Team were supportive and attentive to her needs, and now she generally likes going to childcare centre and has made great development. Updates is generally open and honest, and management has been particularly supportive of our individual family circumstances. It’s nice to be able to view my kid playing with others through the App.
It would be nice to have more information on my kid’s progression, perhaps in the form of a sort of parent’s evening per term in order to get a full picture and raise any concerns we may have. It took some time for my daughter to settle in as she is naturally a shy kid (outside of the house).

I have seen improvements in her discovering, socialisation and overall mood. She is very excited to go to childcare centre in the mornings and is very cheerful and feels confident when it’s time to go home.
The team in her room display outstanding behaviour within their roles and they have outstanding updates with parents.
I am cheerful to know my kid is secure, cheerful and in a positive discovering setting.

The team here are incredible and reassured me that we can take time to settle her in and make sure she is comfortable. The team took the time to know my daughter’s likes and dislikes and she is doing so well. The updates is excellent and nothing seems too much for them if asked. I adore that they have plenty of activities to keep my daughter engaged and cheerful throughout the day. I adore the way they look after my daughter as if she is a family member of theirs. This childcare centre is fantastic and I sense cheerful dropping my daughter off in the mornings knowing she will be well looked after. My daughter started Hungry Caterpillars – Academy Gardens at the end of February, to say I was extremely worried is an understatement as I had her in a previous childcare centre and she was not settling well.

In recent weeks my son has started potty training and all team have been so supportive. I appreciate all of the ladies working at the childcare centre but I would like to give special thanks to:
My son has built a real bond with one team member and it is consistently reassuring for me to see my son run to her for comfort if he’s upset at drop off. She consistently goes out of her way to tell me what my son has been up to, even down to songs they’ve been singing. My son has a speech delay and so I really appreciate hearing about the little details of my son’s day that he cannot yet share with me.
Another team member s very understanding of my son’s additional needs, and the worries that come along with this as a parent. I appreciate her kindness, patience and reassurance.
The new deputy manager fabulous addition to the team and I’m so glad that she’s been promoted! My son has been attending the childcare centre for over a year now and since joining, he has come on leaps and bounds.

She has become more of a little girl rather than a baby, thanks to the setting created by Hungry Caterpillars Childcare centre.
All team seem to have the common goal of supporting the little ones. My daughter is very chatty when we get her home from childcare centre.

Management has been so supportive from the start to now and the team have so much passion in their roles, so cheerful to find such a inviting and nurturing setting for my daughter.
Updates is excellent, especially the app. In such a short time, I have seen so much progression in my daughter since her start at this childcare centre! My daughter comes home each time from childcare centre with a smile on her face and talks about her day! Will be enquiring about the baby to start soon also!

From the moment we stepped into the childcare centre for my daughter’s settling sessions, the atmosphere was so inviting and we felt right at home even down to my daughter being a bit unsettled – the team were so understanding and attentive with her needs to settle her in.

They kept me informed about my son’s daily behaviour, sending me photos and consistently updating the application. Academy Gardens is helping my son settle, has been very supportive and understanding regarding separation anxiety between me and my son and treated this with adore.

It’s consistently spotless and tidy. There are often interesting events, which means that there is no monotony. This is due to great organization and a great atmosphere at work.
