September 4, 2024 at 4:27 amThe team are welcoming and make a real effort. The kids are all incredibly cheerful. The facilities are very great, and the outside area is exceptional. Turtles is a remarkable childcare centre.

September 8, 2024 at 10:01 amThe outdoor area is a big plus. The online platform used is very convenient and effective for communicating and receiving updates about your kid’s daily activities. There are plenty of activities and development steps according to the kid’s age, and it was fantastic to see my kid grow in self‑assurance in most areas including how to hold the pencil correctly, safely use a pair of kids’s scissors and various other arts and crafts.
The team are very welcoming, engaging and accommodating.
I would highly suggest the childcare centre, in my opinion. My son settled extremely well, and the team were very welcoming.

September 13, 2024 at 6:48 pmMy daughter started attending in November 2020 and from that moment, her speech, self‑assurance and social skills grew drastically. The team are extremely committed to the kids, and the nurseries flexibility and outstanding updates make a exceptional partnership with the parents and the childcare centre. My daughter’s key worker has gone above and beyond to look after, encourage and teach her. If you are thinking about putting your kid into Turtles care, you shouldn’t think twice. The location is remarkable, and the hours are so supportive for working parents. Thank you, Turtles! I cannot speak more highly of Turtles!

October 16, 2024 at 7:06 pmShe’s developing very well! We really are confident with the educators and their methods. Thanks for taking care of my daughter so well! My daughter loves Turtles Nursery.

October 17, 2024 at 4:20 pmMy kid is very cheerful going to the childcare centre (attending since December 2018). The team are very cheerful and attentive. All aspects of kid care are well managed. I am consistently confident that she is in a cheerful and secure place while I am at work. I am very cheerful with Turtles Nursery as it provides a fantastic setting for our kid and nurtures overall development.

November 24, 2024 at 5:12 pmThey do everything they can to not only make your kid cheerful but for the parents to be cheerful and relaxed about leaving their kid. My daughter is now 3 1/2 and is leaving to start big school. They have been very supportive in getting her ready for this by doing an enrichment program to prep the 3-year-olds which has been incredible and very supportive. My daughter is leaving, knowing how to write her name, count and recognise numbers, and her shapes, but most of all she is leaving with self‑assurance. We will miss Turtles and I highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone. My daughter started Turtles Nursery when she was two and she has been extremely cheerful there.

November 30, 2024 at 9:36 amTurtles fully supported us from day one, with regular reviews and daily feedback.
He felt at home at Turtles, he was cared for and cheerful, and that’s all a mother wants! I actually sense cheerful and secure when’s he there, and I know he’s having a excellent time with all the genuinely attentive, cheerful team. I was very apprehensive about sending him to the childcare centre; now I wish I done it sooner! Turtles exceeded our expectations.
Our son joined just after his second birthday, and the transition from staying home all day and being an only kid to bring an independent little hun was remarkable.

December 1, 2024 at 2:24 pmHe is discovering lots there and growing, knowing the rights and wrongs in life.
At the moment, he is having a little uneasy time cos his very close friend isn’t coming in as much. I cannot thank the team enough for their help with him and us during this period. I can see that he is already feeling much better. It is really reassuring to see that they consistently make sure the kid is cheerful.
Last year, the team turnover was very high and sometimes not communicated to parents, but I do think that the team on now are working excellent together! My son has been with Turtles for over two years now and he loves it.

December 26, 2024 at 4:04 amShe loves going to childcare centre and we have been delighted with Turtles. The team are all excellent – the place clearly has a lovely culture and we have a high level of trust in the team. They do lots of different activities with the kids, including guests who come in to run sports and theatre sessions. They also go on lots of little trips in the local area. Communication is really great – both via the app and through conversations at pick up and drop off. My daughter recently had a bit of a tricky period emotionally following some illnesses, and they were fabulous in supporting her (and us!) through it. My daughter joined Turtles a year ago aged 10 months.

December 28, 2024 at 10:55 amThe director is such a fantastic person and are team are highly expert and outstanding in kid care.
When I did my masters at the City law school in 2015 the director and her remarkable team made studying very easy for me as I need not worry about care for my boys. She was very supportive and flexible and this met my needs as a student.
My boys were looked after and enjoyed coming to the childcare centre. The director and her team are very hardworking and dedicated in ensuring that childcare is given at its best. They have consistently maintained a high standard of care and that is why I am cheerful to come back to Turtle childcare centre after 3years.
I am so excited my 1-year-old is starting in September 2018. This is an outstanding childcare centre and I will highly suggest it to families, friends and colleagues. This is one of the best nurseries in the city.

February 10, 2025 at 5:30 amBut it was only in Turtles Nursery that we felt this very warm atmosphere, which has been the primary trigger for us. And after almost seven months, I see that we were right. Extremely welcoming, attentive and well‑informed team. My kid loves them and they adore him. When I leave my kid there, I sense that he is in warm and secure hands. Before our dear son started at Turtles Nursery, we had visited six different nurseries with very high scores.

February 19, 2025 at 2:42 amThe team are welcoming, compassionate and nurturing.
The space is consistently so thoughtfully set up with different playtime areas and themes so it is a remarkable, cosy, interesting space for little ones to explore.
They have a nice outside area and I know they try to give the kids lots of playtime time there (weather permitting) which I think is really important.
Overall we are super cheerful with Turtles and I would definitely suggest it! My son has attended Turtles Nursery since he was 10 months old, he is now 2 and a half and has consistently been so cheerful there.

March 12, 2025 at 4:01 amHe is discovering new songs, shapes and making friends. The team are welcoming and the outside playtime area is well used, given the amount of space Central London has to offer. My three year old started the childcare centre two months ago and he settled in very well.

March 19, 2025 at 11:54 pmWhen she joined she was one and a half years old, who just came from a different country. Very soon she started feeling like a cheerful and calm individual exploring the world with all the lovely guardians at Turtles Nursery and her friends. I really can not thank you enough for all the adore and care we received at Turtles. I strongly suggest Turtles Nursery. Turtles Nursery was a true second home for our daughter.

April 3, 2025 at 12:48 pmBut from the moment I went to see Turtles with my husband, my mind was instantly put at ease. The team are incredible and our son’s key worker really worked with him to settle him and reassure me. He was consistently bringing home art and learned so much in a few short months. I would suggest Turtles wholeheartedly as it is an oasis of calm for kids in the heart of the West End. I was pleasantly surprised by how much time the kids get to spend outdoors. Initially, I was apprehensive and a little anxious about returning to work before my son was a year old.

April 6, 2025 at 8:02 pmThey have one-to-one time every morning with their key person and the improvement in his writing, reading etc is impressive. It is a very central location so there is not much space for the kids but I think the childcare centre is doing a great job with what they have and what is important is that my son has learnt quickly how to tidy up even his plate after meals, has improved his English (spoken, written, read) and is very self-confident and interested in the activities they have to offer. I would suggest this childcare centre as a great preparation for big school, I don’t have any journey for the baby stage though so can only talk about the room for the older kids! Our son has been there for only one year but he has learnt so much for a 3-year old!

April 11, 2025 at 5:59 pmWhat I like in particular is the feedback both verbally but also via photos and the online updates hub, which helps you sense part of their day.
My daughter loves it here and will miss everyone when it’s time for big school, saying that the team are doing well in preparing her to start in September. Thanks, Turtles! My daughter has been attending since August 2020 at age 3, an extremely confusing time to start in the middle of the pandemic, but the team have been remarkable and so supportive.

April 20, 2025 at 2:44 amWe speak Spanish at home, but she is able to understand questions and songs in English without a problem and that is all fruitful of her time at Turtles, where they mostly talked to her in English, even though they do have Spanish speaking caregivers.
There were consistently different compassionate activities for the kids, they would paint and draw, craft decorations for related holidays, and learn about traditions from the different cultures all the kids came from.
They set topics depending on the time of the year, this provides the kids a context they can learn about through the activities. The topics could be songs, real-life professions, and artists.
The caregivers are lovely and attentive, providing feedback on a daily basis plus a periodic catch up with the key person to talk about specific areas of the kid’s development.
Thanks Turtles! Our daughter went to Turtles Nursery every morning from 17 months old until 32 months old when we left London.
Her development throughout this time was impressive.

June 1, 2025 at 2:56 amI sense cheerful because my kid has developed well, he likes the childcare centre. It is a great place for him and other kids.
The transition from childcare centre to preschool was smooth and filled with assistance from the key person at the childcare centre.
I am fully satisfied with all the feedback, resources and opportunities provided to us while my son was at the childcare centre. I hope the best for all the kids and my kid will miss this childcare centre so much. It was a fantastic journey to have my kid spending four years at this childcare centre.

June 16, 2025 at 2:18 pmThe team were very warm and welcoming and made the settling in period amazingly smooth.
There are lots of interesting new activities and parents are kept up to date well with the kids’s activities.
Management was very accommodating of some last-minute requests I made and the long opening hours (8:00-18:00hrs) are excellent for working parents. I’m the father of a 2-year-old who recently joined Turtles.
