Mother’s days. The key person system is exceptional it means you consistently have a constant port of call if needed! Thank you, Co-op for everything! Keep being incredible! I can’t praise Co-op Childcare enough for the adore and care that they have shown all 3 of my kids.

I can see many positive changes in my kid ever since he joined the childcare centre. The team is very expert and provides timely updates about my kid at the childcare centre as well as publish useful links for development areas to focus on.
