October 10, 2024 at 4:08 amLike many parents we were very anxious to start sending her in since the pandemic and being new to the area, we visited quite a few nurseries virtually and onsite. Tender Care stood out to us as we visited the setting after-hours and our daughter was able to take her time during the visit as the setting was calm and quiet with just us and the manager. It has massively helped prepare her as she looked for herself the activities, space, outdoor area in the setting. Due to Covid when we couldn’t be in the room for her settling in the childcare centre team made sure both the kid and us are comfortable and supported. Our daughter has grown back massively in self‑assurance and social skills and made great friends, thanks to the team for all your exceptional assistance. We see her updates via an app and get to post activities done at home on it as well. The manager is consistently just a phone call away if I need to speak. My daughter joined Canterbury Tender Care childcare centre in February 2021 when she was just over 3 years.

November 13, 2024 at 7:18 pmTender Care childcare centre was the only one she felt comfortable from the moment we stepped in, actually she has chosen it for herself. The childcare centre assistants are very sweet and well trained and really made my daughter sense like home. A would like to thank her one more time for all her assistance and kindness. Inside is very spotless, well prepared for each stage, endless possibilities to keep your kid busy during the day. The workers are very flexible and will pay attention to the smallest details regarding your dietary or daily routines requiring. You can and you will find cheaper options as well, but the quality of the services will be cheaper too. Highly suggest it to anybody who’s looking a inviting and secure place for kids.
Thank you for your assistance! We’ve see few nurseries before we decided to try Tender Care childcare centre and we took with us our daughter as well.

March 11, 2025 at 3:05 pmI was extremely anxious and nervous about my 15-month-old starting childcare centre as we’d spent very little time apart. The team at Tender Care have been so excellent with my son and have made me sense reassured throughout the whole process. I’d like to make a special mention to the manager, the level two and the room manager, who have been looking after us and have been incredible. The baby room itself is one of the best I’ve seen in the area and every time I’ve visited it looks really spotless and well maintained. My son has settled in really well and is already eating and sleeping better at childcare centre than he does at home! We would highly suggest Canterbury to everyone considering it for their little one. My journey with Canterbury Tender Care Day childcare centre has been exceptional.

I adore being kept up to date during the day with personal photo updates showing my little one enjoying the remarkable activities on offer to him.
Would highly suggest Canterbury Tender Care childcare centre. My little one started at the beginning of this year, after being very apprehensive about him starting childcare centre I was quickly reassured and felt confident that we had chosen the right childcare centre for him.
He has settled in so well with the assistance of his incredible key worker and all the room team in the baby room.

The team are welcoming and supportive with my daughter and I which is excellent due to health conditions and they keep it up throughout while being here. Definitely pleased, I made a excellent choice in sending my daughter and trying to get my other kids here too. Overall, a excellent place to apply, it’s spotless, they maintain the childcare centre, I sense secure knowing my kid loves it and that it’s a secure setting.
