November 25, 2024 at 9:03 amThe childcare centre manager/person in charge is lovely, personable and consistently has time to listen to your observations/thoughts. My daughter has been going there for a year and a half now, and she has grown in self‑assurance, her speech has come on and her vocabulary, as well as reasoning skills, have significantly improved. We are also vegetarian and the food is on-site cooked fresh which is of a high standard. All in all a excellent childcare centre with a highly skilled management team in place and doing wonders. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone considering it in the area. The childcare centre has gone through some recent management changes and these are having remarkable implications for my daughter’s development.

January 3, 2025 at 1:22 amThe transition period was handled terribly by the new management team, this affected my son and the team at the childcare centre. Most of the team left causing trauma to my son, with mostly agency team. He would normally look forward to childcare centre, but all of a sudden he didn’t want to go and every week long-standing team members were leaving. One day I took my son to childcare centre and there were no teaching team there that he recognised. He burst into tears as did I. My son is not a crier so I knew he wasn’t cheerful there anymore.
In addition, the take over by Busy Bees was brutal for all. The new management in suits didn’t introduce themselves to parents and parents weren’t told what they were doing there. They managed to take this family-run childcare centre into a corporate number-crunching company without concern for the kids, parents or team. They didn’t need to come in and change a childcare centre so brutally that wasn’t broken. This childcare centre was taken over in January 2019.

March 30, 2025 at 2:52 pmMy daughter is consistently cheerful to be dropped off here and is consistently in a excellent mood when I collect her. She is developing really well at 13-months, and I am impressed with the care and activities organised by the team in the baby room. Team are attentive, and she has bonded really well with her carers. Everyone is very welcoming. Very pleased with the childcare centre.

June 24, 2025 at 4:01 amHe has consistently come home with a smile and loves all the food on offer. We are kept up to date with his development and day to day routine. I would definitely suggest the childcare centre to my fellow mummy friends. My son has been attending Busy Bees in Harrow since Feb 2019.
