He started right before the first lockdown in March 2020, and the manager and deputy did an incredible job communicating with all the parents during a very difficult time over the last 9-months. The daily activities our son is participating in has kept him very well entertained, and you can see him developing day after day. The team shows nothing but positive attention and enthusiasm to every kid, and you can see the joy on the kid’s faces when they see their childcare centre workers every morning. Keep up the excellent work! We could not be happier with the journey our son has had with the childcare centre to date!

I’m sure that translates into a warm and welcoming journey for the kids. The team is high energy consistently smiling.

The milestones he reaches is incredible and his vocabulary has gone from strength to strength. There is much to thank but overall we’re delighted with his development and cannot wait to see his development in the coming months. Huge thank you to everyone for their excellent management of the childcare centre and consistently giving my son along with the other kids the warmest welcome in the mornings. Since my son has been at the childcare centre it’s been nothing but smiles and positive feedback.

The manager, along with all of the team, have created a warm and loving setting that the kids sense secure in. Both my kids joined when they were around a year old and have thrived in an setting that is filled with enjoyable and giggles, where each kid is an individual and where they are surrounded by people who adore and care about them. The childcare centre has become part of our extended family. I couldn’t ask for any more from a childcare centre.

We have two kids attending (Baby Room/Preschool). The management of the childcare centre is outstanding, something we really value, especially in the last 9 months with the pandemic. Communication with parents is very great. We have felt really secure. Management works hard to know the families and kids, and they really care about their development. The level of care in the Baby Room is exceptional. Our daughter is so cheerful there. There is more one-on-one time with her key worker than I originally had expected, and her development is progressing so quickly with all the activities, songs and crafts they do. My son loves preschool. He is consistently exhausted at the end of the day from all of the activities, including a lot of time outside in the large garden. The kids are sufficiently pushed academically as well, with regular writing and maths lessons. Would highly suggest! We are so pleased with the childcare centre.

Daughter comes back home so cheerful with lots of new learnings. I choose this childcare centre on top of many others because of the family feeling I had when I visited and we’re cheerful to say after nearly a year at the childcare centre we weren’t wrong: the team is warm, goes above and beyond to help with any challenges the kid is facing and put lots of efforts in creative activities every day, updates is excellent, hygiene is excellent too. Would highly suggest this childcare centre. Can’t be happier with my daughter at this childcare centre.

The management team are very hands-on and responsive, expert and flexible too. The childcare centre team themselves are very attentive in the baby room, and I’m confident that my kid is well looked after. Strong family sense to the childcare centre. Constructive feedback would be around improving the quality of breakfast and snacks – the kids usually have bread or cereal rather than any fruit or yoghurt etc. Very well managed and organised.

We have nothing but excellent things to say about the team and management. The manager, in particular, has managed the adaptations from Covid by balancing professionalism and kid care and has worked hard to maintain the enjoyable and keep the parents involved despite the changing circumstances. Our son’s key worker has been phenomenal and my son has formed such a strong relationship with her.
Cannot say enough positive things! My son started here at 9 months old and has loved his time here, and we have been so cheerful with his journey and development.

The management and team are all lovely; they assistance and provide so much care to our kid. She loves going to the childcare centre every morning and comes back to energised in the evening. We’ve only had excellent interactions with both baby and toddler room and thank them for the continued assistance, especially over the past year that has been difficult for everyone. We adore Bright Horizon West Hampstead.

She comes back spotless and cheerful with a folder full of art activities. The carers leave me detailed feedback about her day, and my daughter runs to her key worker. In the mornings, (even weekends), my little girl drags her childcare centre bag to the door. I could not be happier sending my 15-month-old to this childcare centre.
