September 19, 2024 at 7:37 amThe manager is very well‑informed, supportive and consistently supportive. The team is fantastic and very attentive. My kid is consistently eager to meet his key person, and the events are well planned for the kids, which are quite educational as well enjoyable. I am truly cheerful and will continue to be proud of my kid’s development. HappyWoods is one of the nurseries that truly meet the requirements of my kid.

October 3, 2024 at 6:27 amThe team are all welcoming and genuinely delight in their job. I have experienced two other childcare centre’s and this one is by far the best. My son settled fast they were very flexible with extra days needed and early opening time helps so much with balancing work. There is an incredible manager and I’m so grateful that we have a place at this childcare centre. The recruitment of team is excellent and very low turn over of team. The team are diverse which is excellent for the kids to see a reflection of the community around them. The childcare centre is very spotless, my sons developed really well, the facilities are excellent and garden is really nice and well looked after. Really excellent value for money. We adore this childcare centre.

She is very organised and informs me about my daughter for everything. I am cheerful with the childcare centre, but the important thing is that my daughter is also cheerful. My daughter started going to childcare centre this September and she quickly got used to it.

Overall, it has been an outstanding journey for our son and we will highly suggest to others. HappyWoods Childcare centre (Heene Road) has been a excellent childcare centre and great setting for our son to grow and develop socially.
He’s learned a lot, had enjoyable and made friends.

December 3, 2024 at 3:57 amTrust is fundamental when you have to leave your little ones and I have 0 trust after they have been lying to me. My kid was left with scars on her wrist, 2 weeks since they were still there. My kid attended the childcare centre for 4 full semesters on a full-time basis and that is my biggest regret as I still don’t know what happened to my kid and the worst thing I know she has been hurt.
The childcare centre team lie to me and assured me that my kid can defend herself and when I wanted to know the truth – my kid had been blamed, she was the key of the problem and she had been excluded from the childcare centre.

I couldn’t suggest them enough and now my son has very little issues when we say bye so that tells me he is cheerful there. I made the right decision in choosing this childcare centre to care for my son, he was born in lockdown and became very upset when away from me so I had so many concerns when choosing a childcare centre.

I sense my kid has learned a excellent deal from being at HappyWoods and is consistently cheerful to come to childcare centre. My kid has recently started at HappyWoods Childcare centre and has settled in well all team are cheerful and compassionate to the kids and the kids have well-planned activities throughout the day for example Spanish lessons, dance sessions, yoga sessions and phonics sessions.

February 8, 2025 at 4:07 amA hidden gem. My son has been attending the childcare centre since October 2021. The team are all inviting, attentive and take the time to make sure he is cheerful and developing/discovering. 5 stars to the childcare centre manager who is so hardworking and goes above and beyond running the childcare centre and providing care/assistance to all the kids and parents. The team organise some lovely events for the kids with each calendar month full of activities. My son will miss everyone when he goes to school in September. I only became aware of HappyWoods Childcare centre as close to our house.

My kid is very cheerful to attend and is consistently coming home telling me about all the enjoyable creative activities they have done every day. March 14, 2025 at 11:14 pmThe childcare centre provides a wide range of excellent activities for the kids helping them develop in all areas and I’m consistently impressed by the creativity and enjoyable that they seem to have! The childcare centre is run very well, communications are consistently quick and informative and all the team are very approachable and knowledgable. I would thoroughly suggest the childcare centre to any other parents! HappyWoods Childcare centre has been a fantastic childcare centre for our son – the team are attentive, welcoming and obviously loved by all the kids.

He talks about his activities nonstop at home, and I will consistently suggest HappyWoods to all my friends and family. Thank you for all the work you all do. Words are not enough to express my gratitude towards the manager as, from the day I did the viewing of the childcare centre, she made it so easy for me by ensuring the care, safety and discovering development of each kid.

April 25, 2025 at 2:36 amHer knowledge of the world has expanded, she is now demanding a holiday to Egypt since she learnt about it at childcare centre. She has learnt Spanish numbers and colours and is trying to use her phonics (p,p, penguin!). The team are welcoming and feedback daily about what she has eaten and what she has been doing. She has made lovely relationships with both team and kids. Our daughter is very cheerful at HappyWoods Childcare centre and can tell us about the activities she has been doing, this is reflected well in the online observations that we receive.

The team as well as the manager are all fantastic people. I am very cheerful with the childcare centre and will not look elsewhere. My daughter is also discovering Spanish which will put her at an advantage when she starts school. The team are very accommodating and consistently give excellent feedback/handover at the end of every day. So glad we made the right decision to choose HappyWoods Childcare centre. I cannot suggest them enough! Can’t praise this childcare centre enough and so glad we chose to send our daughter here.

July 9, 2025 at 9:51 pmAs a family, we sense loved, cared for and supported. The facilities, food, and daily activities are incredible. Tapestry is a excellent platform which keeps us informed. We adore watching the videos and looking at the pictures and seeing how much enjoyment and development our daughter is making. We delight in event days where parents/carers are invited in. These are excellent opportunities to meet other parents and get to know team better. HappyWoods is a home away from home.
