Little Learners Nursery & Pre-School (St Nicholas Avenue)

Excellent nursery and staff are very hardworking and self-motivated. My son has been with the nursery since 9 months of age and he is now 4. He loves the place and we can see significant early years development in him. The nursery remained open during the tough lockdown period. Arrangements made by the nursery for the safety of children, staff and family were satisfactory.

My daughter joined the nursery shortly after she turned one year old. The nursery staff are friendly, approachable and they really helped my little one to settle in when she first started attending. We absolutely love getting regular updates on the app. It’s helpful to know that she’s taking part in different activities and eating a wide range of food. We are so happy to have this lovely nursery in our neighbourhood.

My daughter is very happy at the nursery, she always learning new things and the nursery is very organised, very clean, well decorated with a very nice outdoor play area. The staff are very polite and supportive. They always update me about my daughter’s daily activities at the nursery. My daughter loves the nursery so much that she doesn’t want to leave to go to big school in September ’21. She will miss the nursery and all the staff.

Being a first time mum putting my son into a nursery, I was very nervous and had many questions as my son was only 9 months old when he started.
The Manager and staff were very helpful with my questions and with reassuring me.
Three months in and I couldn’t be any happier knowing I have chosen the best nursery for him.
Every day my son goes in with the biggest smile and comes out with the biggest smile.
He has formed a very good relationship with his teachers.
I know he is very well cared for so, therefore, we have absolutely no worries about leaving him there 3 days a week.
The app is brilliant as we get daily updates with what he has eaten etc. We love seeing photos of him doing the activities too.

In my opinion, the best place to send your little one. Both my sons have attended little learners from ten months until starting school and each have loved going there. My youngest is in the pre school room and the love and care the team put into ensuring he is a happy kind boy is excellent. He has grown close bonds with various staff members and often talks about them at home. His development has come on leaps and bounds since attending and I know from my eldest the preparation they do is wonderful for making the transition from nursery to school so much smoother. We get regular photos and information on his day on the app which is great to see when we are working.

Great nursery and pre school – my eldest child recently left for big school and my youngest is due to start in the new year. The staff are friendly and professional and the children adore them. The children always have the best time at Little Learners

It is a fantastic nursery, well managed with excellent well-trained staff. Staff are so helpful they will and have gone above and beyond. When it comes to looking after your little ones just like they did for our little boys. I recommend to all parents this nursery.

Little Learners Nursery is really bringing our grandson on well. He so enjoys sharing his knowledge of colours and numbers that he has learned at nursery as well as what animals and inanimate items are called.
They have such good routines and are currently helping my grandson with his potty training – they managed to capture his first ever wee on the potty this week. Having set such good routines helps us as a family to follow them so that there is joined-up thinking in his overall childcare.
My grandson so enjoys his nursery days. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery.

My daughter joined Little Learners Nursery & Pre-School in January aged 13 months. I was very anxious leaving her but the staff put me at ease. She settled in so quickly. She waves us off with a smile at drop off. They post updates and photos throughout the day on parent zone. I love seeing her enjoying her day doing activities such as painting and arts and crafts. I truly could not have found a better place for my little girl. The staff are all very friendly and she has grown very attached to the manager and some of the other colleagues. Fantastic nursery.

My little one joined at 9 months old and from day one I’ve been so pleased with the care she receives. She does such a range of activities which are shown through photos on the app, and all her needs are catered for. The staff are so friendly and she’s grown real attachments with them and it’s such a relief to be able to go to work knowing she is so happy. If I have any problems the nursery staff are always on hand to answer any questions. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to send their child to nursery.
