October 16, 2024 at 5:25 pmWe really had lost faith in the childcare centre system and when we met the manager, we took a punt, as the childcare centre hadn’t opened yet. The manager came across as competent, trustworthy and experienced. Something that we didn’t sense the management at our previous childcare centre was and she proved us right! She has done a excellent job in recruiting mature and attentive team that really look after the kids. The difference in my daughter’s happiness, behaviour and attitude is like night and day since moving her. She likes everyone, she has lots of enjoyable, we get plenty of updates (which is so reassuring), she has developed her eating and the team are all excellent and some real stand-out team members, that I hope are retained! We moved my daughter here from another childcare centre that we were not cheerful with.

November 11, 2024 at 8:18 amIn the end, we decided to keep him where he was as it was much more convenient for where we live but I would have had no hesitation starting him at this childcare centre if it hadn’t been for its location in relation to our home.
The childcare centre is brand new and all nappies and wipes are included. They have different meals every week and the team were all super welcoming on our visit. There’s a nice garden for playtime as well as a cool sensory area and toys in the downstairs playroom.
We also liked that Bright Horizons has a clear discovering pathway and a really cool interactive app. We were considering moving our kid due to price increases at our current childcare centre so we checked out Bright Horizons Purley Day childcare centre and Preschool.
The updates from team was remarkable from day one, throughout the tour, getting our son on the waiting list and then getting him enrolled.

June 8, 2025 at 5:37 amShe goes five mornings a week and has created remarkable bonds with the team. The team are so attentive, welcoming and consistently make my daughter sense like she’s coming from home, to home. The variety in snacks and lunches are really healthy and they have a great range of variety. It’s expanded my daughter’s taste palate, she’s eating different things every day, that she would not eat at home before. My daughter has excelled there already, in such a short amount of time. She’s cheerful and discovering every day. I adore all the artwork that she creates each week and the pictures of what she had been up to on the app, gives me peace of mind, seeing how she is enjoying her time there. My daughter has been at Bright Horizons, Purley, since the day they opened.
