September 4, 2024 at 6:26 pmShe has progressed more than we expected and has developed a excellent relationship with the key workers. We get regular reports from the childcare centre on how she has been during the day and has undertaken a excellent variety of activities which is helping her development. It would be great to have more photographic updates from them as this is quite sporadic on the app which is a shame. Our kid has developed exceptionally well having been at the childcare centre for the last six months.

September 20, 2024 at 10:38 pmThey cover all major topics, holidays and festivals. Healthy eating, shapes, colours, as well as arts and crafts, imaginary playtime and transport and construction.
She eats a variety of food, which all is healthy and nutritious.
I just wish the app was a daily report of pictures as we only get a couple each month. Our daughter loves childcare centre, she comes out talking non-stop about the day she has had, who she has played with and what they have done.

Consistently have had total peace of mind when dropping him off, he absolutely loves going and asks every day; am I going to school tomorrow!
We have had a excellent relationship with all the team in each classroom. They go above and beyond to help in all aspects of development. My son has been attending this childcare centre for 3-years since he was 6-months-old.

The team are incredible – everyone makes the effort to get to know you and your kid and they are so accommodating with illnesses and medication. I would highly suggest this childcare centre and my only criticism is that the food could be healthier. My son started here in December 2019, when he was 12 months old.

November 5, 2024 at 11:05 pmOur son attended the childcare centre for two years and graduated this week; he was looked after so well. Rooms are lovely and bright with great facilities, the garden is huge, meals are carefully considered and their online system kept us informed of our son’s development. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic procedures were carefully considered and implemented to keep everyone secure. The team really care at this childcare centre and this was demonstrated to us each and every day. We would suggest this childcare centre to others. A very well run childcare centre at all levels from the owners to the manager and from room leaders to team.

The team are fantastic, they keep you informed of your kid’s development and they manage to teach, have enjoyable and nurture your kid at the same time. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to my friends and family. It’s a very great childcare centre with team that takes the time to get to know your kid and understands their discovering process.

January 7, 2025 at 7:16 pmThey are now nearly 3 years old. They totally adore going to this childcare centre and I cannot suggest them enough. My journey with them and my kids has been incredible. My twins are so advance from their discovering. The girls who work there are welcoming and polite and my girls adore them all very much.
I would be very lost without all their help teaching and looking after them. My twins have attended the childcare centre since they were 1 year old.

They have put outstanding assistance in place during Covid to remain open and continue to provide care. We couldn’t suggest this childcare centre highly enough. Creative Kids Childcare centre Romford is a fantastic childcare centre.

It is very well run; we were very impressed with how everything was dealt with during such uncertain times, our concerns and worries have consistently been understood and considered. Team are so lovely, attentive and provide outstanding care. We know our daughter is well looked after, she is consistently cheerful and developing so much. She is consistently coming home with little crafts she has made, which she is so proud of – the variety of activities is outstanding. We couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. I would suggest to anyone looking or interested in sending their kids. I currently have my two kids attending Creative Kids Childcare centre, Gidea Park and I couldn’t be happier.

March 21, 2025 at 12:54 pmThey have responded so positively to the current crisis and nothing is ever too much trouble, really understanding the parents view. As a parent you are well informed and the updates has been great from management through to room team. Our little one has really thrived in the setting and I couldn’t want for more from a childcare centre setting. After over two years at Creative Kids Childcare centre Romford, I sense that they really have the kids’s safety and development at the heart of everything they do.

April 1, 2025 at 4:17 amMy kid consistently seems cheerful and looks forward to going (excellent sign!). Outstanding range of activities, dance, movement is a particular favourite. Excellent care and there is consistently a positive sense at the childcare centre. Team have been very welcoming and informative.

April 7, 2025 at 10:23 pmMy kid has been going there for over a year now and I have seen a huge leap in her updates and self‑assurance. It is a lovely childcare centre and I’m pleased that my kid gets fresh food every day. The only thing I would like to see improve is I wish we could have all my kid’s updates, from nappy changes and naps to meals, on the app so we can keep up with our kid’s day and reduce the amount of paper being used. Overall I am cheerful as my kid loves it there. The key workers at Creative Kids Childcare centre have been excellent at looking after and really connecting with my kid on a personal level which is consistently reassuring for any parent.

May 7, 2025 at 11:14 pmHe settled quickly and he loves going to childcare centre. The team are very supportive and they look after him very well. The childcare centre is very spotless and spacious. They communicate with us very well. I was very anxious at the beginning but quickly I was confident and sense comfortable to leave him there. Initially, he was going 3 days but soon, as my son enjoyed it so much, I increased the days to 4. I have noticed that my son has developed many skills since he has started childcare centre. I also want to mention the management as they are very accommodating and supportive. I am very grateful that they stay open at this difficult time. We are so pleased with this childcare centre, our son started last August during this uncertain time and they are incredible.

May 13, 2025 at 8:59 pmMy son started there when he was 9 months old, then Covid hit and we took him out for some time but once everything went back to normal he started again and has been there since, until yesterday when it was his last day as he is starting school in September. The development he made is incredible, but even more, is the care he received. The girls are incredible, the 3 girls are incredible with all kids, they are committed and dedicated to delivering the best care for the kids and can’t thank them enough for everything they did for my son.
The facilities are excellent, the food is delicious and the manager is very compassionate and understanding.
I had regular updates and reports for his development, they organised various activities and celebrations for the kids (sports day, coronation day and their graduation day was fantastic). This is a remarkable childcare centre.

May 22, 2025 at 2:57 pmMy son’s educators have really put in the effort to bring him out of his shell as he found it very difficult being there for several months. He now loves it. All the team there including the cleaners etc are excellent and very welcoming and welcoming.

The care the team has is remarkable, the menu is excellent. The colourful entry is excellent and seeing the fish I’m sure every kid loves. I thank Creative for all they do for our kids. This is a truly incredible childcare centre.
