Kinderland Day Nursery Ltd

They terminated our contract after a mutual agreement and still charged almost 3 weeks of fees, plus asked me to forfeit the deposit worth £250. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour. They cannot possibly charge for the services they will not provide (post-contract end date). They claim I have to pay the “notice period” on one hand but say the contract is terminated (i.e. I cannot send my kid to the Nursery hence costing me babysitter money) on the other hand. This is ridiculous behaviour from the management and they are not even apologetic. I am going to take this matter up with the appropriate dispute resolution body. I have no problem with the team looking after the kid but the management/finance department is highly unprofessional.

He has been attending here since ten-months-old and has continued to flourish. He is excited when he arrives and all the team (not just those working directly with him) know him well. He is challenged daily but has lots of enjoyable with it. Throughout the challenging times of the COVID-19 virus, they have excelled in their commitment to the kids in their care and have continued to provide a secure place for all the kids whilst reassuring parents. He loves this place and the team. We as parents are very grateful. I am delighted with this childcare centre and the outstanding provision they provide for my two-year-old.

My son consistently loved the childcare centre more than home. The range of activities is huge and the childcare centre offers excellent discovering and growing up setting. It made the first few years of my son’s discovering truly memorable and excellent.
I’ll highly suggest Kinderland childcare centre to whoever is looking for one. It’s a place that will give you complete peace of mind and your kid will delight in an incredible place to grow up in. My son had a very pleasant journey and time at Kinderland and will cherish the memories for a very long time to come.

Although they were both very reluctant to part with us the initial couple of days, the team at the childcare centre made the boys settle very quickly and made them want to attend from the second week on. Sending a book of photos of the school for us to help familiarise the kids at home worked really well. Parents who may be struggling to help kids part, this is one trick that worked on ours. Very attentive and conscientious educators who help kids playtime to their strengths. Our boys practically every day want to know why they can’t go back to the Kinderland and then console themselves by saying that’s only when you are a baby you go there. On their request even recently we walked them up to the gates just so that they can recollect some of their recent past. Thank you so much for giving our kids a excellent start to schooling. Our twin sons’ first ever journey of interacting with multiple kids in a single location was at the Kinderland.

Her father and I have had to work during this time so knowing that she had a secure, comfortable discovering setting she could go to really helped us manage the uncertainty of the pandemic.
Our daughter is really attached to her educators and her friends and has missed most of them during this time. The educators were excellent at noticing and responding to this need and made an effort to keep her involved with “big girl” activities so she still felt stimulated.

Our son continues to receive outstanding care and the team are consistently welcoming and expert. Our daughter is due to start in a few weeks and we have no doubt she will adore attending as much as her big brother.
During the recent pandemic, the childcare centre has kept us well informed and we have been confident they are doing everything they can to keep our soon both secure and cheerful. We couldn’t be happier with Kinderland childcare centre.

I was nervous at first as he doesn’t talk yet but honestly, I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My son quickly settled within a few days and has developed close relationships with the team members although he does have a favourite! One team member is like his second mother and I know he’s in great hands once I leave! They have their 10 minute cuddle as soon as he runs in and I don’t even get a wave goodbye! We are greeted by the door every morning by an incredible manager who our son loves to playtime hide and seek with and has consistently answered every question with professionalism and care beyond a doubt. I really can’t fault this childcare centre and their workers truly care for the kids and I can’t thank them enough! My 2 year old son has been going to Kinderland for 5 months now and I’ve been blown away by how much the team care about him.

They have a great variety of activities and make discovering enjoyable for little ones. Polite and welcoming team, nothing is too much trouble.
Highly suggest. My kid thoroughly enjoyed attending Kinderland.

My son attended from 2015 for a year or so before starting school and my daughter attended from 2018 to date. Every single interaction with this childcare centre has been expert, compassionate, enthusiastic, and accommodating. My kids absolutely loved/adore their time there and consistently come home with lovely stories about what they spoke about, friends they made, the food they ate, or the various animals they got to meet and learn about. The team consistently have a smile on their faces and genuinely delight in spending time with our kids. I highly suggest this childcare centre. I am a fussy mother and would pick up on things that bothered me, but honestly, I can’t rate it highly enough. We’ll miss it when my daughter starts school in September. 2 of my 3 kids attended Kinderland.

Warm, welcoming, attentive and expert team. Well led by the management team. Have been a parent at Kinderland for five years and would not have sent my kids to any other childcare centre. Outstanding provision all round.
