September 22, 2024 at 4:12 pmHe has grown so much being there, has a lot of self‑assurance and chooses social interaction around others quickly. His education is coming on very nicely too. I sense he is in a secure setting and can account for his days at childcare centre. He loves painting and playing in the garden with his friends. He loves story time and books. Our son loves childcare centre so much he lights up when he sees his key workers.

The childcare centre room key workers are excellent with my son, consistently encouraging him and helping him to build his self‑assurance. They are consistently on hand with any queries I may have, and cheerful to answer. They are consistently cheerful to help with things we have implemented at home i.e. toilet training.
I cannot say enough fantastic things about the childcare centre – facilities, and team, and how supportive and encouraging they consistently are. Also, with the current climate and COVID-19 related way of living currently, they are consistently supportive with what they have implemented, following current government guidance, and constantly in contact when anything changes. The manager of Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Childcare centre is remarkable.

Now she can’t wait to go and enjoys her days there.
The app is excellent as we are left to see a glimpse of her day and what she is doing.

The team and management are really welcoming and show excellent care. I sense confident leaving my son at the childcare centre knowing he is in great hands.
He has improved in his eating as he was a fussy eater and they encourage healthy eating.
His self‑assurance level grew and he started to speak new words after starting childcare centre.
Baby room, toddler room and the outdoor area are very spotless and tidy, I have consistently noticed that the team takes extra care to ensure kids are cheerful and settled.
Thank you to all the fantastic team/ management for their assistance. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to other parents My son started childcare centre when he was 13 months old and settled in very quickly into his new childcare centre at Asquith Pinner.

December 14, 2024 at 8:24 amHe loves the team and goes into the childcare centre with a smiley face and is greeted with a excellent welcome by members of team in these difficult times of Covid19. He’s in ‘early years’ and has been taught to playtime with others, dance, sing, paint and to delight in everything he does. The team give great information and instruction to the kids and lead by example and journey with bucket loads of encouragement. The management is outstanding in dealing and organising the team and kids and take excellent care of them all. The food is very great, and diets are looked after for each kid Hatch End Childcare centre have structure excellent motivation encouraged by management, teamwork and camaraderie. My grandson is very cheerful at Bright Horizons.

Thank you. Since my daughter started at Asquith Day Childcare centre in Hatch end she has come on leaps and bounds, she is so confident and squeals with excitement when she knows its childcare centre day.
All team, in all rooms, are welcoming and have truly found their vocation in life working there.
I have no faults with Asquith Hatch End and intend on increasing my daughter days asap, I will certainly be keeping her in this childcare centre until they decide she is too old.
Thank you for all you do, special thanks to the baby room who first took on my daughter and now the toddler room.

February 1, 2025 at 2:28 amThe childcare centre team have been excellent! They have been welcoming, patient and ready to go the extra mile, considering what a stressful job it is. My wife is on immunosuppressants and the team and management have been very supportive during a difficult time.
Our son loves the food at the childcare centre, the outdoor time he gets in the day, and we can see him picking up new words every day. He definitely loves going to childcare centre – its a struggle to bring him home sometimes!
If we ever have another kid, we will be cheerful to put him here at Asquith, Hatch End. Hope that summarises our review! Our 19-month-old son has been at Asquith for about 7 months now and we are extremely cheerful with how he has been taken care of at the childcare centre.

My son is excited about attending and is actively participating in lessons and show and tell. Thank you! My son had a bad journey in another setting, and we were exceptionally nervous about restarting his childcare centre journey.

February 25, 2025 at 4:18 amAll the team, from those who care for the kids to those who assistance are incredibly attentive. When I drop off my daughter, I never think twice about whether she will be well looked after. The area for improvement would be the value for money. There is no app, the team are given dated technology, ie. cameras. The lighting in the car park is awful and likely to cause injury and damage soon. The incredible team do what they can with the provisions, but they and the kids deserve a lot more. The childcare centre overall is fantastic, and what contributes to this substantially is the team.

The team are so experienced, well‑informed and supportive of parents and they are excellent with my son. Im is very cheerful with Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Childcare centre and Preschool. My son started the childcare centre at 1 year old in the babies class and is doing so well.

The team are very encouraging and help him hugely to reach all his different milestones. His self‑assurance has grown and he has learnt so much while being here.

The childcare centre has been very accommodating when we asked for extra sessions and are consistently welcoming when we arrive for pick up. It’s a definite bonus that all the kids have access to their own gardens. My son settled in very quickly and is very cheerful at the childcare centre.

The team at Hatch End are consistently so compassionate and supportive, I really appreciate all that they do for us parents in giving us peace of mind that our kids are well looked after. Would highly suggest. Bright Horizons has been such a joy for my kid.

The team and management are exceptional, consistently accommodating with last-minute extra days, we are kept up to date with the app and they are consistently quick to answer the phones and reply to emails!
The team in all the rooms are fabulous, they nurture and develop the kids to an incredible standard, treating each one individually! Can’t suggest this childcare centre enough!

The team are very great and adore chatting with her. The team are exceptional. My eldest son came here for 3 years and loved it and my daughter is now in the childcare centre room.

They adore going to the childcare centre each day and the childcare centre surprises them each day with attentive and creative schedules and tasks. Everyone is just lovely and respects each kid’s individual needs. Both my kids adore the childcare centre.
