Banana Moon Day Nursery Chiswick

Our daughter has been at Banana Moon for over 2 years and we’ve been so happy with our choice of nursery. The staff are attentive and with management clearly have the interest of the children at heart of everything they do. The nursery has invested in the facilities available and organise interesting extra curriculum activities. We will be sad to leave the Banana Moon family when our daughter goes to school in September. Would highly recommend to other prospective parents.

My daughter is with Banana Moon since she turned 1 and she absolutely loves it there. They have an excellent settling in process. Opening hours are longer than most so it works very conveniently for working couples like us. The management are friendly. All the carers are helpful and the whole day is full of various activities. Every day we get the report of her behaviour and it’s very extensive. The nursery is very spacious with a nice play yard, it’s clean and full of fun, sensory and educational toys. The food served is of highest quality. I highly recommend this nursery, my daughter is in safe hands.

Would highly recommend to all. My kids have loved their time there and have made good friends with the other children. My daughter has formed a close bond with her keyworker who has been absolutely fantastic.

Our little boy started at Banana Moon Chiswick when he was 8 and a half months old (4 days per week). I was very apprehensive about him starting but he settled in almost immediately.

The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and I feel that he is in very safe hands. We get very good feedback about his day and the staff seem very caring and considerate to his needs. I would highly recommend this nursery to friends and family!

My son’s key person and all of the staff in the room are very warm and caring. I feel they know my son well and he is comfortable with them. The atmosphere in the baby room is playful and fun – this is something that stood out to me when I was looking at different nurseries to make my choice. The staff are knowledgeable – offering advice when asked and seminars. It was a big relief to find somewhere I am confident my son is being well cared for and having fun. The management has been very supportive in my staggered return to full-time work – offering me flexibility when I needed it. Great nursery! I would recommend it!

My daughter started Banana Moon Day Nursery Chiswick when she was just over two years old. Her key person and the whole team gave her a warm welcome and she felt safe and settled in very quickly. All staff are enthusiastic and professional. They care for the children as if they were their family and they understand my daughter well. The communication to patients is excellent too. There are lots of activities every day and they try hard to ensure the children have fun and learn new skills. The management are friendly and kind and we appreciate their flexibility.

Our son is nearly three-years-old and has been at Banana Moon for seven months now. He is very happy. Settling in was easy and the whole team are great. He absolutely adores his key worker and he loves many of the other staff members. Twice weekly forest school sessions are highlights and there are many other activities that he looks forward to. In addition to the daily communications about the day at pick up, the app is a great way to keep up to date for both parents. I think it’s a fantastic nursery and we are very happy.

All staff have been very welcoming since we joined. We needed to send our child to nursery during ‘lockdown’ as we were unable to continue with the shared nanny due to quarantine regs and both people in management were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our child’s key worker has also been great – she continues to update us on her progress and we can tell she is very fond of her. Staff all seem to care a great deal about children’s progress, learning, happiness etc. Overall very pleased with our experience so far.

We’ve always found the key workers very communicative and the admin team very efficient. We would highly recommend Banana Moon nursery to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful environment for our son. We tried two nurseries in the area before settling on Banana Moon. By the time we got there, we were really worried about giving any nursery a chance. The lovely ladies there couldn’t have been more welcoming, understanding or patient. Our daughter thrives at Banana Moon – her development has been consistent, she’s happy and smiling and the staff clearly cares about the children who attend this nursery. I genuinely feel so lucky to have found them and am so grateful to them for their kindness, accommodation and support with any and all issues that may arise- from teething concerns to emergency coverage when work calls. The environment is fun and warm and full of happy children. Honestly just such a wonderful place.
