The team has been very inviting, comforting toward her. The management team are very polite and supportive with any questions I may have. My daughter has settled into the childcare centre very well.

They took on my then 18-month old at short notice after lockdown when we were desperate for childcare. They were super supportive and flexible and happily arranged extra days over the summer when I had to work. They settled in my kid really quickly, their Covid procedures are sensible but don’t make the journey too scary (eg you can wear a facemask at dropoff so they don’t have to and can welcome your kid with a big smile). Because of Covid, we have only visited the childcare centre once so we haven’t seen the rooms and activities at first hand. But they have made a big effort to take photos and give detailed handovers so I have a great sense of what he’s been up to – lots of engaging activities like painting and he is consistently cheerful at pickup. The childcare centre itself is bright and plenty of space for the kids. Would definitely suggest. My only feedback is that they don’t allow you to swap days which would be supportive eg for work commitments. Remarkable childcare centre with attentive and expert team.

My little boy is loved, cuddled, fed and looked after by such a special group of team. I adore getting photos of all the enjoyable activities he does; the art, the baking and the playing outside. Thank you to all the baby room team! We truly appreciate your care for our little ones. I was anxious to leave my 6 months old at childcare centre so young, but after 3 months at Bright Horizons Fulham Day Childcare centre, I could not be happier.

We’ve consistently found the team to be patient, loving and nurturing while creating a enjoyable setting to learn and playtime and we get regular updates about what’s going on at the childcare centre. A well-run childcare centre, which I would highly suggest. My son has been attending the childcare centre 3 full days a week since he was 11 months old, he has recently turned 4 and will be attending until he goes to school in 2021.

Our son has been there for a little over a year (now 2-years-old) and absolutely loves it.

Our son has learnt a lot and clearly has a excellent time every day playing with all his friends, even with any restrictions in place during COVID.

In the four months that she has been there, she has absolutely thrived and we are so pleased with her development. Her settling-in week was hard due to the Covid restrictions, but the team went above and beyond to help her settle in, and within a week she was smiling at drop-off and pick-up. Special mention has to go to her key worker – she’s exceptional! Calm, empathetic and gentle – we can tell how much our daughter loves being looked after by her. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to other parents. Our daughter joined Bright Horizons Fulham full-time in July 2020, just after her first birthday.

It has outstanding facilities and daily routines, but what makes it even more special is the team – inviting, attentive, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the kids.
We were nervous about how our son would adjust when he first started at 20 months old and was quite set in his routine at home. However, we were very pleasantly surprised and relieved that he settled immediately and was looking forward to going every day! Even on the days he was at home, he asked to go to the childcare centre!
A year later, he has changed groups and is just as excited. He has fantastic days and is absolutely thriving and advancing by the day. He enjoys being with other kids, the numerous daily activities as well as the special- themed ones, such as the Halloween party and pumpkin decoration and the recent pyjama party.
We also really appreciate the daily feedback and the lovely art and photos that we get. Can’t suggest highly enough. A remarkable childcare centre which I have recommended warmly to all my friends!

Starting with the team who are doing incredible work with the kids. They are consistently adapting to their needs. Kids adore to go there, which is the best indicator there is! We are very cheerful with the childcare centre.

Since my niece started at this childcare centre she has thrived beyond belief in such a short space of time, her speech and enthusiasm for singing and books has grown immensely. When she first started she was not fond of messy playtime, now she’s helping set out activities! To know this year will be her last year here is bittersweet, as she is starting school in September, I wish they could follow our little one to school. The whole team especially management have been a godsend, they are all so inviting and welcoming and our daughter just felt right at home so quickly.

The personnel is extremely welcoming. It feels like a small community as we know everybody and they know us. Both my kids adore to go there. They delight in the activities, the songs, even the meals, and I sense very comfortable leaving them there as I see they really adore it. Sometimes they don’t even want to leave.

I am also very pleased to see how expert they can be too, everything runs smoothly, they have outstanding updates with us, they give us feedback about our kids often and that’s very valuable for us.

I would definitely enrol my babies there again, extremely recommendable. We are very cheerful with the childcare centre.
