He is consistently eager to start his day and get involved in the numerous activities that are prepared for the toddlers. I can honestly say I have not picked up my son (and I do pick him up at random times) and noticed he needs a nappy change. A true sign of excellent care. Thank you, Monkey Puzzle. My son has thrived at Monkey Puzzle.

I took my son out of a childcare centre before coming to Monkey Puzzle and was so nervous about how it would be, but I shouldn’t have worried because he loves it, and the women are incredible. I never have to worry about him because the care is just exceptional, from the activities to the kindness and attentive nature of the workers. This childcare centre is truly incredible.

The kids seem cheerful and mine is consistently smiling when they come out. The room teams and management are quick to respond to concerns and help with development plans if needed. I particularly appreciate the daily books outlining what they’ve done for the day. I have been using Monkey Puzzle for a year and ultimately, I’m cheerful for my kid to still be there.

I planned on her attending for one year while I finished my degree but we fell in adore with the childcare centre and my daughter blossomed so beautifully that she is still there now, almost three years later! We have had the best journey at Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Eltham from the baby room, through to toddler and now up to preschool and my daughter absolutely loves it. Anytime she does sense anxious about attending childcare centre all the team are really reassuring and encourage her to sense confident and comfortable. Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Eltham consistently goes above and beyond to be accommodating and supportive to both myself and my daughter. The quality of care is outstanding and the way the kids are allowed to grow and explore is exactly what my daughter loves. She talks warmly about her educators and friends at home and we truly couldn’t suggest Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Eltham enough. A huge thank you to all team and management for consistently showing such exceptional care. My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Eltham since she was four months old.

He is leaving at the end of this month and starting big school in September. Since starting, he has come on leaps and bounds and absolutely loves all the girls at Monkey Puzzle. For me, the team have been incredible throughout, and I could not fault them at all. They are a excellent bunch, and we will both miss them all dearly. My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle for just over two years now.

The online system is also excellent as I’m able to see what she’s up to during the day and all the enjoyable activities she gets involved with. We couldn’t be happier. My niece attends Monkey Puzzle Eltham 3 times a week and we couldn’t be happier with the team and facilities provided to her, she is consistently so enthusiastic and excited on her days to attend which makes drop offs and pick ups a pleasure and never a dread.

My 2-year-old absolutely loves going to childcare centre, consistently full of smiles at drop off and pick up. I sense completely comfortable leaving him knowing he’s having lots of enjoyable, discovering lots and feels loved and cared for. Daily updates is consistently thorough, as are the periodic developmental reviews and monthly newsletters. The activities are remarkable, much more imaginative than we could do at home!
The team are all inviting and enjoyable and clearly genuinely care for the kids which is the most important thing in my opinion. I’ve got nothing but great things to say about Monkey Puzzle Eltham.

I am so impressed with the quality of care she receives. She shows visible excitement when arriving at the childcare centre and she is hitting her targets well ahead of her predictions. The songs she recognises and the actions she does to the songs are so cute ‘Wind the Bobbin Up’ being her favourite.
All the team behave in an extremely expert way and are kid-centred, they take time to listen to me if I need to discuss her and are extremely great and giving feedback at the end of her day at Monkey Puzzle.
I cannot thank the team enough for giving my granddaughter a secure, cheerful and nurturing setting to ensure she thrives. My granddaughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle for almost six months.

He struggled to settle in at first but as we started to turn a corner the pandemic hit. After being at home for 3 months, I was anxious about him returning, however, the team at Monkey Puzzle were ever so supportive and reassuring and together, we agreed he would return but move into the toddler room. Best decision ever. He came on in leaps and bounds within a matter of a few weeks, his key worker and other team in the toddler room are remarkable and my son loves all of them. It’s so fantastic to watch him jump with excitement, as we arrive each morning. My son will soon be moving up to the pre-school room and as much as it is daunting, I’m really excited for him to make the move and to watch him grow in self‑assurance. All the team I’ve had interaction with, are polite and consistently cheerful to go above and beyond to help. A big thank you to Monkey Puzzle. My son joined Monkey Puzzle Eltham in February 2020, for a couple of days a week, in the baby room.
