Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt

The daily activities are very educational and my daughter appears to be developing very well. The activities range from painting to familiarity with computers. The team knows my daughter very well, and the managers are very involved in welfare. The team keeps you informed of the day’s events via the app throughout the day and gives a thorough handover upon collection. This includes any map times and food consumed. My daughter is extremely cheerful at this childcare centre and we are sending our youngest kid there too. Outstanding childcare centre.

Expert, attentive and very competent. The team have never once given us cause for concern. The ultimate test is that our son has been cheerful throughout. The team at the childcare centre are clearly a strong team. Please do not change a winning formula! Additionally, the catering team do an outstanding job of producing a varied and nutritious menu. The building could be improved with air conditioning and/or sunshades. The Bluebells classroom gets extremely hot during the summer months. We have sent our son to Bright Horizons Childcare centre for the past 2.5 years and throughout we have been thoroughly impressed by the team and everything that they do.

He has come on leaps and bounds since starting, he absolutely loves it there and all the team that works there and so do we! They really care about your little ones and are just as invested as you are in your little ones. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough! Bluebells are excellent! My little boy attends Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt and has been going for a little while now.

I was apprehensive as this was the first childcare centre I have used as we had a childminder at my previous location. They settled in amazingly with encouragement and self‑assurance from the team. If my son was sad, they let him go see his sister in the other class for a cuddle. They consistently went above and beyond to make them sense special and comfortable.
Extremely expert, they record info during the day. They print photos for you to take home and tell you all about their day and keep you up to date with development.
They really did adore my kids; they were compassionate, compassionate and really interested in them. It’s like a big family in there and you can really sense the positive vibes and team ethos. They really do adore their job.
The facilities are second to none; you won’t find a childcare centre with a better outdoor space in London or more secure location.
We sadly had to leave after 6 months due to a job move but in those 6 months the impact made will stay with us all forever. Simply remarkable.

They are very accommodating to his individual needs. The childcare centre as a whole is very welcoming. I know I can go to any team member if I have a question. The management team, is consistently ready to answer any questions I have about funding or tax-free scheme. My son is in the baby room and they are consistently ready to help.

The team were so welcoming and supportive with questions and they set up tables to explain different activities the kids take part in. We got to talk to everyone and had a great chat with our son’s key person. We visited Bright Horizons for our parents’ evening.

They genuinely care for the development of your kid. The team from the baby room still ask how our oldest is doing and the managers know all of the kids’s names.
Both of our kids delight in their time there, which is a real comfort when we’re working.
They often have several helpings of their meals (including dairy-free) and come home having learnt something new. All of the team that we have come into contact with over the last 18 months have consistently been incredibly welcoming and supportive.

She seems so cheerful and excited every morning when we drop her off – and chatty and cheerful when we pick her up in the afternoon. The place is very welcoming and welcoming – and you cannot fault their safety and security.

The personal attention all babies get is really nice and touching, and she bonded well with her key person and buddies. We both work full time with no family around to chip into childcare, so for us it vital that we know she’s cheerful and enjoying her days while we are apart. They do so many exciting things – I don’t think I could provide that much stimulation if we were at home together. The little ones seem to learn something new each day.

Overall, we are very cheerful with the childcare centre and adore the team. Our whole family is delighted that our little girl can go to this fantastic place of care and discovering.
She is there full time, five days a week – and I’m pretty sure she enjoys it a lot.

He attends Full-time Monday – Friday. Since being at Bright Horizons, they have worked alongside us as parents to assist with helping him eat better, socialise and walk. We get weekly phone calls and work with his key worker to ensure we are doing the same work at home as at childcare centre. He’s come on so much and he’s cheerful. In the 6 weeks since attending he now eats everything and we don’t worry that he will be hungry or only want puréed food. He has learnt many songs and at home, he sits and shows us actions. He walks and talks all day. It’s been a pleasure watching him adapt and become more confident. Our little boy started at Bright Horizons aged 10months.

The pastoral care is outstanding. The team take time to listen and respond. The updates are supportive and provide a excellent link between home and childcare centre life.
Nothing ever seems too much trouble. I have seen both my kids develop under their care. Everyone who works at the childcare centre puts the kids’s development at the heart of what they do.
