The management is very approachable and cheerful to answer any queries we have. Our son’s literacy and numeracy has improved noticeably since he started here. We would happily suggest this childcare centre. We are very cheerful with the standard of care provided by Bright Horizons in Coulsdon.

High team turnover results in no consistency for your kid and also often a team shortage meaning on any given morning they might start turning kids away. Extremely dissatisfied with the care that my kid has endured here.

November 19, 2024 at 5:16 pmShe seems to really adore childcare centre if only she could talk! We adore how invested her primary caregiver is in her, they seem to have a strong bond. In summary, we are very cheerful to have our little girl in your care! You do a excellent job in very difficult circumstances. The team have been outstanding and our daughter has settled really well.

Parents and kids are definitely being cared for, handover is accurate most times (no one is perfect), and activities are well planned and well presented in the morning. Lovely childcare centre and lovely team, my son loves it!

The team are exceptional, my son gets on well with them all and often asks for them at the weekend which is really cute. At 2.5 years old he has a solid group of friends and a great foundation for pre-school. My son really loves going to childcare centre.

The parking situation is a nightmare. It’s a problem nobody needs! I don’t understand why other parents are so obsessed about entering the childcare centre building to drop off/pick up. They have too much time I suppose? And have trusting issues. When your kids go to school you won’t be entering the school and staying with them! I can’t really comment on the quality of the childcare centre as I haven’t tried any other ones.

He has thrived there since he was 13-months-old, and I have consistently felt reassured that he is cheerful and well cared for. Our journey with Bright Horizons Coulsdon has been remarkable.

Both my kids attend this childcare centre, 1 and 3 year olds and we are so pleased with the care they receive at the childcare centre.

March 9, 2025 at 12:02 amHe absolutely loves the team and is really thriving under their care. The people there really make it and they know us and importantly they know him and what suits him. They regularly go above and beyond, including most recently when my wife was away from us for a few weeks, they helped our little one make some lovely keepsakes for her to take on her journey. They also kept a close eye on him (and me!) to spot any changes in behaviour. We wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Bright Horizons, Coulsdon to anyone. Our little one has been at Bright Horizons, Coulsdon for nearly a year now and we all adore it there.

April 6, 2025 at 4:58 amAs first-time parents, finding a welcoming, welcoming childcare centre was vital for us. Here with Bright Horizons Coulsdon, we can say we found exactly that. The ladies in the Daisy room have helped our little girl settle in well, they are very approachable, and my wife and I sense very reassured as we leave our little one at childcare centre each day. Our little one started childcare centre early this year.

April 11, 2025 at 7:04 amHe settled in very well even with the Covid-19 restrictions. The settling was well managed and my son has bonded well with the team. The team tend to his individual needs and routine. He enjoys the variety of planned activities working towards is next steps. He was a bit fussy with his food but has began eating a wider variety of meals. My son started at Bright Horizons Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool in October, in the baby room.

June 14, 2025 at 5:28 pmMy niece enjoys childcare centre, every time I pick her up or drop her off, she is so excited to see her carers. She consistently has lots of enjoyable and brings lots of art home. She also eats well there and the food that is on offer consistently sounds great. They have a great size garden too which my niece loves playing outside on the bikes and in the mud kitchen. The childcare centre is newly refurbed and looks bright and fresh.

June 21, 2025 at 9:31 pmShe is consistently cheerful to go and consistently says she has had enjoyable. She learns lots too. The team are welcoming. We consistently get a handover sheet letting us know what she’s been up to, what she’s eaten and often a little photo on it. Covid has changed everything but it’s nice she can still go to childcare centre and they’ve made it work. Only thing I would suggest is that it would be nice to know more about the layout of her room, what activities are in there and which team have been looking after her each day as it’s not consistently clear. Maybe some up to date pics on the website where we now can’t go in. My daughter loves childcare centre, she has been going here for the last two years.

July 3, 2025 at 11:00 pmMy eldest is discovering so much in the preschool and I’ve really noticed a stark improvement in his drawing and writing which I know has come more from childcare centre than from home.
My younger son also seems very cheerful and I sense very confident in the care and encouragement they both get. My son’s both adore their time at Bright Horizons Coulsdon.
