Communication has been easy, feedback is constant and care is of the highest standards. We highly suggest Richborough Nursery and will miss it a lot. Richborough childcare centre is outstanding, we adore the care the team provides, the healthy and varied food, the vast range of imaginative and educational activities both indoor and out, and how focussed they are on creating a cheerful and nurturing setting for the kids.

May 30, 2025 at 4:12 pmFrom the first day we met, to settling in, to the outstanding care and attention they pay to the kids every day; Richborough excels across the board. The updates with parents is remarkable, the time spent planning activities so the kids can development at their pace, goes above and beyond most childcare centre standards. The feedback and observations are reassuring. The kindness and compassion they show the kids is fantastic and it feels like a family. They also prioritise developing and retaining team, which is a huge positive for the kids. The safeguarding and procedures and processes are also of outstanding quality. It was a excellent sadness to leave such a remarkable setting. My daughter loved Richborough and we miss it a lot. If you are local and considering a childcare centre, I have yet to find one better than this. Outstanding Nursery
My daughter attended Richborough Nursery and Pre-School for the best part of a year and I cannot express enough how outstanding this childcare centre is.
