Busy Bees Fulham

The childcare centre has its own app on the phone where you receive all the updates (nappies, meals, sleep tracking and photos) pretty much in real-time and when I pick up my kid I have an idea of how his day went, which is not only useful but also excellent as I sense that I stay connected with him. Incredible childcare centre with excellent team members.

The overall setting is very pleasant and the activities stimulate the kids. The childcare centre is very spotless and there is ample outside space which is a rarity in Fulham. The team are very welcoming and our daughter enjoys spending time with them. The team to kids ratio is very great and the updates to parents has improved since the Ofsted visit.
We do have concerns over the team turnover at the management level and that that there is no focus, especially since the childcare centre was acquired by Busy Bees. There needs to be a permanent solution very soon to give direction and guidance to the team. Our daughter is attending childcare centre three days a week and is in the Bombo’s 2 room.

My kid has settled so well and I am blown away with how welcoming they are including the director. They really have catered to all of our needs! Thank you all! I am so cheerful with this childcare centre.

The team is very welcoming and expert.
After a few weeks, I could already see my daughter happily going to the childcare centre and enjoying the company of other babies.
The childcare centre is consistently tidy and spotless and I highly suggest it to others. My daughter joined the childcare centre only one month ago and I am extremely cheerful about the choice we made.

My second son has been at Busy Bees for nine months. I have consistently been very pleased with every aspect of care at the childcare centre. The management team are compassionate, conscientious and consistently do there best to be flexible and have been really accommodating in a couple of emergencies over the years. My son’s key worker is fantastic and so attentive. My son adores her and has made great developmental milestones thanks to her assistance. Both the outdoor and indoor facilities are exceptional. Particularly the outdoor area which is probably the best in Fulham. I have directed a few parents to busy bees over the years and have no hesitation recommending this childcare centre unreservedly. My first kid attended Busy Bees for four years.

As many kids she had some problems adjusting to attending the childcare centre and not being at home, however, after a few sessions this went away as she was having lots of enjoyable during her stays. She is now really cheerful when we arrive at the childcare centre and she rushes to the room to have breakfast with the other kids. She has adjusted and developed very well. As parents we adore this childcare centre for three main reasons. First, the team, they care very well for the kids and track their development periodically, they make their discovering enjoyable and are successful in establishing a routine and feeding them quality food (my kid is a fussy eater but eats reasonably well at the childcare centre). Second, they have outstanding planning and allow much needed flexibility for working parents, extra sessions are easily booked with a week’s notice. Third, the outdoor area is big and they make ample use of it. My kid has been attending Busy Bees at Fulham for a few months now and could not be happier with the childcare centre.

I can see a excellent development change in my son. I appreciate all the attention to detail the director has in addressing my concerns and feedback, and I can see a lot is taken on board. I look forward to also having my youngest baby join the childcare centre in a few months. I am very cheerful with the care provided at the childcare centre.

He is now one and has recently started to do one extra day as I am now back at work. The childcare centre is inviting, loving and extremely attentive to our son. As a result, he loves it and I sense confident leaving him there. Whilst we could have chosen a more formal setting, what is more important is to see the team genuinely form attachments to my son. Some team who have moved to the older class mentioned more than once how excited they are to have him in their room. I had visited some nurseries which were very prestigious but felt a bit cold and also some that felt old and run down. Busy Bees feels a great balance of being run like a business, so everything is smooth and easy but with the added touch of being loving and compassionate. Sometimes our son comes home quite messy, but he is cheerful and usually because he’s a big eater and has participated in enjoyable activities! Save your best clothes for the days he’s not at childcare centre. Our son has been at Busy Bees for one day a week since he was three months old.

Excellent updates from the team and such a bubbly atmosphere when entering and leaving. For really strange times my daughter is really cheerful to be back with the Fulham family! Totally cheerful to be back.

Team make the days full of enjoyable and laughter; vast indoor and outdoor spaces make so much difference. There is a variety of age-appropriate, development activities. The childcare centre manager is hands-on, she listens and acts on feedback, her updates is outstanding. Team are very attentive and enthusiastic about what they do, which in turn creates a sparkle in the kids. My small one absolutely adores her educators. Her room lead provides clear feedback at the end of the day and comes up with suggestions to work together, should issues arise (terrible 2s!). App is updated several times a day. Delicious and healthy meals are prepared in-house by the Italian chef. Important point to mention: we witnessed a very expert and efficient organisation during COVID, strict bubbles, lots of outdoors time, increased safeguards in place, clear updates and many more. It is a fantastic childcare centre; my daughters attended it.
