September 10, 2024 at 9:33 amI was so cheerful with how my daughter got on, I started my son earlier than I planned to. The childcare centre is like an extended family to me and I would have been in tears at my daughter’s graduation if my son wasn’t still attending the childcare centre! My son has had issues around his walking, he is attending a specialist. The childcare centre have supported his progression and care around this, also using the sheets provided by the clinic, which is a excellent way to ensure he is continuing his care whilst at childcare centre. The hours are remarkable and I like the flexibility of being able to book extra sessions in advance should the need arise. I’ve found them very accommodating. The team are excellent. I adore my kids’s key workers. It’s excellent to have someone to refer to, both my kids are known at the childcare centre and have been very cheerful in their care, which is the peace of mind you want as a parent, when choosing a childcare centre. My daughter and son were both in the childcare centre together with a 2-year age gap.

September 21, 2024 at 3:11 amWe are grateful for this role that the team has played in her life and know she will miss the childcare centre. The team make a personal effort to know each kid. The songs, skills, and attention are exceptional, along with other care such as food and facilities.
Will highly suggest it to anyone who asks! My daughter has been here since she was eleven months and thanks to all the kindness, patience, adore, and sharing of the team she has developed and grown beautifully.

September 29, 2024 at 8:04 amThe childcare centre is a bright, cheerful and colourful and stimulating space and our daughter looked forward to going every day not least because she also loved the food and speaking Italian. Our daughter enjoyed 3 fabulous years at Bright Horizons Blackheath, from the outstanding senior management team who were on hand to help a stranded mum when she had a flat tyre, to the attentive and loving attitude of the carers and assistants who guided our daughter through her formative years.

November 1, 2024 at 12:38 amOur little boy consistently has a smile on his face when we pick him up and he’s really developed excellent relationships with all the carers in Baby Stars 2 who have given him so much care, kindness and attention and have adapted to his individual needs and preferences. The managers are so inviting and welcoming and consistently making sure the little ones get special experiences above and beyond the day-to-day activities. We’re really cheerful with the childcare centre and would suggest it to anyone. Such a remarkable childcare centre.

They’re exceptional at settling kids in and helping them to grow, learn and develop. The childcare centre provides a enjoyable, spotless and secure setting for all kids, nutritious food, and they are consistently looking at new ways to take things to the next level. The management is so diligent and flexible and works so hard with all parents to meet their requirements and provide the best possible journey at Bright Horizons Blackheath. Bright Horizons Blackheath is a fantastic childcare centre.

The garden is lovely and the rooms are bright and spacious. Her development has been exceptional and she loves building, dancing, singing and especially Italian Club. Highly suggest! Since joining this childcare centre aged 2 1/2 over a year ago our daughter has been really cheerful here.

It’s so nice that we can leave her in their care without a worry and know that she is very well looked after and cheerful. Would suggest this childcare centre to all. An incredible team. The team are attentive and amazingly creative – the setting created is both nurturing and stimulating. He loves going in every day and I adore seeing him so cheerful! The management is also excellent – welcoming and consistently there to help. I’ve been so cheerful with the care provided at Bright Horizons Blackheath.

He is also more confident and independent. I had a fantastic journey with Blackheath Childcare centre.
I highly suggest it to friends. Our kid started at this childcare centre one and a half years ago.

Felt happiness in my daughter when she was at Bright Horizons so I was cheerful too. Knowing she was in great hands and she was loved makes the journey an easy one.
Overall an incredible childcare centre with incredible team will suggest it all the way. Outstanding job from managers they are incredible.

July 2, 2025 at 12:21 amMy son only attends 1.5 days, but he has progressed so much in his time here. All team are super lovely, it has such a welcoming sense. We, unfortunately, have to relocate, so my son will soon be leaving the childcare centre, which is upsetting. Bright Horizons, Blackheath have set the bar high. I honestly couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough!
