October 11, 2024 at 10:56 amMy wife and I had to return to the office after working from home for just over a year and we had been up and down the local area in search for a childcare centre which felt right and suited our care needs.
As soon as we entered we knew instantly it was for us!
The high quality natural resources and furnishings, polite team and well‑informed management team ticked every box. Our son has now been at the childcare centre for coming to 3 weeks and he has settled in so well despite being in lockdown for the last 12 months. His educators are excellent and we are kept up-to-date daily with what he has been getting up to. They have truly made returning to the office so much easier. This new childcare centre has totally exceeded our expectations!

November 1, 2024 at 11:43 amWe adore the daily activities which contribute to her development and are so age-appropriate – our daughter has learnt so many new skills and words from childcare centre! The childcare centre provides lovely meals – a large variety and very healthy. The app used is by far better than any other childcare centre – live updates with detail. Not only are the daily updates on our daughter’s activities appreciated but the periodic developmental ones are remarkable. The best thing about Monkey Puzzle Southgate is the team. Such loving and compassionate team who genuinely care for the kids in the childcare centre. Seeing their relationship with my daughter gives me so much comfort she is in the best hands. Our daughter (18 months) refuses to come home with us at the end of the day as she just wants to stay at childcare centre – that just shows how incredible it is!

I have had the pleasure of being invited into the setting for grandparents day and the joy team bring to my granddaughter’s day is lovely. All team are polite and attentive. She has been at the setting since she was 1 year old and has thrived during her time at Monkey Puzzle. Truly an incredible childcare centre.

The team and management are consistently on point, showing high levels of transparency and providing us, the parents, with an abundance of supportive information that we can use at home with our kid’s development. We most highly suggest. Monkey Puzzle has proved to be one of the best-hidden treasures amongst childcare in the area.

The childcare centre team are welcoming, welcoming, and very well‑informed and are consistently there to offer any assistance and advice.
We get daily updates on how he is and we get to see the activities and Discovering that he has done in the day.
Overall a remarkable childcare centre spotless, welcoming excellent updates, and a very expert management and team team. Thank you for everything! We enrolled our son at monkey puzzle day childcare centre in September and can not express how cheerful we are with the setting.

The manager was very nice.

The team are really attentive and loving towards my little one and I adore the clear bonds she has formed with each and every team member in her room. I have really enjoyed watching her thrive and succeed these past few months that she has been at Monkey Puzzle. Outstanding childcare centre! Perfect setting!

I receive updates on my kid’s meals along with photos on an app throughout the day which puts my mind at ease when I’m at work. A big thank you to the team at Monkey Puzzle for giving the best journey for my daughter, me and my husband appreciate all your efforts with her. My daughter has been attending the childcare centre since the beginning of the year and we are so pleased with the development she’s made so far and couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre for her.

From the minute I entered the setting for the tour I knew this was the place for us! Management and team are very expert and welcoming, I couldn’t ask for better people to be taking care of my daughter. The settings resources, space and furnishings are truly incredible. These fantastic people really do go above and beyond. It’s a pleasure to be a part of the Monkey Puzzle Southgate family! I moved my daughter here from another setting and it’s the best decision I could have ever made.

We found the quality of discovering assistance very high and the team were outstanding at providing feedback and keeping us informed. We’ve enjoyed a strong partnership with the childcare centre in rasing our kids and helping them develop and development. We’d like to thank the whole team for providing an outstanding setting for our kids to thrive in. We joined this childcare centre having just moved into the area with a 1-year-old and 3-year-old.

He was late to start talking, but only a few months after starting, he was talking nonstop thanks to the assistance of his educators. My son adores his educators and sessions at Monkey Puzzle – he is consistently cheerful when I drop him off and pick him up.

All team including management are super welcoming, easy to talk to and consistently go above and beyond. They keep us updated throughout the day on the app and organise lovely events for parents to get involved in. I sense so comfortable leaving him in the childcare centre knowing he adores his key person and all the other team, I go to work with peace of mind knowing he’s given remarkable adore and care. Highly recommended! My 2-year-old started in the childcare centre 3 months ago and I was initially very anxious about sending him to childcare centre as he is a covid baby and spent a lot of his time at home with us and his siblings.
