September 17, 2024 at 1:09 amWhere do I start? My son was going three days a week, five hours a day. Each time I would pick him up he would be in different clothes and also clothes from his bag were missing. I told the Manager about the situation and she did let the team know. I really thought things would change but it only got worse. My son was coming home still with missing clothes, missing items from his backpack. Marks and bits on his body (from other kids). Do they even monitor them? Imagine, I would bring him home to change his nappy and there was still poo in his bum. The team members are all family. Most of the ladies are the manager’s daughters. So I could imagine she doesn’t even bother to tell them to fix up. What I didn’t like were the lies they would tell my husband and tell me something different. From time I knew they were lying, I had to remove my son out of there. I didn’t trust my son in their care. What I didn’t do was do my research. I absolutely hate this childcare centre.

October 3, 2024 at 8:03 pmThis childcare centre lacks professionalism on many levels and is an unfriendly setting for kids and parents, management seems to care about the business rather than the care of the kid/kids.
The team were not nice and once I brought it to their attention that my kid would be leaving they didn’t even ask why (which says a lot).
I noticed my kid’s nappy wasn’t being changed, and generally left my kid to be dirty which I would notice upon pick up. As well as things I provided weren’t being used or given to my kid. This childcare centre is also known as the name Wonderland childcare centre.
I generally want to warn all parents of this childcare centre.
So glad I took my kid out of this childcare centre and have been speaking to other mums who have expressed the exact same issues as myself which lead them to remove their kid from the childcare centre. (We can’t all be lying). Very disappointed with this childcare centre.

I am a cheerful father. I was very worried when my son started childcare centre in September; he is very shy and was finding it difficult to interact with others.

December 14, 2024 at 11:20 amMy daughter absolutely loves it and asks everyday to go in. The education is incredible and she is developing above her age. The team and management are incredible and I wouldn’t choose another childcare centre. Remarkable childcare centre!

January 25, 2025 at 3:08 amMy daughter has been very cheerful here and consistently looks forward to attending her next session. All the team I’ve met are welcoming and approachable. I also like the updates and feedback I get from the manager and her team about how my daughter is doing in their setting after each session, which is very supportive. Every week I get to see online the activities they do with my daughter. My daughter started Splash Day Childcare centre from September 2020.

I really am impressed with how the team work together as a team and make parents sense like part of a family. Excellent childcare centre. I’m so glad I have been able to find such a welcoming childcare centre.

My other son will be going here in January. Would definitely suggest this childcare centre. My son started in September 2020 and he loves it !

May 24, 2025 at 4:12 pmThe manager has done a fantastic job and the childcare centre feels like a second family for my son. The girls consistently try and make childcare centre as much enjoyable for my son as possible and give him a lot of adore and affection. He also really enjoys the regular trips to the swings, nature walks and the various sensory activities. I get to see pictures of what he is doing via their online journal for early years’ education and the childcare centre deliver personalised care by working with him to help him develop his skills and language in a enjoyable way. My son is very shy around strangers so it’s excellent to see that he is so cheerful and relaxed around the team. I also get feedback from his key worker every day which I really appreciate. It’s really nice to see how he laughs and hugs the team when I pick him up. My little boy has been going to Splash Day Childcare centre for eighteen months now and he is cheerful and thriving there.

Nice team and management. The childcare centre is welcoming, and all team are welcoming and consistently smiling.
