September 10, 2024 at 7:23 amLovely manager, we’re consistently well informed about what’s going on, room activities, special days, the menu for the week etc.
The ladies who work here are fantastic, and I delight in our chats when I come to pick up my daughter. They are consistently attentive and patient, even when things are busy. My kid is not the most affectionate, but I have no doubt she adores the team. She is cheerful when we come here each morning – that’s a weight off my mind as a parent.
The childcare centre is consistently spotless and welcoming, and there’s plenty of parking. Our daughter loves running around outside in the garden and participating in all the different activities and theme weeks. We know what they’re discovering because she comes home with a new interest in pirates or trains, or she can’t wait to show us the new songs she learned. So glad we found this place. We have been sending our little one here for almost two years now.

He has grown in self‑assurance and loves coming to childcare centre.
The team are very well‑informed about kid development and really helped with his development and social skills.
The childcare centre is very bright and has interesting articles in the hall to look at. The rooms are very bright and colourful and full of exciting toys and educational activities, the kids are discovering through playtime which is excellent.
There are lovely outdoor areas where the kids can run around.
The childcare centre management are consistently welcoming and supportive and run a lovely tight ship. My son has been attending this childcare centre just before he was two.

September 28, 2024 at 7:24 pmThose experienced parents will know that all kids are different and its the journey of the kid that matters. My kid has been very cheerful at this childcare centre but when for some reason she wasn’t cheerful the manager made some adjustments for my kid which resulted in her being back to loving childcare centre. She seems to be more outgoing at home but I suspect the thrill and excitement of watching and listening to other young kids is her thing as she enjoys the activities and enjoyable too.

October 30, 2024 at 10:35 pmShe cannot wait to go in the morning and is so cheerful in herself leaving our house. When I pick her up in the evening, she consistently looks so content and tells me about all the enjoyable she has had that day. The team are remarkable and keep in regular updates. She has formed friendships and benefits from the consistency in team. Attendance at Busy Bees has encouraged her development and social updates. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. My daughter loves attending Busy Bees, Old School Place.

November 20, 2024 at 8:52 pmMy eldest has attended for 3 years. The childcare centre team have consistently been incredibly compassionate and nurturing. My husband and I are very impressed with the menu offered at the childcare centre and my girls consistently delight in themselves there.
I was incredibly nervous putting my girls into childcare centre when I had to return to work however I am so pleased with the childcare centre choice we made. It is a remarkable childcare centre with fantastic team! I have two kids at the childcare centre.

December 2, 2024 at 2:44 amAll the team here are exceptional, they engage really well with all the kids. She loves how secure she feels and that she can talk to the team if she has any issues. The activities are varied and keep her attention.
She is going to miss the team and setting greatly. I’m sure we’ll be back for a visit in the future. My daughter has been at this childcare centre since she was 10 months old and now leaving to go to school in September.
They have been excellent for her self‑assurance and education.

December 15, 2024 at 3:12 pmThe team is excellent with her and are very great at keeping us updated on her development. She has developed a lot and loves the team who takes care of her. The management team has been very flexible in 2020 with all our last-minute changes (Covid related). The outdoor facilities are incredible. Our daughter absolutely loves going to childcare centre.

January 2, 2025 at 6:51 pmupdates is great and kids are fed properly on time. They build a routine for kids which is supportive for parents. great parking facility, nice and neat premises. During this Covid-19 period, the team consistently wear face masks and adhere to social distancing but it is disappointing that many parents don’t wear masks when they collect their kids and I struggle to believe that they are all exempt. childcare centre management can be more assertive on such parents. team are consistently very attentive towards kids, except on a couple of occasions when parents waiting outside, including myself could hear a childminder screaming at kids, which wasn’t nice at all. There is a difference between being assertive and screaming at kids. This needs to be addressed by the childcare centre management. The childcare centre is great and the team are very welcoming and attentive.

Our first son has attended Busy Bees in Croydon and because we had such a great journey we came back with our second kid.

January 17, 2025 at 2:53 amThe childcare centre has a big outdoor area and seem to encourage the kids to playtime outside which my son loves. The team are very compassionate and attentive, my son cries when I leave him but they hug him and sit with him until he calms down and starts to playtime. The team give me low-downs at the end of each day about what he’s eaten, how much he’s slept and how he’s settling in. They are also very great at collecting his stuff at the end of the day and sending it home with him. I sense like they care about the babies in the childcare centre and there is physical affection which my son craves! The childcare centre is a bit slow at replying to emails, however they have been exceptional with my son.

She happily goes to team in the mornings which is a relief to know how cheerful she is here. updates is incredible and it is clear to me how engaged my daughter is and how well she is developing here. My daughter has been attending for a few months now and settled very quickly.

Everyone knows each others name which is excellent. The team are welcoming and welcoming. My son has been attending Busy Bees since February 2018 when he was 20-months-old.

February 17, 2025 at 12:10 amThis childcare centre is actually far from my house but is the best of all and as I care a lot about my kids day to day lifestyle I will highly suggest this childcare centre. They are fully involved with the kids’ age group activities and going the extra mile in order to achieve kids’ development no matter if a kid has a disability or a typical kid. You don’t see them just standing, that’s why their name is very great comparing to what they do – Busy Bees. I chose this childcare centre out of another 10 I saw around my house.

February 19, 2025 at 3:38 pmMy daughter joined earlier this year (2020) aged two, and she continues to grow and develop exceptionally well. Her speech is clear, meaning I understand what she says, and she corrects me if I have said something wrong. My daughter is confident and knows what she wants to what she doesn’t want. The team are welcoming and attentive to your needs. If I have a problem or an issue, the manager will sort out whatever is the issue or problem. I like Busy Bees because they are not too far from my home, they are diverse with the kids and team. I think it’s imperative for kids to mix with kids and team who are from different races, different countries/islands, different faiths, religions and kids with disabilities. It will help them to understand everyone is different. Busy Bees in Croydon is a exceptional childcare centre.

She is so excited to go to childcare centre every day and with such lovely team who clearly and genuinely care about the kids, it’s easy to see why. So cheerful that I moved my daughter to Busy Bees Croydon.

April 13, 2025 at 2:05 pmWe are so cheerful that we chose this childcare centre for her. She’s been through all the different age/stage rooms and has had a few different key workers during that time, and everyone has been compassionate and expert. She skips through the front doors every day cheerful to see what’s going to happen next, and routinely comes home with stories and artwork. They have supported her development beautifully, from her first steps, through potty training to starting to learn to trace and write letters and understand letter sounds in preparation for school. Busy Bees have adjusted so well to the challenges of the pandemic and at no point has our daughter been uncomfortable since she returned post-lockdown. The team have done everything they can to keep things normal and enjoyable for the kids and have worked incredibly hard, with many colleagues furloughed and lots of regulations to follow. Our daughter has been with Busy Bees from 11-months to the grand old age of 4 (she starts school in a few weeks).

He’s thriving there and has developed so much in their care. Very cheerful that our son has been going to this childcare centre for the past 3 years.

April 29, 2025 at 10:27 amThe team has consistently been great, four in particular. We moved into this childcare centre from another one and I can say that was the best thing to do. My daughter is discovering and growing. They are compassionate, welcoming and consistently with a smile even after a long day’s hard work. Words are not enough to describe the satisfaction we get as a first-time parents. We have learned to trust them with our kid. Thank you all for your efforts. The centre has changed drastically for the great since the new manager has taken over.

June 2, 2025 at 9:14 amI was familiar with the childcare centre, my daughter attended there 6 years ago. It was therefore nice that the childcare centre atmosphere and familiarity had not changed. My boys took a couple of weeks but they settled in perfectly. Since being at the childcare centre, they developed immensely and the boys adore going to childcare centre, which is a personal comfort. I highly suggest this childcare centre. I have two boys who started the childcare centre after lockdown one.
